2.一种如权利要求1所述的营养健康食品,其特征在于,营养健康食品由以下重量份数的原料组成:

具体步骤如下:
步骤a:按照原料的配方称取一定重量份数的核桃仁、黑米、红枣、胡麻仁提取液、板栗、甜味剂、山梨糖醇和黄酒;
步骤b:将清洗洁净的黑米焙干放入烤箱烤制,将黑米烤熟并烤出香味来;
步骤c:将步骤b中烤熟的黑米和步骤a中称取的核桃仁、红枣、板栗混合在一起,投入到食品粉碎机内粉碎,制得第一混合物;
步骤d:将步骤c制得的第一混合物和步骤a中称取甜味剂、山梨糖醇和黄酒的投入到搅拌罐内拌均匀,制得第二混合物;
步骤e:将步骤d制得的第二混合物倒入胶体磨中粉碎、剪切、乳化,制成膏药状物料。
步骤f:将步骤e制得的膏药状物料通过罐装机,按规定剂量装入玻璃瓶中,送入蒸箱汽蒸1.5小时,出箱后进行封口,冷却至常温后制得营养健康食品。
5.一种如权利要求4所述的营养健康食品的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤f中玻璃瓶在装料前经过高温杀菌处理。
6.一种如权利要求4所述的营养健康食品的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤a中称取的红枣经过去核工艺处理。
7.一种如权利要求4所述的营养健康食品的制作方法,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为白砂糖、木糖醇、甜蜜素和蜂蜜中的一种。
8.一种如权利要求4所述的营养健康食品的制作方法,其特征在于,所述胡麻仁提取液的制备过程包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取一定重量份数的胡麻仁,将胡麻仁清洗后烘干,再将胡麻仁放入粉碎机中进行粉碎;
步骤二:将步骤一中粉碎的胡麻仁投入至渗漉器中,采用乙醇水溶液进行渗漉,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,对渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣分离;
步骤三:在步骤二的渗漉提取残渣中加入50℃温水,再加入渗漉提取残渣总重量1%的木瓜蛋白酶,搅拌均匀,制得混合溶液;
步骤四:将步骤三制得的溶液送入超声波处理器中,在水浴温度50℃下超声处理30-40min,过滤,获得酶解超声提取液和酶解超声提取残渣;
步骤五:将步骤二获得的渗漉提取液和步骤五获得的酶解超声提取液放在同一容器中,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的20%,即得香薷提取液。
9.一种如权利要求8所述的营养健康食品的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤五中减压蒸发的过程中蒸发器中进行操作。
