Abstract
本发明公开了一种UV辊涂开放漆工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)用自动喷漆机在实木板材表面喷一层透明底漆;(2)用毛刷机在实木板材表面木皮的真空导管里擦涂黑色漆,毛刷机与实木板材的真空导管呈倾斜角度,刷涂不均匀处用手工补擦;(3)用砂光机去除实木板材表面的黑色漆,并保证实木板材表面的高度高于真空导管;(4)在实木板材表面辊涂透明漆;(5)在实木板材表面辊涂色漆;(6)待色漆干后,在实木板材表面辊涂透明面漆。本发明通过采用毛刷机在实木板材表面木皮的真空导管里擦涂黑色漆,再经过砂光机打磨,实现了加深板材纹路的目的;同时,将毛刷机与真空导管倾斜设置工作,可以更好的将黑色漆擦涂到真空导管里,工作效率高。

本发明主要涉及家具制造领域,尤其涉及一种UV辊涂开放漆工艺。
背景技术
在用实木板材制作家具的过程中,容易发现,由于光影以及色彩的原因,有些板材的纹路并不是很明显,而有些家具要求纹路清晰来使其更富有美感,满足现代人的欣赏眼光,因此需要一种工艺来加深板材的纹路。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种UV辊涂开放漆工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种UV辊涂开放漆工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用自动喷漆机在实木板材表面喷一层透明底漆,透明底漆的厚度为0.05-0.08mm;
(2)用毛刷机在实木板材表面木皮的真空导管里擦涂黑色漆,毛刷机与实木板材的真空导管呈倾斜角度,刷涂不均匀处用手工补擦;
(3)用砂光机去除实木板材表面的黑色漆,并保证实木板材表面的高度高于真空导管;
(4)在实木板材表面辊涂透明漆,透明漆的厚度为0.05-0.08mm;
(5)再在实木板材表面辊涂色漆,色漆的厚度为0.08-0.10mm;
(6)待色漆干后,在实木板材表面辊涂透明面漆,透明面漆的厚度为0.08-0.10mm。
本发明的优点是:
