本发明公开了一种局部定位压敏胶盘标及其生产工艺,其技术方案要点是:一种局部定位压敏胶盘标,包括呈卷装的薄膜材料,所述薄膜材料一侧表面涂设有一层水性底涂层,另一侧表面涂设有一层离型层,所述水性底涂层表面涂设印刷层,所述印刷层表面涂设有若干段胶水层,胶水层呈间隔设置于印刷层表面,若干段胶水层沿薄膜材料长度方向排列,所述相邻两端胶水层之间供贴标机的切标刀切断的空隙,所述胶水层靠近于薄膜材料切断后的一端端面,且胶水层粘贴于容器时,所述胶水层局部黏贴于薄膜材料的另一端。本发明达到方便将盘标通过切标刀裁切,并方便裁切后的表面贴覆于对应容器,同时确保在生产压敏胶盘标时减少环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及盘标加工领域,尤其涉及到一种局部定位压敏胶盘标及其生产工艺。
背景技术
盘标是一种广泛应用再各项食品报抓过来领域的产品,贴覆范围包括玻璃平、塑料瓶、金属罐等材料。
传统热熔胶盘标生产工艺及贴覆工艺如下:生产工艺包括印刷、分切检品、装箱、产品入库,传统的盘标的贴标机上热熔胶喷涂设备,在贴标同时将热熔胶喷涂在标签两端设定位置,然后重叠相粘在一起。贴覆工艺包括罐体自动导入、标签切断、上胶、定位、贴覆、压紧,上胶工艺先需要花费大量的能量将热熔胶加热到150℃左右,并且产生大量雾气,对环境造成污染,对操作员工身体造成伤害,热熔胶的胶辊需要定期清洗保养,造成大量的费用和污染。
传统盘标贴覆工艺普遍采用热熔胶将标签黏贴再圆形容器上的贴标方式。该工艺必须要求热熔胶,在此过程中必然产生环境污染,能源损耗,成本增加,健康隐患等各种问题。
因此,我们有必要对这样一种结构进行改善,以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种局部定位压敏胶盘标及其生产工艺,达到方便将盘标通过切标刀裁切,并方便裁切后的表面贴覆于对应容器,同时确保在生产压敏胶盘标时减少环境污染。
本发明的上述技术目的是用过以下技术方案实现的:一种局部定位压敏胶盘标,包括呈卷装的薄膜材料,所述薄膜材料一侧表面涂设有一层水性底涂层,另一侧表面涂设有一层离型层,所述水性底涂层表面涂设印刷层,所述印刷层表面涂设有若干段胶水层,胶水层呈间隔设置于印刷层表面,若干段胶水层沿薄膜材料长度方向排列,所述相邻两端胶水层之间供贴标机的切标刀切断的空隙,所述胶水层靠近于薄膜材料切断后的一端端面,且胶水层粘贴于容器时,所述胶水层局部黏贴于薄膜材料的另一端。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述离型层为含有脂肪酸酰胺嵌段结构的聚氨酯接枝丙烯酸的涂层,用量为2-3g/m2
本发明的进一步设置为:所述印刷层所用油墨为醇溶性环保里印油墨,用量为2-5g/m2,所述印刷层内加入1.5-3%的改性高含氯氯化聚丙烯树酯作为附着力添加剂;所述胶水层为水性丙烯酸乳液型压敏胶水。
本发明的进一步设置为:薄膜材料选用PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜。
本发明的进一步设置为:一种局部定位压敏胶盘标的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、背涂离型层,先在薄膜材料背面涂覆一层离型层;
S2、上光油,通过对薄膜材料进行在线等离子电晕处理,并在线涂布增强油墨附着力水性底涂层;
S3、印刷、在印刷时通过在里印油墨中增加1.5-3%的改性高含氯氯化聚丙烯树酯作为附着力添加剂;
S4、局部定位涂胶、在采用印刷时在线局部定位涂布胶水层,胶水层为环保水性丙烯酸乳液型压敏胶水,并且在涂胶时通过干燥烘箱对胶水层进行充分干燥,且在涂布胶水层时,采用局部镂空工艺,将胶水条中间镂空,使胶水层分隔成若干段。
S5、分切检品、将完成局部定位涂胶后的薄膜材料分切成若干条。
S6、装箱和产品入库。
本发明的进一步设置为:在S1中,所述离型层为含有脂肪酸酰胺嵌段结构的聚氨酯接枝丙烯酸的涂层,用量为2-3g/m2;在步骤S3中,印刷时选用的油墨为醇溶性环保里印油墨,用量为2-5g/m2;在S4中,在涂布胶水层时胶水浓度为2.700±700mPa.s,PH值:6.5-7.5±1,且胶水涂覆量:5-12gr/m2
本发明的进一步设置为:在步骤S4中,胶水层涂覆完成后以220-230m/min的速度干燥,且烘道长度为6-10m,温度为65-80℃,且有12.0-18.0m3/h的排风量和8.0-14.0m3/h的抽风量。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)通过胶水层呈分段镂空设计,可以避免方便贴标机切标刀与胶水层5接触,贴标机切标刀提高的使用寿命,同时通过切标刀裁切后的标签呈环状贴于容器表面,胶水层部分贴于容器表面,且另一部分贴于标签的另一端,达到有效固定标签;并且采用胶水呈分段镂空设计方便展开盘标,进行裁切,并有效节约胶水材料;
2)通过上述生产工艺生产的压敏胶盘标可以在进行盘标贴覆工艺中减少上胶这一步骤,可以有效提高压敏胶标盘贴覆效率,减少对环境污染。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合图示与具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:如图1所示,本发明提出的一种局部定位压敏胶盘标,包括呈卷装的薄膜材料1,薄膜材料1可以选择收缩PET薄膜,其厚度为18-60um,横向收缩率:1%-3%,纵向收缩率:25%-50%;或选择普通PET薄膜,其厚度为18-60um,拉伸强度:纵向≥150Mpa,横向≥153Mpa;或者选择BOPP薄膜,厚度为18-60um,拉伸强度:纵向≥100Mpa,横向≥180Mpa.
