随着社会科学的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对养生保健的需求也日益提高,普通的养生保健已经不能满足人们的需求,社会呼唤一种具有清热健脾益化、凉血化瘀的效果,又能对预防慢性疾病,调节人体机能有很好的食疗方法。中国传统医学已证明,山楂红酒具有清热健脾益化、凉血化瘀的效果,对预防慢性疾病,调节人体机能有很好的作用。

1、选取洁净新鲜无霉变的山楂、葡萄、金银花、秘制大枣、甘草等。
2、将山楂30-90份、葡萄30-90份,洗净压榨发酵和金银花5-10份、秘制大枣3-5份、甘草3-5份调配均质,加工处理后包装。

生产方法如下:

2.一种山楂红酒的制造方法,其特征在于方法如下。
(1)、选取洁净新鲜无霉变的山楂、葡萄、金银花、秘制大枣、甘草。
(2)、将山楂30-90份、葡萄30-90份,洗净压榨发酵和金银花5-10份、秘制大枣3-5份、甘草3-5份调配均质,加工处理后包装。
