Abstract
本发明提供一种水包油型睫毛用化妆料,其即使反复涂抹也不易产生结块并且附着性也优异,且能够对睫毛赋予光泽、高卷翘效果及浓密感。该水包油型睫毛用化妆料含有(A)水溶性成膜剂、(B)水溶性增稠剂、(C)粉体及(D)表面活性剂,(B)成分包含选自由纤维素系增稠剂及多糖类系增稠剂组成的群组中的至少一种水溶性增稠剂,(C)成分包含炭黑,(D)成分包含(D1)HLB10~17的非离子表面活性剂及(D2)HLB不足8的非离子表面活性剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水包油型睫毛用化妆料。
背景技术
睫毛膏等睫毛用化妆料具有使睫毛显得厚且长来突出眼部的印象之类的化妆效果。近年来,能够容易用温水去除的水包油型乳化类型的睫毛用化妆料越来越受欢迎。并且,针对化妆效果,不仅强调睫毛的浓密感,而且还强调通过睫毛的卷翘及维持该卷翘的卷翘保持力这双方来得到的卷曲效果。
但是,在水包油型的情况下,由于水为主成分,因此干燥速度慢,在化妆膜固化之前睫毛会因自重而下垂,因而难以使其卷翘。并且,即使将其卷翘,也存在由于外相为水性成分而容易吸附空气中的水分,随着时间的流逝,化妆膜会变重而难以持续卷曲的问题。
目前为止,对实现卷曲效果的技术进行了研究。例如,在下述专利文献1及2中,对水包油型睫毛用化妆料中配合的蜡或成膜剂进行了研究。并且,在下述专利文献3中提出了在含有挥发成分的睫毛用化妆料中配合具有特定的成膜特性及重均分子量的成膜剂。另外,在下述专利文献4中提出了在将水性介质作为连续相的睫毛用化妆料中配合疏水化处理多孔二氧化硅。

最近,消费者有通过多次反复涂抹化妆料来得到自己想象的卷曲效果或浓密感的倾向。在该情况下,为了得到充分的浓密感,作为化妆料的使用性或者使用感,要求即使在进行重复涂抹时也不易产生结块而容易形成均匀的化妆膜、或不易打滑以使得能够适量附着于睫毛上。
但是,即使为上述专利文献1~4中所记载的技术,仍然无法高水平地兼顾卷曲效果及浓密感。例如,进行了蜡或成膜剂的研究的上述专利文献1~3的化妆料的卷曲效果并不充分,在无结块或不易打滑的方面也有改善的余地。此外,蜡或成膜剂多为外观不透明的物质,因此化妆膜的光泽感会丧失或者看起来发白,难以得到使睫毛显得光润的光泽。另外,如上述专利文献4所示,若为了赋予卷曲持续性而大量配合粉体,则存在容易产生结块,难以完成均匀的化妆膜的倾向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种即使反复涂抹也不易产生结块并且附着性也优异,能够对睫毛赋予光泽、高卷曲效果及浓密感的水包油型睫毛用化妆料。
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供一种水包油型睫毛用化妆料,其含有(A)水溶性成膜剂、(B)水溶性增稠剂、(C)粉体及(D)表面活性剂,(B)成分包含选自由纤维素系增稠剂及多糖类系增稠剂组成的群组中的至少一种水溶性增稠剂,(C)成分包含炭黑,(D)成分包含(D1)HLB10~17的非离子表面活性剂及(D2)HLB不足8的非离子表面活性剂。
根据本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,通过具有上述结构,即使反复涂抹也不易产生结块并且附着性也优异,且能够对睫毛赋予光泽、高卷翘效果及浓密感。
作为发挥上述效果的理由,本发明人认为,通过将与以往用作黑色颜料的黑氧化铁相比比重较低的炭黑与水溶性成膜剂一同使用,容易得到卷翘的效果及卷翘保持力,进而,通过使炭黑与上述成分组合而配合,即使在进行重复涂抹时也不易产生结块,并且也变得容易适量附着于睫毛,容易完成均匀且适量的化妆膜,由此在对睫毛赋予光泽的同时能够兼顾卷曲效果及浓密感。
并且,由于炭黑与上述成分组合而配合,能够形成黑度优异的化妆膜,因此本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料能够适用于睫毛膏等用途。
从化妆膜的均匀性和卷曲效果的观点考虑,本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,(C)成分的含量优选为0.01~10.0质量%。
并且,从化妆膜的均匀性、卷曲效果及赋予光泽和黑度的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,炭黑的含量优选为0.01~5.0质量%。
另外,从化妆膜的均匀性和卷曲效果的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,炭黑以外的粉体的含量优选为6.0质量%以下。
在本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,(D1)成分与(D2)成分的质量比(D1)/(D2)优选为1.4~6.0。如此,通过使HLB10~17的非离子表面活性剂的配合比例高于HLB不足8的非离子表面活性剂,能够形成微细的乳化粒子,容易得到具有光泽感和黑度的化妆膜,并且也能够提高化妆料的保存稳定性。这种水包油型睫毛用化妆料的稠度不易变化,因此容易调整反复涂抹,并且容易长时间得到所期望的化妆效果。
