Abstract
本发明公开了一种计量阀(24),具有用于排油导管(43)的阀(44),用于控制衔铁(27)的电磁铁(26),衔铁与相应的杆(47)相分离,并通过相应的衬套(48)沿着杆(47)滑动;杆(47)由套筒(53)导向,并在第一弹簧(52)的推动下使阀(44)处于关闭位置;衔铁(27)被第二弹簧(64)轴向地固定支撑在杆(47)上,第二弹簧被预压在衔铁(27)和杆(47)的环形台肩(63)之间,其不影响第一个弹簧(52)的动作。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于燃油喷嘴特别是内燃机的改进的电磁计量阀。
燃油喷嘴的计量阀一般包括带有排油导管的控制腔,控制腔在一般状态下由预压力为F1的主弹簧通过一阀来关闭,并通过给一电磁铁通电以克服弹簧施加的压力来移动衔铁而被打开。在现有的阀中,衔铁一般固接在一杆上,此杆在固定的导引装置内滑动。
当排油导管被关闭时,所述阀与计量阀之间的碰撞消耗掉了衔铁和杆的动能;而当排油导管被打开时,杆与止动装置间的碰撞消耗了衔铁与杆的回程动能。
这种碰撞产生了很大的力,这个力与衔铁及杆的质量和速度成正比,而与碰撞的时间成反比,碰撞的时间是极短的;由于杆、球及阀体的刚度,这就导致在打开和关闭阀时都会产生相当大的回弹,这样衔铁的动作就不能保证喷油嘴的稳定工作。
对于减少打开和关闭行程时制动质量的回弹,一个建议是使衔铁和杆相分离,并在衔铁与固定台肩之间安装另外一个预压力为F2的弹簧。使得阀处于关闭状态的主弹簧的压力F1作用在轴上,其方向与另加弹簧的预压力F2相反,且其值大于力F2。而在另一种现有的阀中,杆带有一个法兰,法兰安装在一个腔中,燃油在此腔中循环,法兰在该腔中的运动产生一定量的涡流以进一步减小回弹。
然而,这种现有的阀存在着这样的缺点,即在衔铁的两个连续的动作之间不能实现一个小的时间间隔,而这恰恰是为例如高速喷油发动机所要求的。特别是,这种阀不适用于这样的发动机,该发动机在主喷油前需要进行预喷油。在这种情形下,实际上另加弹簧的压力F2不得不加大,以使衔铁在每一次动作后能够快速回到静止位置,并从而保证衔铁的快速正确的重复操作。
然而,由于关闭阀所需的力F等于F1-F2,另加弹簧的预压力F2的增加就意味着主弹簧预压力F1的增加,而由于安装主弹簧的空间较小,故很难增加F1。特别是主弹簧包括螺旋弹簧的情形下,此螺旋弹簧安装在电磁铁的磁芯中,安装主弹簧的空间的增加都必定会导致磁路的改变、使用烧结材料以外的材料制作磁芯以及组装高预压弹簧的困难。
本发明的一个目的就是提供一种简单、可靠的上述类型的计量阀,旨在克服上述在现有的阀中普遍存在的缺点,并能确保衔铁和阀控制杆快速地回到空载位置。
根据本发明,提供了一种计量阀,包括用于控制腔的排油导管的阀;压靠在中间部件上以使所述阀处于关闭位置的第一弹簧;及驱动衔铁的电磁铁,用来经由所述中间部件控制所述阀;所述衔铁与所述中间部件相分离,并通过一第二弹簧抵靠在所述中间部件上,所述第二弹簧安装在所述衔铁与所述中间部件之间,并具有一定的预压,其不影响第一弹簧的动作。
下面参考附图通过例子来描述本发明的两个最佳具体实施例,但本发明并非局限于这两个具体实施例,其中:

图1中的标号5代表燃油喷嘴,例如用于柴油内燃机的喷嘴,它包括与喷咀9相连的中空壳体6,喷咀9的末端带有一个或多个喷油孔11;及在壳体内滑动的控制杆8,它通过档盘10连接到用来关闭喷油孔11的针阀12上。
壳体6包括一个输送管13,进口接头16安装在其中,进口接头连接到常用的供油泵上,输送管还包括孔14(图2),此孔经过导管17,18和21与喷咀9的喷油腔19相通;针阀12具有一个台肩22,腔19中的受压油作用于其上;压缩弹簧23起到向下推动针阀12的作用。
喷油嘴5还包括一计量阀,其作为一整体由标号24来代表。计量阀又包括电磁铁26,用来控制衔铁27;电磁铁26包括环形的磁芯28,其内装有一电线圈29;磁芯28包括一个与排油接头32同轴的中心孔31,排油接头安装在与磁芯28为一体的一壳体中,并连接到燃油箱。
计量阀24还包括具有法兰34的壳体33,在一般状态下,法兰被外螺纹环形螺母36顶靠在壳体6的台肩上,螺母与在壳体6中形成的排油腔37的螺纹相拧紧;衔铁27大致上呈盘形,具有多个例如三个扇段38(图4),这些扇段被槽39分开,排油腔37通过这些槽与磁芯28的中心孔31相通。
