本专利属于用于切断的设备领域,具体公开了一种旋转豆干切片机,包括液压缸和切割件,还包括第一楔形块、与第一楔形块匹配的第二楔形块、送料筒、固定架和用于使送料筒停止运动的挡块,送料筒上设有凸缘,所述液压缸与第一楔形块固定连接,第一楔形块上固定连接有作用于凸缘的推送件;第二楔形块由铅制成,第二楔形块位于第一楔形块的运动轨迹上,第二楔形块上设有连杆,连杆铰接于固定架上,切割件固定在连杆的自由端,送料筒的运动轨迹与切割件的运动轨迹交叉,挡块位于送料筒的运动轨迹上。本方案通过液压缸带动第一楔形块运动,第一楔形块作用于第二楔形块,第二楔形块带动刀片对豆干进行切割,整个过程由液压缸带动,提高了切片的效率。

本发明属于用于切断的设备领域。
背景技术
豆干是豆腐干的简称,是豆腐的再加工制品,营养丰富,不易变质,传统豆干制品形状和尺寸较大,不易携带,且在食用前需要切成小片,不便于食用,现有技术中为了解决这一问题人们开发出了豆干小袋真空包装,既便于储存,也解决了食用不便的问题,然而现有豆干切片均是由人工将整片豆干切成小片,效率较低,且人工切片难以保证切片的效果,造成产品大小不一,因此,如何提高豆干的切片效率和效果是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋转豆干切片机,用于提高切片效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案提供旋转一种旋转豆干切片机,包括液压缸,还包括固定架、皮带传送装置、第一楔形块、送料筒、连杆和用于使送料筒停止运动的挡块,所述液压缸的输出端活塞杆与第一楔形块固定连接,第一楔形块上固定有推送送料筒的推送件;连杆一端固定有与第一楔形块匹配的第二楔形块,连杆另一端固定有切割件,连杆的中部铰接于固定架上;皮带传送装置位于切割件下方,第二楔形块位于第一楔形块的运动轨迹上,送料筒的运动轨迹与切割件的运动轨迹交叉,挡块位于送料筒的运动轨迹上;活塞杆上固定有连接件,连接件上固定有第三楔形块,连杆的切割件端固定有与第三楔形块配合的第四楔形块,以活塞杆的伸出方向为参考,第三楔形块位于第一楔形块之前,第三楔形块的运动轨迹与第四楔形块的运动轨迹交叉。
本基础方案的原理在于:在送料筒中放置待切割的豆干原料,使液压缸推动第一楔形块运动,同时推送件也使送料筒向刀片方向移动。由于第二楔形块位于第一楔形块的运动轨迹上,第一楔形块在运动的过程中,与第二楔形块发生接触,第二楔形块在第一楔形块的作用下上升,并带动切割件向下运动。第一楔形块与第二楔形块发生接触之后,当送料筒位于送料筒的运动轨迹与切割件的移动轨迹的交叉处时,使第一楔形块停止运动。此时切割件位于送料筒上方,由于切割件与送料筒之间存在距离,送料筒随在挡块的作用下停止运动后,需要短暂等待,切割件才能作用送料筒中的豆干,并将其切成片。
切片完成后,液压缸缩回的同时,带动第三楔形块撞击连杆上的第四楔形块,使刀片快速回位,准备下次切割,防止了因为完成切割后的刀片与豆干之间存在较大的摩擦力,使刀片回位速度慢甚至卡在豆干上,影响切割效率。
因为凸缘的设置,推送件推动送料筒运动后,在液压缸的带动下,缩回时才能不带着送料筒一起缩回,从而完成送料的卸载。由于是通过两楔形面的相对运动来提供,两楔形面接触时,第一楔形块和第四楔形块会以相对稳定的加速度上升,不会对整个设备造成较大的冲击,使设备受损,影响设备切片效果。
本基础方案的有益效果在于:本方案通过液压缸带动第一楔形块运动,第一楔形块作用于第二楔形块,第二楔形块带动刀片对豆干进行切割,第三楔形块作用与第四楔形块,第四楔形块带动刀片快速回位。整个过程由液压缸带动,提高了切片的效率。另外,本方案由于楔形面的设置减小了设备产生的冲击力,使设备切片效果不受影响。
进一步,所述切割件为刀片架,刀片架上固定有3片刀片,所述送料筒设有让刀片穿过的间隙。使本方案中的设备能同时进行多处切片,体高了本方案的效率。
进一步,所述刀片运动轨迹上设有用于停止刀片旋转的停止台。使刀片在完成切割之后停止。
进一步,所述连杆与固定架的铰接处设有扭簧。使刀片脱离豆干后,第一楔形块能回到初始位置。
进一步,所述送料筒上设有凸缘,推送件呈与凸缘对应的圆环状。推送件在推送送料筒时,将送料筒固定在推送件内,使其不会在推送的过程中发生偏移。
