技术领域
本发明涉及食品配方及其制作方法领域,特别是一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国存在着大量被肠道疾病困扰的消费者和肥胖者,他们仍在使用不科学甚至会带来巨大伤害的方法或产品,副作用频发,短时间无效,长时间反弹。因此,我们想做一款真正健康、科学、有效的产品,让更多消费者回归健康体魄和理想体型。
L-阿拉伯糖是一种健康物质,能有效抑制双糖吸收及抑制身体脂肪堆积,是预防"三高一超"(高血压、高血糖、高血脂、糖尿病、肥胖)的新资源食品;益生菌能够有效促进肠道菌群平衡,提高人体免疫力;酵素能够将食物分解为小分子,大量的膳食纤维可以吸水膨胀软化宿便,同时吸附粘连在肠壁上的宿便,促进肠道蠕动,有效排出宿便。所以长期服用本品可以达到通便、减肥,改善易胖体质的效果。
目前市面上大多数此类产品成分单一,因此不能给服用者提供更多的营养成分和科学的组合配方。
发明内容
为了克服传统产品成分单一,不能满足人们对各种物质的需求,服用后不能起到有效改善体质、通便减肥功效的弊端,本发明采用L-阿拉伯糖、酵素粉等作为主料,并加入各种对人体有益的益生菌与多种益生元作为辅料,制得的成品粉剂方便人们服用的同时,还能给人们提供更多的营养成分以及有益菌,从而更利于人体身体健康的一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方及制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方,其特征在于包括L-阿拉伯糖、全脂奶粉、酵素粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、菊粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、乳糖醇、抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚半乳糖、乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌。
所述每份L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方中,各种原料成分如下,L-阿拉伯糖4-6克、酵素粉1-2克、草莓粉0.1-0.4克、蓝莓粉0.1-0.4克、全脂奶粉1.4-1.8克、菊粉0.1-0.2克、低聚果糖0.1-0.2克、低聚木糖0.03-0.07克、乳糖醇0.3-0.8克、抗性糊精0.03-0.07克、聚葡萄糖0.03-0.07克、低聚异麦芽糖0.03-0.07克、低聚半乳糖0.03-0.07克、乳双歧杆菌15-30亿单位、干酪乳杆菌15-40亿单位、嗜酸乳杆菌8-15亿单位、植物乳杆菌20-40亿单位、鼠李糖乳杆菌8-15亿单位、青春双歧杆菌0.5-2亿单位、长双歧杆菌0.5-2亿单位。

所述步骤A,菌粉处理、菌粉冻干粉碎工序中共分为四个步骤,第一:菌粉的乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌称料;第二:菌粉灭菌培养、杀灭有害细菌:第三:灭菌后菌粉离心乳化;第四:乳化后菌粉冻干粉碎备用。
所述步骤B,菌粉冻干粉碎后和主料混合工序中,将主料L-阿拉伯糖、酵素粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、全脂奶粉、菊粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、乳糖醇、抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚半乳糖称重后,和粉碎后菌粉在电动混合机机内混合,保证混合充分均匀。
本发明有益效果是:本发明采用L-阿拉伯糖、酵素粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、全脂奶粉、菊粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、乳糖醇、抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚半乳糖作为主料,乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌作为辅料,经科学配比制得的成品食用方便,方便人们服用的同时,还能给人们提供更多的营养成分以及有益菌,从而更利于人体身体健康。基于上述,所以本发明具有好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方,包括L-阿拉伯糖、酵素粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、全脂奶粉、菊粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、乳糖醇、抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚半乳糖、乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌。
实施例1,每份L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方中,各种原料成分如下,L-阿拉伯糖4.0克、酵素粉1.0克、草莓粉0.5克、蓝莓粉0.5克、全脂奶粉2.0克、菊粉0.1克、低聚果糖0.1克、低聚木糖0.05克、乳糖醇0.5克、抗性糊精0.05克、聚葡萄糖0.05克、低聚异麦芽糖0.05克、低聚半乳糖0.05克、乳双歧杆菌20亿单位、干酪乳杆菌30亿单位、嗜酸乳杆菌10亿单位、植物乳杆菌30亿单位、鼠李糖乳杆菌10亿单位、青春双歧杆菌1亿单位、长双歧杆菌1亿单位。
实施例2,每份L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方中,各种原料成分如下,L-阿拉伯糖5克、酵素粉1.7克、草莓粉0.15克、蓝莓粉0.15克、全脂奶粉1.7克、菊粉0.15克、低聚果糖0.1克、低聚木糖0.06克、乳糖醇0.7克、抗性糊精0.04克、聚葡萄糖0.06克、低聚异麦芽糖0.05克、低聚半乳糖0.07克、乳双歧杆菌18亿单位、干酪乳杆菌31亿单位、嗜酸乳杆菌10亿单位、植物乳杆菌28亿单位、鼠李糖乳杆菌10亿单位、青春双歧杆菌1.2亿单位、长双歧杆菌1.2亿单位。