从保存稳定性以及形成具有光泽感及黑度的化妆膜的观点考虑,在本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,(D1)成分的含量优选为1.0~10.0质量%,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,(D2)成分的含量优选为0.5~8.0质量%。
根据本发明,能够提供一种即使反复涂抹也不易产生结块并且附着性也优异,且能够对睫毛赋予光泽、高卷翘效果及浓密感的水包油型睫毛用化妆料。
并且,根据本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,能够形成黑度优异的化妆膜。进而,本发明的水包油型睫毛用化妆料能够具有充分的保存稳定性。
具体实施方式
[水包油型睫毛用化妆料]
本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料含有(A)水溶性成膜剂(有时也称为(A)成分)、(B)水溶性增稠剂(有时也称为(B)成分)、(C)粉体(有时也称为(C)成分)及(D)表面活性剂(有时也称为(D)成分)。
<(A)水溶性成膜剂>
作为水溶性成膜剂,例如可举出聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(VP/VA共聚物)。(A)成分能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
从使用性良好、容易对睫毛赋予卷曲效果及浓密感的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的(A)成分的含量优选为0.01~10质量%,更优选为0.1~5.0质量%。
在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中能够配合水不溶性成膜剂。作为水不溶性成膜剂,可举出丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物、丙烯酸烷基酯聚合物、甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸烷基酯聚合物、丙烯酸烷基酯/甲基丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯聚合物、丙烯酸烷基酯/苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸烷基酯/苯乙烯共聚物、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/苯乙烯共聚物、有机聚硅氧烷聚合物等。
<(B)水溶性增稠剂>
作为水溶性增稠剂,可举出纤维素系增稠剂、多糖类系增稠剂、粘土矿物、淀粉系增稠剂、海藻酸系增稠剂、动物系增稠剂等。(B)成分能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
在本实施方式中,从即使反复涂抹也不易产生结块、容易得到充分的浓密感的观点考虑,(B)成分优选包含选自由纤维素系增稠剂及多糖类系增稠剂组成的群组中的至少一种水溶性增稠剂(有时也称为(B1)成分)。
作为纤维素系增稠剂,可举出甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素等。
作为多糖类系增稠剂,可举出果胶、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、角叉菜胶、结冷胶、阿拉伯胶等。
通过上述的水溶性增稠剂,能够对睫毛用化妆料赋予触变性。具有触变性的睫毛用化妆料在无应力的状态下不显现流动性,但是在涂抹睫毛时,由于施加剪切而粘度降低从而能够具有流动性。由此能够防止一次附着大量的化妆料。另外,通过与(A)成分组合,抑制了结块及打滑的发生而附着性优异,结果,容易进行反复涂抹(或覆盖),并且容易得到均匀的化妆膜。
从即使反复涂抹也不易产生结块且容易赋予浓密感的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的(B)成分的含量优选为0.01~1质量%,更优选为0.01~0.5质量%。
<(C)粉体>
作为粉体,能够配合化妆料中所使用的公知的粉体,可举出体质粉体、着色颜料等。粉体能够在球状、板状、针状等形状;烟雾状、微粒、颜料级等粒径;多孔、无孔等粒子结构等方面无特别限制地使用。(C)成分能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
在本实施方式中,作为(C)成分,优选配合炭黑。通过组合炭黑与上述(B1)成分,能够得到更高的卷翘保持力。并且,通过配合炭黑,容易形成光泽感及黑度优异的化妆膜。
从卷曲效果的观点考虑,能够使用比重为1.5~2.5g/cm3的炭黑,能够使用DKBLACK No.2(DAITO KASEI KOGYO CO.,LTD.制,比重:1.7~1.9g/cm3)等市面上销售的商品。
从卷曲效果以及具有光泽感及黑度的化妆膜的形成的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的炭黑的含量优选为0.01~5.0质量%,更优选为0.1~4.0质量%,进一步优选为0.1~2.0质量%。
