背景技术
木制家具占家具材质的比重较大,深受居民的喜爱。由木材制成家具,包括切割、打磨、抛光、喷涂、组装等工序,除家具的形状设计外,家具的喷涂对其外观具有决定性的影响,因此,家具木材的喷涂工艺是家具制造中倍受重视的一环。
现有申请公布号为CN107931064A的中国发明专利申请公开了一种家具的油漆工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)抛光:采用抛光机对干燥后与基材表面进行抛光;(2)清洁:将基材表面的碎渣利用鼓风机吹尽;(3)喷底漆:将清洁后的基材上用水性聚酯底漆喷2-4次,然后在40-50℃下烘干3-6h;(4)打磨:用砂纸将烘干后的底漆面打磨平整;(5)喷面漆:在打磨平整的基材上用水性聚酯底漆喷2-4次,然后在40-50℃下烘干3-6h。
上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:该工艺喷涂的面漆层即家具用于产生装饰效果的色漆层,但直接暴露在外的面漆层极易受到外物刮划,导致面漆层破坏露出底漆层或木材本身,耐用性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,生产出的家具木材的抗划能力强,耐用性较好。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:预处理工序,包括步骤S11:将木板表面打磨平整;
步骤S2:底漆喷涂工序,包括以下步骤:步骤S21:在木板表面喷涂PE底漆;步骤S22:待底漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面;步骤S23:再次喷涂PE底漆;步骤S24:待底漆干后,再次用砂纸打磨表面;
步骤S3:色漆喷涂工序,包括以下步骤:步骤S31:喷涂PU色漆;步骤S32:待色漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面;

通过上述技术方案,当在板件表面喷涂底漆时,需要底漆具有一定的厚度,并且要求底漆层丰满度好、硬度高、隔离性佳,因此两次喷涂PE底漆配合两次砂光,能使底漆层呈现出平整、光滑的表面效果,且在满足一定厚度的前提下,底漆层的结合强度较高。面漆采用了两次喷涂的方式进行施工,两次喷涂间穿插有打磨工序,打磨后的第一层面漆能与第二层面漆结合地更为牢固,因此面漆层的硬度、抗划性能较高;且打磨用砂纸的目数为500~800目时效果更好。本喷涂工艺生产出的家具木材的表面不易破坏,底漆层或木材本身不易外露,耐用性较好。
优选的,所述步骤S1包括位于步骤S11后的步骤S12:将防爆剂喷湿在板件的表面;步骤S13:白身检砂工序,对喷过防爆剂的板件进行白身检查,对孔洞等缺陷部位补灰;步骤S14:将表面砂光平整。

步骤S12:将防爆剂喷湿在板件的表面。防爆剂具有极强的渗透和湿润能力,能在板件表面形成均匀薄层,大大降低了漆液的表面张力,极大改善了漆液与板件表面的浸润性,进而提高了漆层的饱和度,使得漆层更加鲜艳饱满,提高了美观程度。防爆剂喷后需要静置6~7小时才可以进行下道工序,因为防爆剂可以有效填充板件的木眼,阻隔板件内部与外部水分的流通,静置6~7小时能使防爆剂可以均匀地渗入板件内,并对木眼进行彻底填充,提高板件表面的平整度,进而减少喷漆后出现漆下陷的现象。
步骤S13:白身检砂工序,对喷过防爆剂的板件进行白身检查,对孔洞等缺陷部位补灰。白身检查用于查出板材上的孔洞等缺陷,补灰用的材料为成品腻子。
步骤S14:砂光工序,包括步骤S141:用220~280目的砂纸机磨板件;步骤S142:用280~360目的砂纸于手压砂机上打磨板件,手压砂机打磨的方向沿板件的木质纹路方向。
步骤S141的机磨由打磨机实现,此为粗磨,机磨的效率较高;步骤S142采用更细的砂纸打磨,此为精磨,人员通过手压砂机对板件进行打磨,能通过控制手的力量控制打磨强度和位置,不易出现过磨或少磨现象;采用手压砂机进行精磨的效率远高于人工手工用砂纸打磨,步骤S14的耗时较短。沿板件的木质纹路方向打磨不易损伤已涂覆的涂层,能使板件表面趋向于光滑。
步骤S15:清理板件表面的灰尘,然后整体均匀擦色,擦色用擦色漆进行。擦色时,确保整个板件都均匀擦涂到漆料,然后用布顺木纹方向把表面多余的漆料擦干净;擦色用于提高板件各个位置的颜色均匀程度,使得板件的着色均匀、纹理清晰。
步骤S16:检查板件的表面颜色,对有缺陷的地方进行修色处理。待擦色漆干后,检查板件表面是否有胶印、砂印、发黑、颜色涂装不均匀等问题,如有问题则需要进行修色:对照色板,采用修色液对板件进行均匀修色,使板件的涂装颜色保持整体均匀一致。修色液内添加有修色精油,当修色精油干燥后,会在漆层表面形成涂膜,有效地防止漆层氧化变色或脱落,同时有效地保持漆层的通透性以及完整度,提高漆层的美观程度。修色至对照色板颜色没有问题后,才能进行下一道工序。
步骤S17:待漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面。砂纸的目数为320~400目,打磨时注意不能砂穿颜色。
步骤S15~步骤S17连续执行两次。连续两次的擦色、修色、砂光工序能进一步提高板件表面的颜色均一程度。
步骤S2:底漆喷涂工序,包括步骤S21~步骤S24:
步骤S21:在木板表面喷涂PE底漆。PE底漆即不饱和聚酯底漆,PE底漆可一次成型较厚的漆膜,封孔性好,丰满度高。PE底漆喷涂完成后,常温下4~6小时后可翻面,隔天后可打磨。PE底漆干后,针对板件还存在缺陷的部位,人工可进行二次补灰。
步骤S22:待底漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面。砂纸的目数为240~320目,打磨时注意板件的线条及边角部位,不能砂穿颜色,不能用力过大导致板件变形。
步骤S23:再次喷涂PE底漆。
步骤S24:待底漆干后,再次用砂纸打磨表面,打磨方式同步骤S22。
当在板件表面喷涂底漆时,需要底漆具有一定的厚度,并且要求底漆层丰满度好、硬度高、隔离性佳,因此两次喷涂PE底漆配合两次砂光,能使底漆层呈现出平整、光滑的表面效果,且在满足一定厚度的前提下,漆层的结合强度较高。
步骤S3:色漆喷涂工序,包括步骤S31~步骤S32:
步骤S31:喷涂PU色漆,PU色漆为聚氨酯涂料,PU色漆用于形成家具的整体颜色。PU油漆具有丰满度好、附着力好、耐久性好的优点,其表面光泽均称,能够较好地显示内部木材的纺理和色泽。
步骤S32:待色漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面;首先用320目的砂纸机砂打磨,然后用400目的砂纸手工清理。打磨时避免砂印过重,每个部位必须砂光到位,打磨时注意不能砂穿颜色,砂光完成后的板件表面需要平整光滑、无颗粒且无亮点。
步骤S4:面漆喷涂工序,包括步骤S41~步骤S44:
步骤S41:喷涂透明的PU亮光面漆。透明PU亮光面漆为PU油漆的一种,将其涂覆于PU色漆外,能起到反光、折射光的效果,且能提升色漆层的立体感,PU亮光面漆层与PU色漆层的结合,进一步提升了家具木材的装饰性。
步骤S42:待面漆干后,用500~800目的砂纸打磨表面,砂纸的目数优选为600目。
步骤S421:在板件表面喷涂二苯胺的乙醇溶液,然后将板件采用烘灯烘干的方式干燥,烘干温度为40℃~50℃。
步骤S43:再次喷涂透明的PU亮光面漆。
步骤S44:待面漆干后,抛光表面,完成家具木材的涂装施工。
面漆采用了两次喷涂的方式进行施工,两次喷涂间穿插有打磨工序,打磨后的第一层面漆能与第二层面漆结合地更为牢固,因此面漆层的硬度、抗划性能较高。
在步骤S42的打磨工序时,砂纸的目数对面漆层的硬度、抗划性能存在影响,其实验数据如下表a所示:

