本发明公开了一种香蕉催熟的关键技术,属于食品包装技术领域。由乙烯利催熟生长调节剂,热塑性树脂,硅胶干燥剂组成,所述的乙烯利催熟生长调节剂的有效成分为乙烯利,其含量为20%,所述的热塑性树脂材料选自聚乙烯。本发明由于采用双螺杆挤出系统将乙烯利催熟生长调节剂、热塑性树脂材料和硅胶干燥剂共挤出造粒后用吹膜机吹膜,所以乙烯利在催熟材料中分布均匀;且制备方法模仿工业化的生产工艺,方法简单成熟,材料的机械性能稳定。形成均匀分散的乙烯利复合塑料。利用包装材料可以实现对乙烯利的缓慢释放,形成长效催熟效果,能够发挥优良长效的催熟作用。

背景技术
香蕉属于典型的呼吸跃变型水果,刚采摘的香蕉一般质地坚硬,必须经过后熟果皮才能逐渐由绿转黄、果肉由硬变软、大量淀粉转化为可溶性糖、果肉易与果皮分离并出现香味,才成熟可食。如需在短时间内供应黄熟的可食香蕉则必须进行人工催熟。乙烯利因其安全、便捷、高效等优点而在香蕉催熟中得到广泛应用。(陈丽花,郝德兰,夏彬等.香蕉催熟过程中生理生化指标变化分析及其品质评价模型的建立[J].现代香蕉科技,2018,34(10).)

目前市场上采用的都是乙烯气体催熟、乙烯利液体催熟、用“催熟小药包”催熟。乙烯气体催熟成本高,不利于推广;乙烯利液体催熟直接与果实接触,残留毒性;催熟小药包使用前需在清水中浸湿,放入箱内进行释放。而对于采用包装袋进行催熟的研究很少,将乙烯利与包装袋相结合,降低成本,并且减少乙烯利在香蕉表面的残留量。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种香蕉催熟的关键技术。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种香蕉催熟的关键技术,由乙烯利催熟生长调节剂,热塑性树脂,硅胶干燥剂组成,所述的乙烯利催熟生长调节剂的有效成分为乙烯利,其含量为20%,所述的热塑性树脂材料选自聚乙烯。
一种具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料,其由下列质量份数的原料制备而成:
乙烯利催熟生长调节剂2.5~7.5%,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)37.4~42.4%,线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)43%,硅胶干燥剂0.1%,分散剂9%,润滑剂1%,偶联剂2%。
其中所述的分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)。
其中所述的润滑剂为甲基丙烯酰氧(KH-570)。
其中所述的偶联剂为乙撑双硬酸酰胺(EBS)。
上述具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
(1)乙烯利母粒的制备:以所述香蕉催熟包装材料的总重为基准,质量配比为:乙烯利催熟生长调节剂2.5~7.5%,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)37.4~42.4%,线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)43%,硅胶干燥剂0.1%,分散剂9%,润滑剂1%,偶联剂2%;由双螺杆挤压机混炼造粒,调节挤压条件,螺杆转速60-150r/min,挤压机各段温度分别设定为120℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃和130℃;
(2)香蕉催熟包装材料的制备:将造粒得到的乙烯利母粒经吹膜机吹膜,吹膜温度为135℃,即制得产品具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料。
其中步骤(1)所述的分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯(GMS)。
其中步骤(1)所述的润滑剂为甲基丙烯酰氧(KH-570)。
其中步骤(1)所述的偶联剂为乙撑双硬酸酰胺(EBS)。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)由于采用双螺杆挤出系统将乙烯利催熟生长调节剂、热塑性树脂材料和硅胶干燥剂共挤出造粒后用吹膜机吹膜,所以乙烯利在催熟材料中分布均匀;且制备方法模仿工业化的生产工艺,方法简单成熟,材料的机械性能稳定。
(2)形成均匀分散的乙烯利复合塑料。
(3)利用包装材料可以实现对乙烯利的缓慢释放,形成长效催熟效果,能够发挥优良长效的催熟作用。

实施例1
一种催熟型香蕉包装袋用母料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)乙烯利母粒的制备:以所述香蕉催熟包装材料的总重为基准,质量配比为:乙烯利催熟生长调节剂2.5%,LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)42.4%,LLDPE(线型低密度聚乙烯)43%,硅胶干燥剂0.1%,分散剂9%,润滑剂1%,偶联剂2%;由双螺杆挤压机混炼造粒,调节挤压条件,螺杆转速60-150r/min,挤压机各段温度分别设定为120℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃和130℃;
(2)香蕉催熟包装材料的制备:将造粒得到的乙烯利母粒经吹膜机吹膜,吹膜温度为135℃,即制得产品具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料。
实验例1
将新鲜的香蕉放置于实施例1制备得到的包装袋和普通PE包装袋中进行测试:利用上述包装袋包装香蕉,检查香蕉的硬度、色差变化,检查结果如下:

结论:从上表可以看出储藏第3天,乙烯利包装袋内的香蕉硬度远小于普通包装袋内的;储藏第6天,乙烯利包装袋内的香蕉硬度较储藏3天的变化不大,但仍低于普通包装袋的;储藏第9天,乙烯利包装袋内的香蕉已经腐烂,而普通包装袋内的香蕉虽然硬度已经是可以食用的。a值代表红绿色,a值越大绿色越少。从上图可以看出,随着贮藏天数的增加,乙烯利包装袋包装的香蕉相比普通包装袋包装的香蕉a值更大,说明乙烯利包装袋内的香蕉更黄。本发明的催熟包装袋具有很强的催熟作用,可以有效的加快香蕉的后熟。
实施例2

实施例3
一种催熟型香蕉包装袋,制备方法包括以下步骤:以所述香蕉催熟包装材料的总重为基准,质量配比为:乙烯利催熟生长调节剂4.92%,LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)39.98%,LLDPE(线型低密度聚乙烯)43%,硅胶干燥剂0.1%,分散剂9%,润滑剂1%,偶联剂2%;由双螺杆挤压机混炼造粒,调节挤压条件,螺杆转速60-150r/min,挤压机各段温度分别设定为120℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃和130℃;其余步骤与实施案例1相同。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料,其特征在于其由下列质量份数的原料制备而成:乙烯利催熟生长调节剂2.5~7.5%,低密度聚乙烯37.4~42.4%,线型低密度聚乙烯43%,硅胶干燥剂0.1%,分散剂9%,润滑剂1%,偶联剂2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料,其特征在于其中所述的分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料,其特征在于其中所述的润滑剂为甲基丙烯酰氧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料,其特征在于其中所述的偶联剂为乙撑双硬酸酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于按照下述步骤进行:
(1)乙烯利母粒的制备:以所述香蕉催熟包装材料的总重为基准,质量配比为:乙烯利催熟生长调节剂2.5~7.5%,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)37.4~42.4%,线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)43%,硅胶干燥剂0.1%,分散剂9%,润滑剂1%,偶联剂2%;由双螺杆挤压机混炼造粒,调节挤压条件,螺杆转速60-150r/min,挤压机各段温度分别设定为120℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃,130℃和130℃;
(2)香蕉催熟包装材料的制备:将造粒得到的乙烯利母粒经吹膜机吹膜,吹膜温度为135℃,即制得产品具有缓释性能的香蕉催熟包装材料;
其中步骤(1)所述的分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯;
其中步骤(1)所述的润滑剂为甲基丙烯酰氧;
其中步骤(1)所述的偶联剂为乙撑双硬酸酰胺。