并且,从抑制化妆料因炭黑的吸油性而变得过硬或容易产生结块的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的炭黑的含量优选为10.0质量%以下。
在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,作为炭黑以外的(C)成分,能够含有例如黑氧化铁、红氧化铁、黄氧化铁、氧化钴、氧化铬、群青、铁蓝、氧化钛、氧化锌等无机性着色颜料,红色228号、红色226号、蓝色404号、红色202号、黄色4号铝色淀等有机性着色颜料,云母钛、鱼鳞箔、氯氧化铋等珠光颜料,胭脂红、红花等天然色素,玻璃粉、无水硅酸、硅酸铝、硅酸镁、硅酸铝镁、云母、合成云母、合成绢云母、绢云母、滑石、高岭土、碳化硅、硫酸钡等体质颜料,或交联型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硅酮弹性体等球状粉体。
并且,在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,作为炭黑以外的(C)成分,能够包含纤维。作为纤维,可举出尼龙纤维、人造丝纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维、纤维素纤维等。纤维的长度并无特别限制,但是通常优选0.1~10mm,更优选0.3~7mm。纤维的粗细通常优选0.1~25特(以下简单示为“T”。),更优选0.3~20T。纤维的截面的形状并无特别限定。这些纤维能够使用材质、粗细、长度不同的一种或两种以上。
从化妆膜的均匀性、卷曲效果、赋予光泽和黑度的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的(C)成分的含量优选为0.01~10.0质量%。
在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,从化妆膜的均匀性、卷曲效果的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,炭黑以外的粉体的含量优选为6.0质量%以下,更优选为4.0质量%以下。
<(D)表面活性剂>
作为表面活性剂,能够配合化妆料中所使用的公知的表面活性剂。(D)成分能够组合两种以上而使用。
在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,从保存稳定性以及形成具有光泽感及黑度的化妆膜的观点考虑,作为(D)成分,优选包含(D1)HLB10~17的非离子表面活性剂(也有时称为(D1)成分)及(D2)HLB不足8的非离子表面活性剂(也有时称为(D2)成分)。(D1)成分及(D2)成分分别能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
作为HLB10~17的非离子表面活性剂,可举出聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯。从保存稳定性的观点考虑,优选聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油。
作为HLB不足8的非离子表面活性剂,可举出甘油脂肪酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、自乳化型甘油脂肪酸酯。
从保存稳定性以及形成具有光泽感及黑度的化妆膜的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的(D1)成分的含量优选为1.0~10.0质量%,更优选为2.5~8.0质量%,进一步优选为4.2~8.0质量%。
并且,从保存稳定性以及形成具有光泽感及黑度的化妆膜的观点考虑,以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,水包油型睫毛用化妆料中的(D2)成分的含量优选为0.5~8.0质量%,更优选为0.5~3.0质量%,进一步优选为0.5~2.0质量%。
另外,在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,(D1)成分与(D2)成分的质量比(D1)/(D2)优选为1.4~6.0,更优选为1.8~6.0,进一步优选为3.3~6.0。通过将(D1)/(D2)设为这种范围,能够形成微细的乳化粒子,容易得到具有光泽感及黑度的化妆膜,也能够提高化妆料的保存稳定性。
本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料能够含有(D1)成分及(D2)成分以外的非离子表面活性剂、阴离子性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂等表面活性剂。这些表面活性剂能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
作为阴离子性表面活性剂,可举出高级脂肪酸、由高级脂肪酸及碱构成的高级脂肪酸盐。从乳化稳定性的观点考虑,高级脂肪酸优选硬脂酸、棕榈酸。从乳化稳定性的观点考虑,碱优选三乙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP)、2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇(AMPD)。
