本发明公开了一种抗静电屏蔽铝塑复合包装材料,从外往内依次设置的外保护层、外粘合胶层、防静电涂层、铝箔层、外粘合胶层A、尼龙薄膜、外粘合胶层B和热封层;所述防静电涂层包括下列重量份的组份:合成丙烯酸树脂42‑55份、环氧树脂50‑60份、硅藻土20‑35份、纯度99%以上的石墨20‑28份、分散剂0.5‑1.3份、消泡剂2‑4份、增稠剂3‑5份;本发明采用增加有防静电涂层,采用双层防静电措施,可以提高抗静电屏蔽的能力;用发泡机进行发泡,将得到的复合发泡浆料涂覆在防静电涂层的外侧,作为保护层能够能对外界的冲击以及穿刺产生良好的缓冲作用,在内侧设有尼龙薄膜,可以避免内侧物体对铝箔层。

背景技术
铝塑复合包装材料是由铝箔与高强度、可热封的塑料薄膜复合而成,综合了铝箔的高阻隔性以及塑料薄膜的柔韧性,具有优良的阻隔、力学及热封性能,而且无毒、无味、不污染内装物,广泛应用于食品、药品、化妆品等商品的包装,具有极高的市场潜力。但是铝箔的耐折、耐冲击和抗穿刺能力差,容易在包装、使用过程中形成针孔导致,使其内的铝箔遭到破坏,从而不具有抗静电屏蔽的能力。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电屏蔽铝塑复合包装材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用增加有防静电涂层,采用双层防静电措施,可以提高抗静电屏蔽的能力;用发泡机进行发泡,将得到的复合发泡浆料涂覆在防静电涂层的外侧,作为保护层能够能对外界的冲击以及穿刺产生良好的缓冲作用,在内侧设有尼龙薄膜,可以避免内侧物体对铝箔层。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电屏蔽铝塑复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述防静电涂层包括下列重量份的组份:合成丙烯酸树脂48.5份、环氧树脂55份、硅藻土27.5份、纯度99%以上的石墨24份、分散剂0.9份、消泡剂3份、增稠剂4份;所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:乙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯50份、聚酰胺蜡30份、二正己胺22份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体81.5份、苯并咪唑3.5份、润滑剂8.5份、无规共聚聚丙烯41份、环氧棉籽油5份、磺乙基纤维素17份、山芋淀粉7.5份和十二烷基三甲基氯化铵7.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电屏蔽铝塑复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述防静电涂层包括下列重量份的组份:合成丙烯酸树脂42份、环氧树脂50份、硅藻土20份、纯度99%以上的石墨20份、分散剂0.5份、消泡剂2份、增稠剂3份;所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:乙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯40份、聚酰胺蜡25份、二正己胺16份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体75份、苯并咪唑2份、润滑剂6份、无规共聚聚丙烯35份、环氧棉籽油1份、磺乙基纤维素12份、山芋淀粉5份和十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电屏蔽铝塑复合包装材料,其特征在于,所述防静电涂层包括下列重量份的组份:合成丙烯酸树脂55份、环氧树脂60份、硅藻土35份、纯度99%以上的石墨28份、分散剂1.3份、消泡剂4份、增稠剂5份;所述外保护层包括下列重量份的组份:乙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯60份、聚酰胺蜡35份、二正己胺28份、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体88份、苯并咪唑5份、润滑剂11份、无规共聚聚丙烯47份、环氧棉籽油19份、磺乙基纤维素22份、山芋淀粉10份和十二烷基三甲基氯化铵10份。
