内燃机用的电磁 燃油喷射器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内燃机上用的电磁燃油喷射器。
背景技术
许多种形式的电磁燃油喷射器都已被公知了,其中的一种中,中空主体带有一个喷射喷嘴,该喷嘴可由一个在中空主体内轴向移动的杆打开和关闭。该杆又被一计量阀控制,此计量阀则由一个轴向移动的衔铁(armature)控制并包括一个控制腔,该控制腔具有一个径向输入管和一轴向回油管。此种形式的喷射器的长度不可改变,因此缸盖需要具有一合适的高度。
在现代发动机上,喷射器通常与一共用供给管(共轨(rail))相连,该共用供给管由一个泵供给高压燃油。对于上述形式的公知喷射器,共用供给管必须相对喷射器本体置于横向位置,因此很难布置和连接。
US 4709679公开了一种电磁燃油喷射器,其中,当回油管打开时,限定控制腔的控制杆的端面关闭输入管,由此当回油管又被关闭时,则在恢复控制腔中的高压燃油时会发生一些困难或延迟。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种更直接、更可靠的燃油喷射器,该喷射器的设计可以消除公知喷射器通常所具有的上述缺陷。
根据本发明,提供一种用于内燃机的电磁燃油喷射器,包括一个具有与高压燃油供给管相连通的喷射腔的中空主体;一个由所述中空主体装载并与所述喷射腔相通的喷嘴;一个插入在所述中空主体的圆柱形内腔内的、可在所述中空主体内轴向移动以打开和关闭所述喷嘴的控制杆;和一个具有一控制腔的计量阀,所述控制腔由所述控制杆一部分的端面限定,所述控制杆的所述部分由位于所述圆柱形内腔一端的座所引导;所述控制腔具有一个与所述控制杆的轴线平行、并与所述供给管相连通的标定输入管;所述控制腔又具有一个相对所述控制杆的轴线处在径向、并与用于多余燃油的回油腔相连通的标定回油管;作用在所述端面上的所述控制腔中的燃油压力通常将所述控制杆保持在关闭所述喷嘴的关闭位置;在所述电磁体通电时,受电磁体的衔铁控制以打开所述回油管的闸阀;其中,所述杆具有一环,当所述回油管被如上地打开时,该环贴靠在所述圆柱形内腔的一轴肩上。

具体实施方式
图1中的标号5代表一内燃机上用的燃油喷射器。喷射器5包括一个大体为圆柱形的中空主体6,该中空主体6通过一个环形螺母7与喷嘴8装在一起,该喷嘴8的端部有一个或多个喷孔9。中空主体6具有一圆柱形内腔10,此圆柱形内腔10包括一直径较小的顶部11,此顶部11形成一个座,用于轴向引导可轴向移动的控制杆12的端部15,控制杆12作用于用来关闭喷孔9的针阀14的盘13上。
喷嘴8包括一个喷射腔16,此喷射腔16经喷嘴8中的管17和中空主体6上的管18与由标号19整体示出的高压燃油供应腔相通,下面还将对此进行详细描述。在喷射腔16处,针阀14包括一个轴肩20。
根据本发明,中空主体6包括一个横向臂21,该横向臂21具有一圆柱形内腔22,此内腔的轴线相对内腔10的轴线处于径向,从而也处于杆12的轴线的径向。内腔22内容纳有一个由标号23整体示出的计量阀,该计量阀包括一个基体24,此基体24具有一凸缘26(见图2),该凸缘26通常紧靠在内腔22的一轴肩27上,具体结构详见下文。

控制腔28还包括一个具有一定尺寸的回油管34,该管34与孔29同轴,因此相对杆12的轴线处于径向;回油管34与一由内腔22的环状部分限定的回油腔36相通;控制腔28的回油管34通常被形为一小球37的闸阀关闭,该小球37靠在与管34相通的圆锥座38上;小球37由一引导片39导向,该引导片由圆柱杆41的凸缘40限定的中间元件驱动。