从提高附着性及炭黑的分散性的观点考虑,本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料能够含有高级脂肪酸盐。以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,高级脂肪酸盐的含量优选为0.5~10.0质量%,更优选为1.0~6.0质量%。
<其他成分>
本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料能够包含上述成分以外的水性成分及油性成分。
水性成分为构成水包油型睫毛用化妆料的水相(外相)的成分,例如可举出水;1,3-丁二醇、一缩二丙二醇、甘油、1,2-戊二醇、山梨糖醇、甘露醇等多元醇;乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、异丁醇等低级醇。它们能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
油性成分为构成水包油型睫毛用化妆料的油相(内相)的成分,例如可举出油脂、蜡类、烃、酯油、高级醇、高级脂肪酸、硅酮油、紫外线吸收剂等。它们能够单独使用一种或组合两种以上而使用。
作为油脂,可举出硬化蓖麻油、氢化霍霍巴油、棕榈油、日本蜡等固态油脂;及霍霍巴籽油、葵花籽油、橄榄油、蓖麻油、澳洲坚果油、山茶油、菜籽油、亚麻籽油、三甘油等液状油脂。
作为蜡类,可举出蜂蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡、稻糠蜡、向日葵籽蜡、糠蜡、鲸蜡、羊毛脂等。
作为烃,可举出聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡、费托蜡、地蜡、凡士林、流动石蜡、角鲨烷、矿物油等。
作为酯油,可举出三山嵛酸甘油酯、胆固醇脂肪酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、2-乙基己酸十六烷基酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、新戊二醇二癸酸酯、甘油三-2-乙基己酸酯、聚甘油三异硬脂酸酯、二聚季戊四醇四羟基硬脂酸酯/四异硬脂酸酯、新戊二醇二-2-乙基己酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、二聚酸酯等。
作为高级醇,可举出硬脂醇、山嵛醇、十六醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、油醇、辛基十二醇、异硬脂醇等。
作为高级脂肪酸,可举出硬脂酸、油酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、异硬脂酸、山嵛酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等。
作为硅酮油,可举出二甲基聚硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷、甲基聚三甲基硅氧烷等。
另外,在本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中除了上述各成分以外,还可根据需要在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,适当配合化妆品中通常使用的其他成分,例如保湿剂、紫外线吸收剂、防腐剂、维生素类、美容成分、抗氧化剂、香料等。
从使用性的观点考虑,本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料中,块状稠度优选为0.05~0.8,更优选为0.1~0.5。应予说明,通过以下的测定方法可求得化妆料的块状稠度。
<块状稠度的测定方法>
将通过加热熔融的化妆料填充于容量30mL的旋盖杯,准备在25℃下放置一晚的测定用样品。关于该测定用样品,使用FUDOH流变仪RT-2002D·D(RHEOTECH公司制),在25℃下以压敏轴球形、针入速度6cm/min、针入深度10mm得到了稠度。
作为本实施方式的水包油型睫毛用化妆料的用途,可举出睫毛膏、睫毛打底膏、睫毛膏外涂(overcoat)等。
[水包油型睫毛用化妆料的制造方法]
作为本实施方式所涉及的水包油型睫毛用化妆料的制造方法,例如,可以通过分别制备包含上述的(A)成分、(B)成分及其他水性成分、以及(C)成分的水相部和包含上述的(D)成分及油性成分的油相部,并将它们混合而进行乳化来得到。
实施例
以下,通过实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明,但是本发明的技术范围并不限于这些实施例。另外,表中的数值表示以化妆料基材总量为基准的含量(质量%)。
在实施例之前,对在各实施例中所采用的评价方法进行说明。
<使用感及眼部的印象程度的评价>
