Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,包括染色、皂洗的步骤。本发明通过采用涤棉混纺专用染料,对涤棉混纺织物一浴染色,完成对涤纶部分与棉部分的同浴染色,之后进行后处理。与传统的涤棉混纺织物染色黑色工艺比较,本发明工艺大大简化流程,缩短染色时间,节约能源及生产成本,减少对生态环境,特别是水生态的污染。

技术领域
本发明属于染整工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺。
背景技术
目前涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染整加工中主要采用二浴二步法进行染色,即在弱酸性条件下对涤纶部分进行染色后,对涤纶部分进行清洗,之后在强碱性条件下采用活性染料对棉部分进行染色,再进行皂洗,整个工艺流程往往需耗时10h以上,不仅流程复杂、工艺时间长、用水量大、耗能大、劳动量大,且生产量低,效率低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)染色:20℃~50℃进涤棉混纺针织物,运转5~10min,加入冰醋酸,运转2~10min,加入涤棉混纺专用染料,运转5~10min,加入无水硫酸钠,运转5~10min;然后以1~3℃/min的升温速率,升温至125~135℃,保温30~60min,再以1~3℃/min的速率,降温至60~80℃,加入固色碱2~4g/L,保温运转5~15min,然后升温至80~98℃,保温运转30~90min,排液;
2)皂洗:进水,加入冰醋酸,运转2~10min,然后加入皂洗剂,以1~3℃/min的升温速率,升温至70~90℃,保温10~30min,排液;
3)出布:进水,运转2~15min,出布,脱水,烘干。
优选的,所述步骤1)中的冰醋酸的体积浓度为98%以上。
优选的,所述步骤1)中的无水硫酸钠为固体,纯度为99%以上。
优选的,所述步骤1)中的固色碱为固体,是有机碱与无机盐的复合物。
优选的,所述步骤2)中的皂洗剂为阴离子型的高分子化合物的复配物。
通过以上描述可知,本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:通过采用涤棉织物黑色专用染料进行高温染黑色一浴工艺,之后降温至80~98℃对棉部分固色。染色结束,对涤棉针织物进行还原清洗与皂洗一浴法工艺后处理,洗净,出缸。其工艺流程大大简化,染色时间也大大缩短,还可明显减少水、电、汽的使用,显著降低生产成本,减少对生态环境,特别是水资源的污染。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
本实施例中,一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)染色:20℃进涤棉混纺针织物,运转10min,加入冰醋酸,运转10min,加入涤棉混纺专用染料,运转10min,加入无水硫酸钠,运转10min;然后以1℃/min的升温速率,升温至125℃,保温30min,再以3℃/min的速率,降温至60℃,加入固色碱2g/L,保温运转5min,然后升温至80℃,保温运转30min,排液;
2)皂洗:进水,加入冰醋酸,运转2min,然后加入皂洗剂,以1℃/min的升温速率,升温至70℃,保温10min,排液;
3)出布:进水,运转2min,出布,脱水,烘干。
实施例二:
本实施例中,一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)染色:40℃进涤棉混纺针织物,运转7min,加入冰醋酸,运转5min,加入涤棉混纺专用染料,运转7min,加入无水硫酸钠,运转7min;然后以2℃/min的升温速率,升温至130℃,保温45min,再以2℃/min的速率,降温至70℃,加入固色碱3g/L,保温运转10min,然后升温至90℃,保温运转6min,排液;
2)皂洗:进水,加入冰醋酸,运转5min,然后加入皂洗剂,以2℃/min的升温速率,升温至80℃,保温20min,排液;
3)出布:进水,运转10min,出布,脱水,烘干。
实施例三:
本实施例中,一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)染色:50℃进涤棉混纺针织物,运转5min,加入冰醋酸,运转2min,加入涤棉混纺专用染料,运转5min,加入无水硫酸钠,运转5min;然后以3℃/min的升温速率,升温至135℃,保温60min,再以1℃/min的速率,降温至80℃,加入固色碱4g/L,保温运转15min,然后升温至98℃,保温运转90min,排液;
2)皂洗:进水,加入冰醋酸,运转10min,然后加入皂洗剂,以3℃/min的升温速率,升温至90℃,保温30min,排液;
3)出布:进水,运转15min,出布,脱水,烘干。

1.一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)染色:20℃~50℃进涤棉混纺针织物,运转5~10min,加入冰醋酸,运转2~10min,加入涤棉混纺专用染料,运转5~10min,加入无水硫酸钠,运转5~10min;然后以1~3℃/min的升温速率,升温至125~135℃,保温30~60min,再以1~3℃/min的速率,降温至60~80℃,加入固色碱2~4g/L,保温运转5~15min,然后升温至80~98℃,保温运转30~90min,排液;
2)皂洗:进水,加入冰醋酸,运转2~10min,然后加入皂洗剂,以1~3℃/min的升温速率,升温至70~90℃,保温10~30min,排液;
3)出布:进水,运转2~15min,出布,脱水,烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中的冰醋酸的体积浓度为98%以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中的无水硫酸钠为固体,纯度为99%以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中的固色碱为固体,是有机碱与无机盐的复合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺针织物黑色的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中的皂洗剂为阴离子型的高分子化合物的复配物。
