本发明涉及垃圾回收设备领域,尤其涉及一种废弃橡胶板的回收装置。
背景技术:
橡胶板以橡胶为主体材料,经硫化而制得的具有一定厚度和较大面积的片状产品,简称胶板。生活中的橡胶板应用众多,广泛用于工矿企业、交通运输部门及房屋地面等方面,用作密封胶圈、胶垫、门窗封条和铺设工作台及地板,能起到良好的密封、防滑、缓冲等作用。由于橡胶在长时间的使用后会老化硬化,因此生活中会产生大量的废弃橡胶板。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种废弃橡胶板的回收装置,它能自动对面积大的橡胶板进行横向切割和纵向切割,最终能将橡胶板切成小块状,自动化程度高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种废弃橡胶板的回收装置,包括工作顶板,其特征在于:所述工作顶板的顶面设有横向切割槽和纵向切割槽,横向切割槽的两侧分别设有进料架和定位板,所述横向切割槽和纵向切割槽之间设有纵向切块装置,所述工作顶板的底面所设有的两个支撑板之间固定有工作底板,工作底板上设有横向切条装置。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述进料架的竖直板上设有进料口和进料气缸,进料气缸固定在进料架的竖直板的前侧面上且进料气缸的活塞杆穿过竖直板连接有推料条。

本发明的工作原理:
1、启动压条气缸26,缓冲块261压向水平凸起部231,推料条23往上翘,然后从其他平台上将废弃橡胶板推到工作顶板1上,压条气缸26的活塞杆回缩,推料条23回到水平状态,通过进料气缸22的作用,推料条23可将橡胶板由进料口201慢慢往前推动,直至靠在定位板12上,压料气缸21的作用是提高橡胶板这种柔性物体在切割时的稳定性,防止橡胶板过于形变;
2、移动电机59驱动移动块51在螺杆52上移动,横向切割片56通过升降气缸53升入横向切割槽101中对橡胶板进行横向切割,当横向切割片56完成切割后向下复位,而此时横向推料气缸58也正好位于橡胶块的末尾一侧,然后横向推料气缸58的活塞杆伸出,移动电机59反转,移动块51往回移动,横向推料气缸58的活塞杆可以推动被切割出来的条状橡胶板往纵向切块装置3方向移动;
3、被切割出来的条状橡胶板进入矩形框架31中,在切料气缸32和纵向切割片34的作用下,被切割出来的条状橡胶板被进行纵向切块,切除的小块状橡胶板从下料通槽104中落入传动带42上;
4、当一条橡胶板被切块完成后,剩余的橡胶板在进料气缸22的作用下再次移动,然后横向切割片56再次切割,横向推料气缸58再次推动条状橡胶板往纵向切块装置3方向移动,一直反复,直到橡胶板无法完成切割。