针对20名化妆品评价专门小组成员,在左右睫毛上涂抹10次左右实施例及比较例的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,关于下述的评价项目,根据下述的评价基准进行5分级评价,对每个样品标记评分,进而根据下述判定基准对全小组成员的评分的平均分进行了判定。
[评价项目]
(a)化妆膜的均匀性(无结块):评价在反复涂抹时是否没有结块
(b)附着性:评价化妆料是否不打滑而适量附着于睫毛

(d)黑度:评价在化妆膜上是否有黑度
(e)卷曲效果:评价使用化妆料之后睫毛是否卷翘、以及之后小组成员像往常一样度过6小时之后是否持续卷曲

另外,若化妆膜的均匀性及附着性的评价良好,则使用性优异,容易调整浓密感,若光泽感、黑度及卷曲效果的评价良好,则容易得到眼部的印象程度等化妆效果。
<(f)保存稳定性>
关于保存稳定性,以各试样的刚调整后的状态为基准,在50℃恒温槽保管1个月,通过下述4分级基准对稠度的变化及排液的有无进行了评价。

△:有一些变化
×:有显著的变化
(实施例1~14及比较例1~7)
通过以下的制法制备表1~5中所示的组成的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,进行了上述评价。将其结果一并示于表1~5中。
<制法>
混合成分1~13,加热到90℃溶解而使其均匀化,将其作为油相。接着,将在90℃下加热溶解的成分14~28添加到油相中,使其乳化。冷却乳化物之后添加成分29,进行了搅拌。将其填充到容器,得到了水包油型睫化妆料。

如表1~5所示,实施例1~14的化妆料在(a)化妆膜的均匀性(无结块)、(b)附着性、(c)光泽感及黑度、(d)卷曲效果及(e)保存稳定性的所有的评价项目中为“〇”以上的评价。
(实施例15:睫毛膏(含纤维))
*1、4、6的详细内容均与上述的内容相同。
<制法>
将成分(1)~(10)加热到约90℃,均匀地进行混合,将其作为油相。接着,将加热到约90℃的成分(11)~(16)添加到所得到的油相中,使其乳化。冷却乳化物之后添加成分(17),进行了搅拌。将其填充到容器,得到了水包油型睫毛膏(含纤维)。
<评价>
对所得到的睫毛膏(含纤维)进行了与上述相同的评价,结果,在(a)化妆膜的均匀性(无结块)、(b)附着性、(c)光泽感、(d)黑度、(e)卷曲效果及(f)保存稳定性的所有的评价项目中为“◎”的评价。
(实施例16:睫毛打底膏)
*2、4、6的详细内容均与上述的内容相同。
<制法>
将成分(1)~(11)加热到约90℃,均匀地进行混合,将其作为油相。接着,将加热到约90℃的成分(12)~(17)添加到所得到的油相中,使其乳化。冷却乳化物之后添加成分(18),进行了搅拌。将其填充到容器,得到了睫毛打底膏。
对所得到的睫毛打底膏进行了与上述相同的评价,结果,在(a)化妆膜的均匀性(无结块)、(b)附着性、(c)光泽感、(e)卷曲效果及(f)保存稳定性的所有的评价项目中为“◎”的评价。
Claims (4)
1.一种水包油型睫毛用化妆料,其含有(A)水溶性成膜剂、(B)水溶性增稠剂、(C)粉体及(D)表面活性剂,
所述(A)成分为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,
所述(B)成分为黄原胶或阿拉伯胶,
所述(C)成分包含炭黑,
所述(D)成分包含(D1)HLB10~17的非离子表面活性剂及(D2)HLB不足8的非离子表面活性剂,
所述(D1)成分为聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油或聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯,
所述(D2)成分为甘油脂肪酸酯或脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述(A)成分的含量为0.01~10.0质量%,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述(B)成分的含量为0.01~1质量%,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述(C)成分的含量为0.01~10质量%,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述(D1)成分的含量为1.0~10.0质量%,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述(D2)成分的含量为0.5~8.0质量%。
2.如权利要求1所述的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,其中,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述炭黑的含量为0.01~5.0质量%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,其中,
以水包油型睫毛用化妆料总量为基准,所述炭黑以外的粉体的含量为6.0质量%以下。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的水包油型睫毛用化妆料,其中,
所述(D1)成分与所述(D2)成分的质量比(D1)/(D2)为1.4~6.0。
