2) solution preparation: 2mg/L KMnO4The solution C, the solution D of 800 times of the carbendazim solution and the solution A + B for later use; the A + B solution is prepared by sequentially adding IBA and NAA into a solvent to be completely dissolved, wherein the concentration of IBA in the A + B solution is 500mg/L, the concentration of NAA in the A + B solution is 100mg/L, the solvent is water, and the IBA and NAA added into the water are IBA and NAA dissolved by using a small amount of 99.9% ethanol;
3) preparing and processing cuttings: cutting down the branches of the false streblus streblumea and cutting the branches into small sections with at least two leaf marks, reserving a top leaf 1/5, and cutting off the other leaves; bundling the upper and lower ends according to the morphological sequence; soaking with solution C for 100min, taking out, and soaking the morphological lower end of stem segment of 2.5cm in rooting solution A + B for 60 min;
4) temporary planting: temporarily planting the stem sections soaked by the solution on a seedbed, burying the cuttings at least 2/3 into the matrix, making the cuttings form 45 degrees with the horizontal plane, and watering thoroughly at one time; then, a small arched shed with the height of 50cm is built on the seedbed by using a plastic film, and a sunshade net with the light transmittance of 50 percent is covered on the built shed;
5) management: keeping the humidity in the shed at 68%, and opening the films at two ends of the arched shed for ventilation and cooling when the temperature is higher than 30 ℃; irrigating the cuttings with rooting solution every week, wherein the rooting solution is A + B solution, and the irrigation amount is 2.5mL per plant; pouring the solution D once every 10 days to prevent the cuttings from being infected by germs;
6) rooting and transplanting: the cuttings are cultured by a seedbed for 30 days to start to root; continuously culturing for 20 days, gradually opening the sunshade net and the plastic film to harden the seedlings for rooting, transplanting the seedlings into the nutrition bags for culturing after hardening for 15 days, wherein the size of the nutrition bags is that the diameter is multiplied by the height =8cm multiplied by 12cm, 1 plant is cultured in each nutrition bag, 3/4 is cut off from the leaves when the seedlings are transplanted into the nutrition bags, sufficient root fixing water is poured, and then the substrate is kept moist; the matrix in the nutrition bag is a mixed matrix of forest trees and commercial organic fertilizer in a volume ratio of 9: 1; cultivating in a nutrition bag for 45 days to obtain the nursery for field planting.
