Description

Essential oil composition with blue light resisting and skin caring effects and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an essential oil composition with blue light resisting and skin care effects and application thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard and the living quality of people, the requirements of consumers on the beauty and skin care products necessary for daily life are higher and higher, and the influence of the plant skin care concept of returning to nature is emphasized more and more.
Compared with ultraviolet rays, visible light has stronger penetrating power and can reach the dermis of human skin directly, so that the visible light can cause deeper damage to the skin and even genes. The visible light is composed of seven colors of light such as purple, blue, cyan, green, yellow, orange, red and the like, wherein the energy of the blue light wave band with the wavelength of 400-500 nm is the highest, and the harm to human bodies is the greatest. Blue light can penetrate into the dermis of skin, under the irradiation of the blue light, mitochondria in cells can generate active oxygen free radicals, and the active oxygen free radicals can generate oxidation reaction with the mitochondria, DNA and cell structures containing lipid, such as cell membranes, mitochondrial membranes, lysosomes and the like, so that the mitochondria and the DNA are damaged, the cell membrane dysfunction is caused to influence the growth and development of the cells, the cell structures are damaged, and the cells are damaged to cause apoptosis. Apparently, blue light induces the production of free radicals by cells, causing the fibroblasts of the dermal layer of the skin to be damaged and the extracellular matrix to be reduced, thereby causing premature aging of the skin.
The influence of blue light on human body draws more and more attention, and people begin to consciously carry out relevant blue light protection research, such as blue light prevention glasses, blue light prevention cosmetics and the like. Once cosmetics mainly pushing the concept of resisting blue light are introduced in the market, the cosmetics are pursued by a large number of consumers, and the consumers are gradually aware of the importance of resisting blue light. Under the background of the large environment, the anti-blue light product becomes another research hotspot of the photoprotective cosmetics.
CN2016112330321 discloses a blue light protection composition, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: the composition comprises lutein, cocoa seed extract, black rose extract, rose hip oil and xylitol, and has very strong blue light absorption, oxidation resistance and skin repair effects.
CN2018103006455 discloses a cosmetic raw material with blue light resistance and ultraviolet resistance, and a preparation method and application thereof. The raw material components of the cosmetic comprise jasmine extract, butterflybush flower extract, bisabolol, glycerin, water, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, isohexadecane, polydimethylsiloxane, petrolatum, 1, 2-hexanediol, butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane, xanthan gum and the like.
CN2017109855422 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition with ultraviolet and blue light protection effects, which is prepared by pulverizing turmeric, butterflybush flower, marigold, ginkgo leaf and cabbage, sieving, mixing, adding an extraction solvent, and extracting with a continuous low-temperature micro-jet wall-breaking extractor.
CN2017109855418 discloses a plant extract composition capable of absorbing ultraviolet light and blue light in all bands, which comprises spinach extract, corn stigma extract, orange peel extract, calendula extract and tomato extract.
Scientific blue light resistance starts from dredging and absorbing blue light, and comprehensively treats skin problems caused by blue light, such as dark color, skin injury and the like from the aspects of promoting blood circulation, resisting free radicals, promoting cell growth, whitening, moisturizing and the like.

40 subjects, half of both male and female, were selected. The whole testing process is carried out in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory, the room temperature is 20-22 ℃, and the humidity is 40-60%. The testee should wash the forearm, sit at a set humidity for 30min, and then mark 3 × 3cm on the left and right forearms2The square experiment area of the size takes the left arm as the test area of the moisturizing product, the corresponding symmetrical area of the right arm is blank control, the moisture content of each experiment part is tested and detected by using a Corneometer CM825, the test is repeated for 5 times respectively, and the average value of each test is obtained, and the result is shown in Table 5.
TABLE 5
Figure BDA0001867241550000091
As can be seen from Table 5, the skin of the sample of example 1 of the present invention still has a higher moisture content 2 hours after use, indicating that the essential oil composition prepared by the present invention has a better moisturizing effect. The samples of comparative examples 1 to 5, however, had lower hydration rates per time period than the samples of example 1 of the present invention. Therefore, after the essential oils are scientifically combined, the moisturizing effect is improved under the condition of consistent dosage, and the essential oils have good synergistic moisturizing and synergistic effects.
Test example 5 skin irritation test
Experimental materials: the product of example 1 and comparative examples 1-5 was diluted 5 times with olive oil and used as a sample.
Subject: a total of 30 volunteers, of which women: 20 men and 10 men, the age is 20-40 years old.
The test method comprises the following steps: 0.03mL of the sample was taken by a syringe and placed in a chamber of a spot test tape, and the spot test tape with the sample was immediately stuck to the normal skin of the left forearm from the lower part in the longitudinal direction while gently pressing the chamber one by one to expel air and uniformly distribute the test substance. The test site is marked for easy observation. Every 24 hours, and half an hour after the patch was removed, the examination was performed according to the terms of the CTFA guidelines (1981). The patch test was performed 6 times in total, and on day 6 after completion of the skin application, additional examination was performed to observe delayed reactions. The data is compared using the last examination. The identification was carried out using the following table 6 as a standard:
TABLE 6 skin irritation assay standards
Grade (symbol) Identification criteria
0 - Negative reaction: has no irritation and erythema
1 ± And (3) suspicious reaction: mild erythema
2 + Weak positive reaction: erythema
3 ++ Strong positive reaction: erythema, papules, blisters
4 +++ Extremely strong positive reaction: severe edema and bulla
And (3) test results: as shown in table 7.

6 0 0 0 0 0 0
Total up to 0 1 time +/-) 2 times +/-) 2 times +/-) 1 time plus or minus and 2 times plus 0
The results in Table 7 show that the essential oil composition sample of example 1 of the invention is equivalent to the base oil sample of comparative example 5 in irritation, no irritation is found in volunteers, and the irritation is much lower than that of the samples of comparative examples 1-4. Therefore, the essential oil is milder than that used alone under the condition of consistent dosage after being scientifically combined.