计量阀23由电磁体42(见图1)驱动,该电磁体控制一与杆41相连的衔铁43,容后详述。电磁体42包括一由磁性材料制成的圆柱磁芯44,并具有一环形内腔46,此内腔46内容纳磁体42的导电线圈47;磁芯44具有一与回油连接件51上的孔49同轴的中心孔48(见图1);及衔铁43大致为盘状,并且带有至少一个开口52,通过该开口使回油腔36与磁芯44的中心孔48相连。
凸缘54与衬套56做成一体,杆41在衬套56内滑动,此凸缘54通常通过一个具有一定厚度的垫圈53靠在计量阀23之基体24的凸缘26上(见图2);凸缘26被一与凸缘54相接合的环形螺母57紧压在中空主体6的轴肩27上;环形螺母57的外面带螺纹并被拧入到内腔22的螺纹上;凸缘54包括将圆锥座38与回油腔36相连的轴孔58。
衔铁43与一可沿杆41滑动的套管59做成一体,其具有一与衔铁43的一轴肩62相配合的“C”形环61。杆41伸入磁芯44的内孔48到一给定的长度,其末端为一小直径部分63,该小直径部分63用于支撑和固定容纳在内孔48内的一第一压缩弹簧64。
磁芯44和回油连接件51(见图1)装在一圆柱套管66内,该套管66具有边缘67,该边缘67被卷曲,也即,被冷冲压,以使连接件51与磁芯44做成一体,并使磁芯44靠在套管66的一轴肩68(见图2)上。
套管66通过另一环形螺母71经中间设置的密封69与中空主体6的臂21连接,此环形螺母71拧入到臂21的外螺纹上以便使套管66的底部边缘72经中间设置的另一具有一定厚度的垫圈74紧靠在臂21的一轴肩73上,其限定了衔铁43的所需行程。
回油连接件51(见图1)被做成可连接“T”形连接件77的一个臂76的形状,喷射器5通过该“T”形连接件77连接到一用于将燃油从回油腔36输送回燃油箱(图中未示)的管上;及在套管66上以公知方式、由绝缘材料模制的支撑线圈47的引线79的基体78。
在衔铁43和衬套56的凸缘54(见图2)之间设置有另一个压缩弹簧81,以将衔铁43通常压靠在“C”形环61上;杆41的凸缘40被固定在凸缘54上,因此垫圈53的厚度限定了衔铁43与磁芯44之间的间隙,也即限定了当衔铁43被磁芯44吸引时衔铁43的停止位置。
高压泵将高压燃油从油箱沿位于发动机缸盖83上的共用供给管或所谓的共轨82(rail)(如图6所示)输送到发动机上的各喷射器5,如果该发动机的每缸带有四气门,其可以置于气门凸轮86的两凸轮轴84之间。气缸盖83上各喷射器5的座最好位于对应气缸的四个气门凸轮86之间。
对于每个喷射器5,供给管82包括一个朝下的连接件87(见图1),该连接件87与对应的喷射器5之供应内腔19相连。更具体地说,各连接件87具有一卵形或球形端部88,该端部88具有一环形轴肩89;内腔19包括一与腔28的输入管33同轴的圆台形顶部91。
部分91与各球形端部88相接合,因此该喷射器是顶部输入形的;主体6包括一外螺纹92,此外螺纹92与环形螺母93结合,该环形螺母93具有一弯边94,此弯边94与连接件87的轴肩89相接合以将球形端部88紧压在圆台形部分91的表面上,从而可以快速有效地将喷射器5连接到共用供给管82上。
杆12向上的移动必须被精确地控制,以保证端面32不会与内腔10的部分11的端面相接合,同时保证部分15的侧面不关闭与回油管34相连的孔29;杆12最好包括一压靠在内腔10的一轴肩96上的环95,其限定了内腔10的中间部分97的直径。
在图1和3所示的实施例中,环95与杆12做成一体。在图4所示的改进实施例中,环95与衬套98做成一体,衬套98则焊接在杆12上,例如通过激光焊接法。
在图3和图4所示的实施例中,杆12和内腔10的部分97之间不可避免地会有间隙99存在,因此燃油可以从控制腔28(见图1)流入其中。为了将这部分燃油送回油箱,间隙99通过一连接管100与回油腔36相连。