进一步,所述送料筒的内腔为方形。以适应方形的产品的生产。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:液压缸1、推送件2、第一楔形块3、送料筒4、第三楔形块5、固定架6、第二楔形块7、第四楔形块8、刀片9、扭簧10、停止台11、皮带传送装置12。
实施例:本方案中的旋转豆干切片机,如图1,包括液压缸1,还包括固定架6、第一楔形块3、送料筒4、连杆和用于使送料筒4停止运动的挡块,液压缸1的活塞杆与第一楔形块3固定连接,第一楔形块3上一体成型有推送件2。送料筒4上一体成型有凸缘,送料筒4的内腔为方形,推送件2呈与凸缘对应的圆环状。连杆一端一体成型有与第一楔形块3匹配的第二楔形块7,连杆另一端一体成型有切割件,切割件为刀片架,刀片架上一体成型有3片刀片9,皮带传送装置12位于刀片架下方。连杆的中部铰接于固定架6上,连杆与固定架6的铰接处安装有扭簧10,刀片9运动轨迹上安装有用于停止刀片9旋转的停止台11。送料筒4一体成型让刀片9穿过的间隙。如图3,第二楔形块7位于第一楔形块3的运动轨迹上,送料筒4的运动轨迹与切割件的运动轨迹交叉,挡块位于送料筒4的运动轨迹上。活塞杆上一体成型有连接件,连接件上一体成型有第三楔形块5,连杆的切割件端一体成型有与第三楔形块5配合的第四楔形块8。以活塞杆的伸出方向为参考,第三楔形块5位于第一楔形块3之前,第三楔形块5的运动轨迹与第四楔形块8的运动轨迹交叉。
在送料筒4中放置待切割的豆干原料,使液压缸1推动第一楔形块3运动,同时推送件2也作用于凸缘,使送料筒4向刀片9方向移动。由于第二楔形块7位于第一楔形块3的运动轨迹上,第一楔形块3在运动的过程中,与第二楔形块7发生接触,第二楔形块7在第一楔形块3的作用下上升,并带动切割件向下运动。如图2,第一楔形块3与第二楔形块7发生接触之后,当送料筒4位于送料筒4的运动轨迹与切割件的移动轨迹的交叉处时,使第一楔形块3停止运动。此时切割件位于送料筒4上方,由于切割件与送料筒4之间存在距离,送料筒4随在挡块的作用下停止运动后,需要短暂等待,切割件才能作用送料筒4中的豆干,并将其切成片,刀片架下的皮带传送装置12,将加工过的送料筒4,运到卸料处。刀片9触碰到停止台11,停止旋转。
切片完成后,液压缸1缩回的同时,带动第三楔形块5撞击连杆上的第四楔形块8,使刀片9快速回位,准备下次切割,防止了因为完成切割后的刀片9与豆干之间存在较大的摩擦力,使刀片9回位速度慢甚至卡在豆干上,影响切割效率。
扭簧10使第二楔形块7能过回到初始位,等待第一楔形块3的下次撞击。因为凸缘的设置,推送件2推动送料筒4运动后,在液压缸1的带动下,缩回时才能不带着送料筒4一起缩回,从而完成送料的卸载。由于是通过两楔形面的相对运动来提供,两楔形面接触时,第一楔形块3和第四楔形块8会以相对稳定的加速度上升,不会对整个设备造成较大的冲击,使设备受损,影响设备切片效果。

1.旋转豆干切片机,包括液压缸,其特征在于:还包括固定架、皮带传送装置、第一楔形块、送料筒、连杆和用于使送料筒停止运动的挡块,所述液压缸的输出端活塞杆与第一楔形块固定连接,第一楔形块上固定有推送送料筒的推送件;连杆一端固定有与第一楔形块匹配的第二楔形块,连杆另一端固定有切割件,连杆的中部铰接于固定架上;皮带传送装置位于切割件下方,第二楔形块位于第一楔形块的运动轨迹上,送料筒的运动轨迹与切割件的运动轨迹交叉,挡块位于送料筒的运动轨迹上;活塞杆上固定有连接件,连接件上固定有第三楔形块,连杆的切割件端固定有与第三楔形块配合的第四楔形块,以活塞杆的伸出方向为参考,第三楔形块位于第一楔形块之前,第三楔形块的运动轨迹与第四楔形块的运动轨迹交叉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转豆干切片机,其特征在于:所述切割件为刀片架,刀片架上固定有三片刀片,所述送料筒设有让刀片穿过的间隙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转豆干切片机,其特征在于:所述刀片的运动轨迹上设有用于停止刀片旋转的停止台。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转豆干切片机,其特征在于:所述连杆与固定架的铰接处设有扭簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转豆干切片机,其特征在于:所述送料筒上设有凸缘,推送件呈与凸缘对应的圆环状。
