2、将山楂30-90份、葡萄30-90份,洗净压榨发酵和金银花5-10份、秘制大枣3-5份、甘草3-5份调配均质,加工处理后包装。

2.一种山楂红酒的制造方法,其特征在于方法如下。
(1)、选取洁净新鲜无霉变的山楂、葡萄、金银花、秘制大枣、甘草。
(2)、将山楂30-90份、葡萄30-90份,洗净压榨发酵和金银花5-10份、秘制大枣3-5份、甘草3-5份调配均质,加工处理后包装。