在薄膜材料1的正面涂设有一层水性底涂层2,背面涂设有一层离型层3,其中,离型层3为含有脂肪酸酰胺嵌段结构的聚氨酯接枝丙烯酸的涂层,用量为2-3g/m2。在水性底涂层2表面涂设印刷层4,印刷层4所用油墨为醇溶性环保里印油墨,用量为2-5g/m2,印刷层4内加入1.5-3%的改性高含氯氯化聚丙烯树酯作为附着力添加剂;在印刷层4表面涂设有胶水层5,胶水层5为水性丙烯酸乳液型压敏胶水,并且胶水层5被分隔为若干段,若干段胶水层5沿薄膜材料1长度方向排列,胶水层5呈间隔设置于印刷层4表面,相邻两端胶水层5之间供贴标机的切标刀切断的空隙,胶水层5靠近于薄膜材料1切断后的一端端面,且胶水层5粘贴于容器时,胶水层5局部黏贴于薄膜材料1的另一端。通过胶水层5呈分段镂空设计,可以避免方便贴标机切标刀与胶水层5接触,贴标机切标刀提高的使用寿命,同时通过切标刀裁切后的标签呈环状贴于容器表面,胶水层5部分贴于容器表面,且另一部分贴于标签的另一端,达到有效固定标签;并且采用胶水呈分段镂空设计方便展开盘标,进行裁切,并有效节约胶水材料。
实施例2:一种用于生产局部定位压敏胶盘标的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、背涂离型层3,先在薄膜材料1背面涂覆一层离型层3;
S2、上光油,通过对薄膜材料1进行在线等离子电晕处理,并在线涂布增强油墨附着力水底涂层;
S3、印刷、在印刷时通过在里印油墨中增加1.5-3%的改性高含氯氯化聚丙烯树酯作为附着力添加剂;
S4、局部定位涂胶、在采用印刷时在线局部定位涂布胶水层5,胶水层5为环保水性丙烯酸乳液型压敏胶水,并且在涂胶时通过干燥烘箱对胶水层5进行充分干燥,且在涂布胶水层5时,采用局部镂空工艺,将胶水条中间镂空,使胶水层5分隔成若干段。
S5、分切检品、将完成局部定位涂胶后的薄膜材料1分切成若干条。
S6、装箱和产品入库。
在S1中,所述离型层3为含有脂肪酸酰胺嵌段结构的聚氨酯接枝丙烯酸的涂层,用量为2-3g/m2;在步骤S3中,印刷时选用的油墨为醇溶性环保里印油墨,用量为2-5g/m2;在S4中,在涂布胶水层5时胶水浓度为2.700±700mPa.s,PH值:6.5-7.5±1,且胶水涂覆量:5-12gr/m2,胶水层5涂覆完成后以220-230m/min的速度干燥,且烘道长度为6-10m,温度为65-80℃,且有12.0-18.0m3/h的排风量和8.0-14.0m3/h的抽风量。
通过上述生产工艺生产的压敏胶盘标可以在进行盘标贴覆工艺中减少上胶这一步骤,可以有效提高压敏胶标盘贴覆效率,减少对环境污染。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种局部定位压敏胶盘标,其特征在于,所述离型层(3)为含有脂肪酸酰胺嵌段结构的聚氨酯接枝丙烯酸的涂层,用量为2-3g/m2