上述实验数据在相同的打磨强度、打磨时间下得出,本抗划实验采用相同的划针进行试验,测出的划痕宽度为多次实验后取的平均值。实验结果为经两次面漆喷涂并干燥后,即步骤S43后(不进行步骤S421)进行测量得出的。
根据表a的实验数据,增加步骤S42的打磨工序,能够提升面漆层总的抗划强度,且砂纸的目数约小,面漆层的抗划强度更高。但砂纸的目数小于500目时,会对面漆层造成破坏,因此选用500~800目的砂纸进行打磨较为优选。
在步骤S421时,喷涂的二苯胺溶液及其干燥方式也会对面漆层的硬度、抗划性能存在影响,其实验数据如下表b所示:

表b的实验结果为经两次面漆喷涂并干燥后得出的,即步骤S43后进行测量得出的。所有组别的步骤S42的砂纸目数为600目,二苯胺的乙醇溶液的浓度相同。本抗划实验采用相同的划针进行试验,测出的划痕宽度为多次实验后取的平均值。
根据表b的实验数据,增加步骤S421的喷涂工序,并在40℃~50℃的温度下对其烘干时,能够增强面漆层的抗划强度。
综上,用本喷涂工艺涂装出的家具木材,在具有较好的美观度的前提下,表面的硬度较高,抗划能力较强,面漆层不易破坏露出底漆层或木材本身,耐用性较好。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:预处理工序,包括步骤S11:将木板表面打磨平整;
步骤S2:底漆喷涂工序,包括以下步骤:步骤S21:在木板表面喷涂PE底漆;步骤S22:待底漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面;步骤S23:再次喷涂PE底漆;步骤S24:待底漆干后,再次用砂纸打磨表面;
步骤S3:色漆喷涂工序,包括以下步骤:步骤S31:喷涂PU色漆;步骤S32:待色漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面;
步骤S4:面漆喷涂工序,包括以下步骤:步骤S41:喷涂透明的PU亮光面漆;步骤S42:待面漆干后,用500~800目的砂纸打磨表面;步骤S43:再次喷涂透明的PU亮光面漆;步骤S44:待面漆干后,抛光表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S1包括位于步骤S11后的步骤S12:将防爆剂喷湿在板件的表面;步骤S13:白身检砂工序,对喷过防爆剂的板件进行白身检查,对孔洞等缺陷部位补灰;步骤S14:将表面砂光平整。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S12和步骤S13之间间隔6~7小时。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S14包括步骤S141:用220~280目的砂纸机磨板件;步骤S142:用280~360目的砂纸于手压砂机上打磨板件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S142时,手压砂机打磨的方向沿板件的木质纹路方向。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S1还包括位于步骤S14后的步骤S15:清理板件表面的灰尘,然后整体均匀擦色;步骤S16:检查板件的表面颜色,对有缺陷的地方进行修色处理;步骤S17:待漆干后,用砂纸打磨表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S15~步骤S17连续执行两次。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S42和步骤S43之间设有步骤S421:在板件表面喷涂二苯胺溶液,然后将板件干燥。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种家具木材的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述步骤S421时,板件的干燥采用烘干的方式,烘干温度为40℃~50℃。
