本发明提供一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)柜板定型;(2)打磨;(3)除尘;(4)喷底漆;(5)腻子施工;(6)喷面漆;(7)喷清漆;(8)熔融流平;(9)烘干;(10)抛光;(11)清洁、包装。本发明提供的机柜柜板涂装方法,涂装工艺稳定,所得柜板表面的漆膜附着力超强且漆膜莹润,光泽感强,色泽均匀致密,表面平整;且成膜温度低、固化时间短、能耗小,提高了机柜柜板的健康环保性能。

技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及柜板加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的机柜柜板喷涂工艺在板材上喷涂漆面不理想,涂层凹凸不平整、不均匀,固 化时间较长,喷涂加工效率低下,喷涂到柜板上的涂层表面附着力差且容易发生脱落。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法。
[0004] 本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征 在于,包括以下步骤:
[0005] (1)柜板定型:将材料加工成柜板相应形状和尺寸;
[0006] (2)打磨:将柜板放置在砂光机工作台上,先对柜板进行粗磨,再对经过粗磨的柜 板进行细磨,得到表面平整、空隙较小的柜板;
[0007] (3)除尘:将打磨后的柜板放置在静电除尘柜的工作台上,利用静电除尘枪对柜板 的表面进行静电除尘;
[0008] (4)喷底漆:在除尘后的柜板表面喷涂配置好的底漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35°C,湿 度为40-75%;
[0009] (5)腻子施工:在底漆上采用砂纸打磨后,先进行腻子粗补施,再进行腻子细补施;
[0010] (6)喷面漆:在腻子表面喷涂配置好的面漆,其中喷涂温度为5_35°C,湿度为40-75%;
[0011] (7)喷清漆:面漆完全干燥后,将配置好的罩光漆喷涂在面漆上,其中喷涂温度为 5-35 °C,湿度为40-75 %;
[0012] (8)熔融流平:将喷好清漆后的柜板运送至熔融流平区,并放置在输送带上,然后 采用红外辐射和对流热风相结合的加热方式对柜板表面进行流平,流平温度为2〇-30°C,流 平时间为2-3h;
[0013] (9)烘干:流平结束后,对漆面进行烘千以使其完全干燥,烘干温度为55—65°C,时 间为6-8h;
[0014] (10)抛光:采用抛光机对柜板的漆面及边角进行抛光打磨,以使漆面进一步细腻、 光滑;
[0015] (11)清洁、包装:最后对柜板进行清洗,检验合格后进行包装。
[0016] 所述步骤⑵中粗磨选用的砂带细度为120-140目,细磨选用的砂带细度为2〇〇-220 目。
[0017] 所述步骤(5)中腻子粗补施为腻子粗施工2-3道,在2〇_5〇。(:的温度下千燥;腻子细 补施为腻子细施工2-3道,在20-50°C的温度下干燥;当腻子完全干燥固化、再经过砂纸打磨 除尘后用表面清洁剂进行清洁。

1. 一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (1) 柜板定型:将材料加工成柜板相应形状和尺寸; (2) 打磨:将柜板放置在砂光机工作台上,先对柜板进行粗磨,再对经过粗磨的柜板进 行细磨,得到表面平整、空隙较小的柜板; 03)除尘:将打磨后的柜板放置在静电除尘柜的工作台上,利用静电除尘枪对柜板的表 面进行静电除尘; (4)喷底漆:在除尘后的柜板表面喷涂配置好的底漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35°C,湿度为 40-75%; ⑸腻子施工:在底漆上采用砂纸打磨后,先进行腻子粗补施,再进行腻子细补施; ⑹喷面漆:在腻子表面喷涂配置好的面漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35°C,湿度为40-75% ; (7) 喷清漆:面漆完全干燥后,将配置好的罩光漆喷涂在面漆上,其中喷涂温度为5-35 °C,湿度为40-75 %; (8) 熔融流平:将喷好清漆后的柜板运送至熔融流平区,并放置在输送带上,然后采用 红外辐射和对流热风相结合的加热方式对柜板表面进行流平,流平温度为2〇_3(TC,流平时 间为2-3h; (9) 烘干:流平结束后,对漆面进行烘干以使其完全干燥,烘干温度为55-6fTC,时间为 6-8h; (10) 抛光:采用抛光机对柜板的漆面及边角进行抛光打磨,以使漆面进一步细腻、光 滑; (11) 清洁、包装:最后对柜板进行清洗,检验合格后进行包装。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中粗磨选 用的砂带细度为120-140目,细磨选用的砂带细度为2〇〇_220目。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中腻子粗 补施为腻子粗施工2-3道,在20-5(TC的温度下干燥;腻子细补施为腻子细施工2-3道,在SOSO 。(: 的温度下干燥; 当腻子完全干燥固化 、再经过砂纸打磨除尘后用表面清洁剂进行清洁。