阀24的壳体33还包括轴向控制腔41,该控制腔又包括与孔14相通的进油导管42,及与排油腔37相通的排油导管43。控制腔41在底部由杆8的顶面限定;由于杆8顶面与台肩22(图1)相比具有较大的面积,故燃油的压力在弹簧23的辅助下,在一般状态时,使杆8处于关闭喷咀9的喷油孔11的位置上。
控制腔41的排油导管43一般由一球形阀44关闭,球坐靠在由导管43的接触表面所限定的锥形基座上;球44被导板46所控制,一中间部件作用在导板上,中间部件包括一圆柱形杆47;衔铁27与衬套48形成一体,衬套沿着杆47的轴向滑动,杆47包括一个C型环49,其与衔铁27的台肩50相配合,以使衔铁27与杆47相脱离。
杆47的一给定长度伸入孔31的内部,其末端带有一个小直径部分51,用来支撑固定装在孔31内的第一压缩弹簧52;杆47在导引装置内滑动,导引装置包括圆柱型套筒53,此套筒与底部法兰54形成一体,法兰具有轴向孔56;在杆47的底部,包括一个与杆为一体的法兰57,它支靠在法兰54的下表面。
环形螺母36使法兰54通过介于中间的用来限定轴47预定行程“h”的校准垫片紧压在阀24的壳体33的法兰34上,当电磁铁26被断电时,弹簧52的预置压力F1能够使杆47带动衔铁27快速向下移动,并通过导板46使球44在导管43上方处于关闭位置。
杆47的法兰57安装在涡流室58内,从控制腔41排出的燃油通过法兰57的动作被压缩或膨胀;在套筒53与环形螺母36之间形成了一个缝隙59,该缝隙能使腔58中的燃油通过孔56流入排油腔37中。
根据本发明,杆47包括部分61,衔铁27的衬套48在其上滑动,而部分62在套筒53内滑动,部分62的直径大于部分61的直径;在部分61与62之间形成了环形台肩63,用来支撑第二个弹簧64,此弹簧作用在衔铁27上,以使台肩50在一般状态下抵靠于杆47的C型环49。
具体地说,弹簧64可以是多簧片弹簧,根据图2所示的实施例中,其包括一组同轴的贝氏弹簧垫圈对;最上面的弹簧垫圈66紧靠在衔铁27上,最下面的弹簧垫圈66紧靠在台肩63上;弹簧64安装在衔铁27的圆盘与环形台肩63之间,其预置压力为F2。
由于弹簧64套紧在杆47上,故可对弹簧64增加一定数量的簧片数以缩短衔铁27回位的时间,进而缩短由电磁铁26引起的计量阀24连续两次动作之间的时间间隔。实际上,弹簧64不再影响球44的密封性,球44的密封性单靠弹簧52来保证,弹簧52由于不必克服反作用弹簧64的弹力,可更为有效地把球44移向关闭位置。另外,对于给定作用于球44的作用力,弹簧52的预压及尺寸都可减小。
上述喷油嘴的工作过程可如下所述。
当线圈29通电时,磁芯28吸引衔铁27,衔铁27又通过台肩50和C型环49有效地拉动杆47克服弹簧52的弹力向上运动;杆47的法兰57在腔58内产生涡流,也就是说,腔58内的燃油一方面被压缩而另一方面又被膨胀,以缓冲杆47的法兰57停靠在固定法兰54上;衔铁27被排油腔37中的燃油制动,其台肩停靠在环49上。由于衔铁27与杆47相脱离,故可分别地吸收这两个部件的动能。
因此,腔41中的燃油压力使球44移向打开位置,把燃油从腔41中卸回到油箱中;腔19(图1)中的燃油压力克服作用在杆8上表面的残余压力,把针阀12抬起,从而把腔19中的燃油经由喷油孔11喷出。
当线圈29断电时,弹簧52推动杆47向下运动,以便通过C型环49下拉衔铁27;杆47的部分动能被法兰57在腔58的燃油中产生的涡流所消耗,以便有效地缓冲碰撞并大致消除杆47、板46和球44的回弹;球44关闭了排油导管43,受压油恢复了控制腔41中的压力,从而针阀12关闭喷油孔11。
在图3-6的实施方式中,杆47部分61和62具有相同的直径-因此制造成本降低-槽65将这两部分分隔开,在槽中装有另外一个C型环70,它用作台肩。在图3、4和5的实施方式中,多簧片弹簧64包括一系列的弹性薄片67,这些弹性薄片与凹盘68形成一体,凹盘具有一个中心孔69并抵靠在环70上;薄片67在数量上等于扇段38,并且紧靠在扇段上。
为了防止衔铁27和弹簧64相对转动,在图3和图4的实施方式中,凹盘68包括一个附件71,该附件位于两个薄片67之间,并插入相邻两个扇段38之间的缝隙39中;在图5所示的实施方式中,衔铁27的扇段38之一包括一个孔腔72,它与弹簧64的弹性薄片67之一相接合。
