所述的营养添加液,由以下重量份原料制成:绞股蓝2~3、秋蝉壳3~5、芦荟叶5~7、菟丝子7~9、竹荪3~5、膨化腰果粉6~8、牛筋草6~8、牛肉粉13~15、山楂皮5~7、菱粉15~17、紫菀超微粉9~11、乌梅超微粉 9~11、竹节草6~8、鹅肠草6~8和适量水;
所述的营养添加液的制备方法:
(1)、将绞股蓝、秋蝉壳、菟丝子、竹荪、牛筋草、山楂皮、竹节草等混合装入瓦罐内,加9~10倍的水,用大火煎煮2~3小时,过滤取汤汁;

(1)、将绞股蓝、秋蝉壳、菟丝子、竹荪、牛筋草、山楂皮、竹节草等混合装入瓦罐内,加9~10倍的水,用大火煎煮2~3小时,过滤取汤汁;
(2)、将芦荟叶、膨化腰果粉、牛肉粉等混合,加入2倍水蒸熟,打成浆,再和菱粉、紫菀超微粉、乌梅超微粉、步骤1的汤汁等混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩豆沙酸奶泡腾片,其特征在于是由下列步骤制成的:
(1)、将知母、寮刁竹、茯苓、青葙子、丹皮、密蒙花等用十倍于自身重量的水浸泡20~50分钟,文火熬煮,至十倍水变一倍水,挤压出浓缩的药液,去除杂质,经滤布过滤,然后收集液体;
(2)、将脱脂奶粉、花椰菜超微粉炒香,加入苦瓜汁、甜椒酱、蔗糖、花豆豆沙、营养添加液、步骤1的收集液等混合,加入等量水,在45℃,15Mpa下均质,得到原浆液,将原浆液在90℃灭菌15~20分钟;
(3)、待原浆液冷却至40℃后加入乳酸菌,搅拌均匀,将接种后的原浆在40℃发酵3~4小时,结束发酵,在0℃保藏;
(4)、将玉米精粉、泡腾剂与步骤3发酵好的酸奶混合均匀,干燥,压片。
3.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的一种压缩豆沙酸奶泡腾片,其特征是菌种有保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和双歧杆菌的一种或两种。