电磁体42断电时,为了确保针阀14迅速将喷嘴8的喷孔9关闭,在中空主体6和针阀14的盘13之间设置了一个压簧101,此压簧101置于盘13和内腔10的轴肩102之间,且具有一定预压力。为了尽可能减小中空主体6的直径,轴肩102(见图5)应尽量小,但还要足够大以支撑一内径比部分97之内径小的垫圈103,从而可对弹簧101提供有效支撑。
喷射器5的工作过程如下:
由于杆12的端面32与轴肩20的端面相比面积较大,进而在弹簧101的辅助下,控制腔28(见图1和2)和喷射腔16内的燃油的压力通常将杆12保持在靠下位置,此时针阀14将喷嘴8的喷孔9关闭。当线圈47被通电后,磁芯44吸引衔铁43,该衔铁43进而借助轴肩62和“C”形环61拖动杆41使其逆着弹簧64弹力的方向运动,从而使杆41的凸缘40紧靠在固定凸缘54上,并使衔铁43的轴肩62紧靠在环61上。
由此腔28内燃油压力将闸阀37打开,使燃油从腔28经孔58、回油腔36、衔铁43上的开口52、磁芯44上的孔48以及连接件51上的孔49流回到油箱内。随后,腔16内的燃油的压力,通过作用于轴肩20,克服杆12之端面32上的残余压力以及弹簧101的作用,从而将针阀14升起,使腔16内的燃油经喷孔9喷入到发动机对应的气缸内。环95与中空主体6的轴肩96接触后,杆12向上的移动即被终止。
当停止给线圈47通电后,在图2中,弹簧64推动杆41向左运动,并通过环61使衔铁43也一同向左运动;杆41的凸缘40将闸阀37推向座38,从而关闭了回油管34;沿管33输入的高压燃油使控制腔28内的压力重新升高,进而使杆12连同针阀14一起降低,从而关闭了喷孔9。
从以上描述可以清楚地认识到,本发明喷射器5与公知喷射器相比具有很多优点。尤其是,喷射器5更加易于安置在缸盖83上,因此易于安置在每缸四气门的发动机上。再有,该喷射器可以快速连接到共用供给管82上。最后,该喷射器5可以减小缸盖83的厚度,从而可以减小发动机的总体高度。
很明显,在不背离后面权利要求所要求的保护范围的前提下,可以对上述以及附图中示出的喷射器做进一步的改进。例如,在衔铁43的套管59(见图2)和衬套56之间可以设置一个环以减小衔铁43相对杆41移动时产生的震动。电磁体42的套管66可以与中空主体6的臂21做成一体。此外,供给管82的连接件87与中空主体6的供应腔19可以制成不同形式,并且可以采用密封装置相连。

4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述回油腔(36)与相对所述杆(12)的轴线径向延伸的回油连接件(51)相连通;所述输入管(33)和所述喷射腔(16)与一供应腔(19)相通,该供应腔(19)可与安装在所述供给管(82)上的另一连接件(87)相连。
5.如权利要求4所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述输入管(33)与所述杆(12)的轴线同轴;所述供应腔(19)包括一个与所述输入管(33)同轴的锥形部分(91);所述另一连接件(87)适于安装在所述锥形部分(91)内。
6.如权利要求5所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述另一连接件(87)包括一与所述锥形部分(91)相接合的球形部分(88);提供了一个环形螺母(93),用于将所述球形部分(88)压靠在所述锥形部分(91)上。
7.如权利要求1所述的喷射器,其中:所述喷嘴(8)通常由针阀(14)关闭,所述针阀被所述控制杆(12)轴向接合,所述控制杆(12)借助压缩弹簧(101)通常被保持在所述关闭位置;其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧(101)置于所述针阀(14)的盘(13)和一与所述圆柱形内腔(10)的一第二轴肩(102)相接合的垫圈(103)之间。