最后,在图6所示的实施方式中,截锥型螺旋压缩弹簧74被预压在衔铁27与C型环70之间,其大直径一端与衔铁27相接触,而小直径一端与环70相接触。
与现有的阀相比较,从上述的介绍中可以清楚地看到本发明计量阀24所具有的优点。特别是,无需增加反作用弹簧52的预压力,衔铁27的回位速度就可以提高。就这点而论,电磁铁26的力或磁芯28的尺寸无需加大;也不必采用高机械强度的特殊材料或者高成本的生产工艺过程;最后,弹簧64的预压或尺寸也可减小以简化组装。
很明显,可以对这里所描述的计量阀做一定的改动,而不脱离本发明的实质。例如,弹簧64、74也可以采用不同于所描述的其它类型。特别是,在图3和4所示的实施方式中,弹簧64可以包括两个或多个附件71;在图5所示的实施方式中,衔铁27的每一个扇段38都可以包括一个孔腔72;及在图6所示的实施方式中,螺旋压缩弹簧74也可采用圆柱型的,而不采用圆台型的。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于燃油喷嘴的电磁计量阀,包括适于接收压力燃油并具有与排油腔(37)连通的排油导管(43);用于所述排油导管(43)的阀(44);压靠在一中间杆(47)上以使所述阀(44)保持于关闭位置的第一弹簧(52);以及用来驱动一衔铁(27)以经由所述中间杆(47)控制所述阀(44)的电磁铁(26);所述衔铁大致为一圆盘(27),该圆盘与衬套(48)形成一体,该衬套与所述杆(47)同轴并可滑动地安装在所述杆(47)上,所述圆盘通过第二弹簧(64、74)保持抵靠住所述杆(47),其特征在于,所述第二弹簧(64,74)在所述圆盘(27)和所述杆(47)的环形台肩(63、70)之间预加载,所述杆(47)包括可在涡流室(58)里移动的法兰(57),涡流室位于所述控制腔(41)与燃油从所述控制腔(41)排入其中的排油腔(58)之间,以便缓冲所述杆(47)的制动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述第二弹簧是一个多簧片弹簧(64)。
3.如权利要求2所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述多簧片弹簧(64)包括一系列同轴的贝氏垫圈(66);所述台肩(63)形成在所述杆(47)的第一部分(61)与第二部分(62)之间,衔铁(27)在第一部分上滑动,而所述杆(47)的第二部分在固定套筒(53)内滑动。
4.如权利要求2所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述衔铁(27)包括一系列被缝隙(39)分隔开的扇段(38);及所述多簧片弹簧(64)由一凹盘(68)所限定,凹盘具有其数量等于所述扇段(38)的多个弹性薄片(67),每个弹性薄片与一相应的所述扇段(38)接合。
5.如权利要求4所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,在所述凹盘(68)与所述衔铁(27)之间设置有装置(71,72),用来防止凹盘与衔铁的相对转动。
6.如权利要求5所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述装置(71,72)包括至少一个位于所述凹盘(68)上并与所述缝隙(39)之一接合的附件(71)。
7.如权利要求6所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述装置(71,72)包括一孔腔(72),此孔腔位于至少一个所述衔铁(27)的扇段(38)上,并与所述凹盘(68)的相应薄片(67)相接合。
8.如权利要求1所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述第二弹簧(74)是截锥型的或者圆柱型的螺旋压缩弹簧。
9.如权利要求4-8中的任意一项所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述台肩包括安装在所述杆(47)上的一个槽(65)内的环(70),所述凹盘(68)与环(70)相接合。
10.如权利要求9所述的电磁计量阀,其特征在于,所述第一和第二部分(61,62)具有相同的直径。
