本发明涉及铝晶标签技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝晶标签用镀铝纸及其制备方法。所述镀铝纸由上到下包括镀铝PET层、涂胶层、原纸层和背涂层;所述镀铝PET层的无铝面与原纸层通过所述涂胶层进行粘合;所述镀铝PET层为双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜;所述双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜的收缩率为为50‑70℃,纵向为30%‑45%、横向为55%‑80%。本发明提供铝晶标签用镀铝纸的制备的标签纸印刷标签后具备纸制标签单张连续贴标功能,不需要更换贴标机,可在流水线贴标机上做到新老产品互换。贴标后不受环境湿度和时效影响,不鼓泡不起皱,不出现标抓痕迹。是一种比较理想的中高端标签基材,特别适应于南方湿气候的啤酒公司。

一种铝晶标签用镀铝纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及铝晶标签技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝晶标签用镀铝纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的啤酒标签,有铜板纸、湿强铜板纸,湿强铜板镀铝纸,不干胶塑料标签。纸质标签是普通标签,抗水性能差,贴标方便。塑料不干胶标签价格高,贴标与纸质标签不通用,贴标速度慢。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种铝晶标的铝晶标签用镀铝纸来作为啤酒标签的基材。用本发明制备的镀铝纸制备铝晶标签用于啤酒标签,啤酒瓶可回收重复使用,罐装速度每小时要在4.5万瓶以上。
一种铝晶标签用镀铝纸,所述镀铝纸由上到下包括镀铝PET层、涂胶层、原纸层和背涂层;所述镀铝PET层的无铝面与原纸层通过所述涂胶层进行粘合;所述镀铝PET层为双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜;所述双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜的收缩率为50-70℃,纵向为30%-45%、横向为55%-80%。由于啤酒瓶需要重复使用,罐装速度每小时要在4.5万瓶以上,如果直接用原纸作为标签材料,啤酒标签吸潮(放入冷藏柜或直接放入冰水中降温)后容易打皱或直接脱落,标签外观形象损伤比较大;但是PET真空镀铝膜与玻璃瓶的附着性不好,容易出现鼓泡的不佳效果,达不到中高端啤酒的标签要求,因此与原纸层进行复合,并原纸层与玻璃相粘贴,就解决了铝晶标签容易出现鼓泡起皱的问题。如果是原纸层和普通PET真空镀铝膜复合,那很难脱标,无法满足啤酒瓶回收的要求;如果是原纸层和单向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜进行复合,标签在脱膜时,容易缩成一个细长型,飘进啤酒瓶里,大大降低脱标效率,无法满足啤酒厂需求。
其中,所述涂胶层的胶水按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂8-12%,聚丙烯酸钠盐1-2%,酚醛树脂2-4%,乙酸乙酯40-50%,余量水。由于双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜和高端啤酒原纸层材料的附着性都不好,因此很难形成很稳定的复合层。这样在回收玻璃瓶的时候,复合层容易分层,这样玻璃瓶的回收效率会很低。本发明提供的胶水以聚丙烯酸钠盐作为胶水的润湿剂与酚醛树脂能形成很好的复合粘结性能,可以很好的将双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜和高端啤酒原纸层材料复合在一起。
其中,所述原纸层材料为中湿强25-35克原纸;所述原纸层材料的湿拉力为纵向≥8,横向≥4。
其中,所述原纸层材料和镀铝PET层的材料的按重量比1:0.9-1.1复合。考虑到成本和贴标速度,这个按重量比1:0.9-1.1复合效果最好。
其中,所述背涂层的涂料按重量百分比包括以下组分:羧甲基纤维素1-8%,丙三醇8-15%,润滑保湿剂0.3-0.8%,水83-90%。这种背涂层浸润使镀铝纸层更平整。
其中,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述原纸层的正面涂布5-9g/m2胶水后,烘干形成涂胶层,在涂胶层上干式复合双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜;
(2)将所述原纸层的背面涂布背涂层涂料,烘干后,形成背涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
该产品的使用性能;综合了纸质产品标签和塑料标签优点,印刷标签后具备纸制标签单张连续贴标功能,不需要更换贴标机,可在流水线贴标机上做到新老产品互换。在与水反应上具备塑料标签的优点,放在水里不会出现上卷曲。贴标后不受环境湿度和时效影响,不鼓泡不起皱,不出现标抓痕迹。是一种比较理想的中高端标签基材,特别适应于南方湿气候的啤酒公司。
与传统标签对比,该产品具备纸制标签的实用性,也具备不干胶塑料标签的外观效果,成本低于不干胶标签,略高于普通纸质标签价格,但是印刷效果和贴瓶外观大大高于普通纸制标签。
具体实施方式
以下部分是具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明,但以下实施方式仅仅是对本发明的进一步解释,不代表本发明保护范围仅限于此,凡是以本发明的思路所做的等效替换,均在本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-4制备铝晶标签用镀铝膜纸层
所述双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜的收缩率为50-70℃,纵向为30%-45%、横向为55%-80%,32g;原纸层材料为中湿强32克原纸;所述原纸层材料的湿拉力为纵向≥8,横向≥4;固化剂为SY-03B。
背涂层的涂料按重量百分比包括以下组分:羧甲基纤维素1-8%,丙三醇8-15%,润滑保湿剂(编号060A01)0.3-0.8%,水83-90%。
实施例1中的涂胶层的胶水层按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂8%,聚丙烯酸钠盐1%,酚醛树脂2%,乙酸乙酯40%,余量水。
实施例2中的涂胶层的胶水层按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂12%,聚丙烯酸钠盐2%,酚醛树脂4%,乙酸乙酯50%,余量水。
实施例3中的涂胶层的胶水层按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂10%,聚丙烯酸钠盐1.5%,酚醛树脂3%,乙酸乙酯45%,余量水。
实施例4中的涂胶层的胶水层按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂10%,酚醛树脂3%,乙酸乙酯45%,余量水。
对比例1:制备铝晶标签用镀铝膜纸层
所用的PET真空镀铝膜为单向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜的收缩率为单向50-70℃,55%-80%,32g;原纸层材料为中湿强25-35克原纸;所述原纸层材料的湿拉力为纵向≥8,横向≥4;固化剂为SY-03B。
背涂层的涂料按重量百分比包括以下组分:羧甲基纤维素1-8%,丙三醇8-15%,润滑保湿剂(编号060A01)0.3-0.8%,水83-90%。
涂胶层的胶水层按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂10%,聚丙烯酸钠盐1.5%,酚醛树脂3%,乙酸乙酯45%,余量水。
实施例1-4和对比例1的制备方法为:
(1)将所述原纸层的正面涂布5-9g/m2胶水后,烘干形成涂胶层,在涂胶层上干式复合PET真空镀铝膜;
(2)将所述原纸层的背面涂布背涂层涂料,烘干后,形成背涂层。
实施例5-8和对比例1制备铝晶标签
其中底涂层的涂料按重量百分比包括以下组分:二元醇2.1-3.2%,乙醇1.9-2.8%,余量水。
将实施例1-4和对比例1制备的镀铝膜纸层分别对应制备成实施例5-8铝晶标签,其制备方法如下:
将镀铝膜纸层的PET层上依次涂布凹凸印刷层、光油层烘干后,再在镀铝膜纸层的背涂层上涂布底涂层后烘干,即得到铝晶标签纸。
测试结果:

脱标时间测试方法:将实施例5-8和对比例2中制备的样张裁切成面积为8cm×8cm的样张,并在其背面涂覆5g酪素胶,然后将样张贴在干净玻璃瓶上,在温度为25±3℃以及相对湿度为50~60%的实验室中放置7天;然后将贴好样张的玻璃瓶浸入温度为85℃的质量分数为2.5%的NaOH溶液中,按动计时器开始计时,1min后在300rpm的搅拌速率下冲洗瓶子,样张从玻璃瓶上完全脱落时结束计时,则得到脱标时间。

对比例2在脱标时,有10-15%的玻璃瓶里有收缩标签。

Claims (6)

1.一种铝晶标签用镀铝纸,其特征在于,所述镀铝纸由上到下包括镀铝PET层、涂胶层、原纸层和背涂层;所述镀铝PET层的无铝面与原纸层通过所述涂胶层进行粘合;所述镀铝PET层为双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜;所述双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜在50-70℃时的收缩率为纵向为30%-45%、横向为55%-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀铝纸,其特征在于,所述涂胶层的胶水按重量百分比包括以下组分:固化剂8-12%,聚丙烯酸钠盐1-2%,酚醛树脂2-4%,乙酸乙酯40-50%,余量水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镀铝纸,其特征在于,所述原纸层材料为中湿强25-35克原纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的镀铝纸,其特征在于,所述原纸层材料和镀铝PET层的材料的按重量比1:0.9-1.1复合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镀铝纸,其特征在于,所述背涂层的涂料按重量百分比包括以下组分:羧甲基纤维素1-8%,丙三醇8-15%,润滑保湿剂0.3-0.8%,水83-90%。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的镀铝纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述原纸层的正面涂布5-9g/m2胶水后,烘干形成涂胶层,在涂胶层上干式复合双向热收缩PET真空镀铝膜;
(2)将所述原纸层的背面涂布背涂层涂料,烘干后,形成背涂层。
