一种注塑件表面喷涂工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑件表面喷涂工艺。
背景技术
手机背壳、电脑外壳等多采用注塑件,注塑件可替代金属部件,一定程度上降低了产品重量。为使得注塑件外表具有良好的外观,且具有一定的防水、抗氧化效果,通常需要对注塑件表面进行表面喷涂。现有的喷涂工艺缺少前端处理,操作过程不规范,产品表面处理质量得不到保证(产品表面处理的质量问题主要有:表面有漏色、色差、易褪色等问题)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种注塑件表面喷涂工艺,旨在解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种注塑件表面喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、表面打磨,对注塑件表面进行打磨,去除毛刺;
步骤二、脱脂,采用脱脂剂对注塑件的表面进行脱脂处理,使得注塑件表面的油污被分解;
步骤三、表面清洗,采用超声波清洗仪对注塑件表面清洗,清洗时间根据产品表面积、产品表面孔槽数而定,计算公式如下:T=S*0.5+N*0.2,(T为时间,单位min;S为产品表面,单位cm2;N为产品表面孔槽个数);
步骤四、热风机恒温吹干,将清洗后的产品在无尘环境下采用热风机恒温吹干,温度在30~60oC;
步骤五、底漆喷涂,在喷室内用喷枪对产品表面涂覆一层底漆,然后烘干;
步骤六、UV面漆喷涂,在喷室内用喷枪对产品表面涂覆UV面漆,然后采用UV灯进行紫外线照射,将UV面漆进行固化,完成固化后再对注塑件表面进行静电吹风冷却;
步骤七、喷涂检查:检查注塑件表面的漆面情况,若无漏喷和色光偏差等情况,则产品合格;若有漏喷和色光偏差等情况,对漏喷处进行依次进行表面打磨、静电除尘、底漆喷涂、UV面漆喷涂。
进一步的,步骤二中的脱脂剂采用碱性脱脂剂或乳液脱脂剂。
进一步的,步骤五中底漆厚度10~15um;步骤六中UV灯光照能量为1000~1200j/平方厘米。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种注塑件表面喷涂工艺,能有效解决其漏色、色差、褪色等问题,且提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,减少了环境污染。

实施例:
一种注塑件表面喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、表面打磨,对注塑件表面进行打磨,去除毛刺;
步骤二、脱脂,采用碱性脱脂剂对注塑件的表面进行脱脂处理,使得注塑件表面的油污被分解;
步骤三、表面清洗,采用超声波清洗仪对注塑件表面清洗,清洗时间根据产品表面积、产品表面孔槽数而定,计算公式如下:T=S*0.5+N*0.2,(T为时间,单位min;S为产品表面,单位cm2;N为产品表面孔槽个数);
步骤四、热风机恒温吹干,将清洗后的产品在无尘环境下采用热风机恒温吹干,温度在30~60oC;
步骤五、底漆喷涂,在喷室内用喷枪对产品表面涂覆一层底漆,底漆厚度10~15um,然后烘干;
步骤六、UV面漆喷涂,在喷室内用喷枪对产品表面涂覆UV面漆,然后采用UV灯进行紫外线照射,UV灯光照能量为1000~1200j/平方厘米,将UV面漆进行固化,完成固化后再对注塑件表面进行静电吹风冷却;
步骤七、喷涂检查:检查注塑件表面的漆面情况,若无漏喷和色光偏差等情况,则产品合格;若有漏喷和色光偏差等情况,对漏喷处进行依次进行表面打磨、静电除尘、底漆喷涂、UV面漆喷涂。

步骤一、表面打磨,对注塑件表面进行打磨,去除毛刺;
步骤二、脱脂,采用脱脂剂对注塑件的表面进行脱脂处理,使得注塑件表面的油污被分解;
步骤三、表面清洗,采用超声波清洗仪对注塑件表面清洗,清洗时间根据产品表面积、产品表面孔槽数而定,计算公式如下:T=S*0.5+N*0.2,(T为时间,单位min;S为产品表面,单位cm2;N为产品表面孔槽个数);
步骤四、热风机恒温吹干,将清洗后的产品在无尘环境下采用热风机恒温吹干,温度在30~60oC;
步骤五、底漆喷涂,在喷室内用喷枪对产品表面涂覆一层底漆,然后烘干;
