Description

本发明涉及将固化后的办公用粘合剂重新溶解的组合物。
办公室用的粘合剂一般为胶水和浆糊。胶水大致为天然树脂型和人工合成的聚乙烯醇型,浆糊大体为淀粉糊精型和人工合成的聚乙烯醇型。上述的几种合成剂多用于纸张、文件、票证等的粘接,胶体溶液状或糊状的粘合剂涂于粘接面上,固化后即完成粘合。在某些特定的情况下,需要将粘合在一起的文件、票证等重新剥离,如侦察取证等。目前,仍来见到一种有效的剥离剂,将粘合在一起的纸质票证快速、完好地剥离,且不损伤票证上的字迹。现在通用的办法是将粘接在一起的票证用水浸泡,这只能部分剥离,大多数情况下,浸泡后字迹受损;对于多张票证粘合在一起的情况,用上述方法剥离,往往就更加困难。
本发明的目的是,提供一种组合物制剂,该制剂能够有效,快捷地将用胶水或浆糊粘固在一起的纸张、文件、票证等剥离开,且不损伤印刷或书写字迹。
本发明的组合物剥离剂,由促溶剂,表面活性剂、色素固定剂和水配制而成,主要的技术特点是,所述促溶剂为酒石酸钠,作用是促进固化后的粘合剂的重新溶解,所述表面活性剂是乙二胺乙酸二钠和丙三醇,用于提高制剂的浸润,渗透功能,所述的色素固定剂为苄胺基苯磺酸钠,目的是防上浸泡过程中字迹外缘的扩散,所述的水为去离子水,该组合物剥离剂的配比为(重量%):酒石酸钠0.05-0.20,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02-0.10,丙三醇0.02-0.10,苄胺基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.4,其余为去离子水。
上述组合物剥离剂的最佳配方为(重量%):酒石酸钠0.08-0.12,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.04-0.06,丙三醇0.04-0.06,苄胺基苯磺酸钠0.15-0.25,余为去离子水。
所述剥离剂的配制方法是,将酒石酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠丙三醇,苄胺基苯磺酸钠分别按本发明的配比称重,倒入也按该配比称好重的去离子水中,用机械搅拌,搅拌桨转速40-50转/分,搅拌时间为0.1-0.5小时,即完成配制,后将配制好的剥离剂装于塑料桶内在常温下保存。
把用办公胶水或浆糊粘固在一起的多张票据,在0.70-85℃下浸泡于本发明的剥离液内10-20分钟,即完成剥离作业,剥离后的票据完好无损,票面上的字迹清晰可辩。
实施例:取1000毫升去离子水,称取1.00克酒石酸钠、0.50克乙二胺四乙酸二钠,0.5毫升丙三醇,2.0克苄胺基苯磺酸钠,置入上述去离子中,机械搅拌,搅拌桨转速为50转/分,搅拌时间0.2小时。

1、一种剥离剂,由促溶剂,表面活性剂,色素固定剂和水配制而成,其特征在于,
A所述促溶剂为酒石酸钠,所述表面活性剂为乙胺四乙酸二钠和丙三醇,所述色素固定剂为苄胺基苯磺酸钠,
B其配比为(重量%):酒石酸钠0.05-0.20,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02-0.10,丙三醇0.02-0.10,苄胺基苯磺酸钠0.1-0.4,其余为去离子水。
2、按照权利要求1所述的剥离剂,其特征在于,其配比为(重量%):酒石酸钠0.03-0.12,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.04-0.06,丙三醇0.04-0.06,丙三醇0.04-0.06,苄胺基磺酸钠0.15-0.25,余为去离子水。