图1中所示,一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,包括三个步骤,步骤A:菌粉处理、菌粉冻干粉碎;步骤B:菌粉冻干粉碎后和主料混合:步骤C:包装出厂。
图1中所示,步骤A:菌粉处理、菌粉冻干粉碎工序中共分为四个流程,第一:菌粉的乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌称料;第二:菌粉灭菌培养、杀灭有害细菌:第三:灭菌后菌粉离心乳化;第四:乳化后菌粉冻干粉碎备用。在称料中,应该严格按照配方、按照物料的比例称取,称量好的物料放在灭菌罐旁等待进入灭菌培养工序,并保证灭菌罐以及生产车间不得有霉菌霉斑等;菌粉灭菌培养在灭菌罐内进行;在进行乳化后菌粉冻干粉碎备用工序时,应该按照冻干工艺执行,夏天天热注意冷却水温度适宜,并注意压力表数据,粉碎后菌粉入库备用,粉碎后菌粉在零下18摄氏度左右保存。
图1中所示,步骤B:菌粉冻干粉碎后和主料混合工序中,将主料L-阿拉伯糖、酵素粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、全脂奶粉、菊粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、乳糖醇、抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚半乳糖称重后,和粉碎后菌粉在电动混合机机内混合,保证混合充分均匀。混合前注意主料和粉碎后菌粉是否结块,如有结块应该先进行预处理保证主料和菌粉都处于粉状;混合采用三维电动混合机进行物料混合能达到更好的混合效果。
图1中所示,步骤C:包装出厂工序中,将步骤B混合后得到的复方蓝莓营养粉先采用自动粉末包装机用包装袋进行内包装,内包装袋使用前用紫外线照射,包装中涉及到的生产设备严格消毒;内包装后产品检验合格后用包装机进行外包装,然后外包装后产品放入阴凉、干燥、通风良好的库房内储存,温度在摄氏25度左右、湿度小于百分之五十五。
本发明中,L-阿拉伯糖有预防"三高一超"(高血压、高血糖、高血脂、糖尿病、肥胖)等的功效;酵素粉能对肠道起到调理与保养,达到清肠、护肤、延年益寿等的功效;草莓粉有抗癌、预防心血管病、护肤、预防老年痴呆等的功效。蓝莓粉具有防止脑神经老化、并具有保护视力、强心、抗癌、软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功效。全脂奶粉能有效为人体提供各种营养成分;菊粉有降低血糖、控制血脂等功效;低聚果糖能降低血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量、对肠道有益菌有增殖作用;低聚木糖能有效降低人体肠道有毒发酵产物及有害细菌酶的产生,还具有保护肝脏、降低血清胆固醇、降低血压、增强机体免疫力抗癌等功效;乳糖醇有预防肥胖以及增加人体肠道双歧增殖因子等的功效;抗性糊精有降血糖、助消化等功效;聚葡萄糖能有效预防肥胖、并还有降血糖反应等功效。低聚异麦芽糖作为高血压、高血脂、高血糖、冠心病、便秘、龋齿等患者的食品添加剂,具有安全的效果,可最大限度地满足那些喜爱甜食又担心发胖的人群食用;低聚半乳糖是人体肠道中双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌等有益菌极好的营养源和有效的增殖因子,可以改善人体肠道的消化吸收;乳双歧杆菌具有维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘、下痢和胃肠障碍的功效;干酪乳杆菌可降低血浆胆固醇,增强宿主对微生物病原体的非特异性抵抗力,加快清除肠道内病原体,治疗肠道菌群紊乱和增强肠道透性,防止食物过敏和急性腹泻;嗜酸乳杆菌具有调整人体肠道菌群平衡,抑制肠道不良微生物的增殖等功效;植物乳杆菌对致病菌有抑制作用,具有降低血清胆固醇含量和预防心血管疾病、维持肠道内菌群平衡等功效;鼠李糖乳杆菌具有调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、预防龋齿、提高机体免疫力及抗癌等功效;青春双歧杆菌具有防治慢性腹泻、便秘、抗衰老等功效;长双歧杆菌具有调节肠道健康等功效。以上各种原料经科学配比制得的成品食用方便,方便人们服用的同时,还能给人们提供更多的营养成分以及有益菌,从而更利于人体身体健康。基于上述,所以本发明具有好的应用前景。

1.一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方,其特征在于包括L-阿拉伯糖、酵素粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、全脂奶粉、菊粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、乳糖醇、抗性糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚半乳糖、乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方,其特征在于每份L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的配方中,各种原料成分如下,L-阿拉伯糖4-6克、酵素粉1-2克、草莓粉0.1-0.4克、蓝莓粉0.1-0.4克、全脂奶粉1.4-1.8克、菊粉0.1-0.2克、低聚果糖0.1-0.2克、低聚木糖0.03-0.07克、乳糖醇0.3-0.8克、抗性糊精0.03-0.07克、聚葡萄糖0.03-0.07克、低聚异麦芽糖0.03-0.07克、低聚半乳糖0.03-0.07克、乳双歧杆菌15-30亿单位、干酪乳杆菌15-40亿单位、嗜酸乳杆菌8-15亿单位、植物乳杆菌20-40亿单位、鼠李糖乳杆菌8-15亿单位、青春双歧杆菌0.5-2亿单位、长双歧杆菌0.5-2亿单位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括三个步骤,步骤A:菌粉处理、菌粉冻干粉碎;步骤B:菌粉冻干粉碎后和主料混合;步骤C:包装出厂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种L-阿拉伯糖、酵素及益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于步骤A,菌粉处理、菌粉冻干粉碎工序中共分为四个步骤,第一:菌粉的乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌称料;第二:菌粉灭菌培养、杀灭有害细菌:第三:灭菌后菌粉离心乳化;第四:乳化后菌粉冻干粉碎备用。
