Claims (1)
1. 一种车灯聚碳酸酯材料配光镜喷涂漆的方法,其特征是在一条流水线上按如下步骤依次完成:(1)除尘:将注塑后的聚碳酸酯材料配光镜工件用静电除尘枪除尘或用体积百分浓度为50% -99. 5%的乙醇水溶液擦拭除尘;(2)喷涂漆:用自动喷涂装置或手工对除尘后的聚碳酸酯材料配光镜工件喷涂漆;(3)红外流平:对喷涂漆后的聚碳酸酯材料配光镜工件在红外光照射下,在30-60°C下进行流平处理3-5min ;(4)烘干:将红外流平后的聚碳酸酯材料配光镜工件在紫外线光下烘干;(5)高温退火:将烘干后聚碳酸酯材料配光镜工件置于加热管幅射的区域内,加热管距所述烘干后聚碳酸酯材料配光镜工件30-40cm,在120士 10°C,退火1〜:3min。
