本发明公开了一种复合包装膜,含有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按其重量百分比计算,聚乙烯40%~45%、聚丙烯或聚酰胺20%~30%,金属铝5%~10%、水性粘结剂1%~5%、抗菌剂1%~3%、防腐剂1%~3%、防潮剂1%~5%。通过上述方式,本发明能够提供的复合包装膜能够具有良好的机械性能和耐久性能,具有较强的抗张强度和耐磨性,能够在低温、高温和高湿状况下正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜,特别是涉及一种复合包装膜。
背景技术
为了满足包装的需要,复合包装膜越来越受到人们的喜爱,能够具有较好的机械性能和物理化学性能。为了能够在以往的包装膜上令使用分为更加广泛,也是质量有更好的提高,我们提供一种与以往不同的复合包装膜。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供的复合包装膜能够具有良好的机械性能和耐久性能,具有较强的抗张强度和耐磨性,能够在低温、高温和高湿状况下正常使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按其重量百分比计算,聚乙烯40%~45%、聚丙烯或聚酰胺20%~30%,金属铝5%~10%、水性粘结剂1%~5%、抗菌剂1%~3%、防腐剂1%~3%、防潮剂1%~5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合包装膜厚度为0.1~1.0mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防潮剂为硅胶防潮剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂为氧化锌或氧化铜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的复合包装膜能够具有良好的机械性能和耐久性能,具有较强的抗张强度和耐磨性,能够在低温、高温和高湿状况下正常使用。

在一个实施例中,一种复合包装膜,含有以下组分:有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按其重量百分比计算,聚乙烯40%~45%、聚丙烯或聚酰胺20%~30%,金属铝5%~10%、水性粘结剂1%~5%、抗菌剂1%~3%、防腐剂1%~3%、防潮剂1%~5%。
在一个实施例中,优选地,所述复合包装膜厚度为0.1~1.0mm。
优选地,所述防潮剂为硅胶防潮剂,化学性质稳定,适合广泛的制作与应用。
优选地,所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,成本低,方便制作。
优选地,所述抗菌剂为氧化锌或氧化铜,能够提升所述包装膜的质量。
本发明提供的复合包装膜能够具有良好的机械性能和耐久性能,具有较强的抗张强度和耐磨性,能够在低温、高温和高湿状况下正常使用。

1.一种复合包装膜,其特征在于,有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按其重量百分比计算,聚乙烯40%~45%、聚丙烯或聚酰胺20%~30%,金属铝5%~10%、水性粘结剂1%~5%、抗菌剂1%~3%、防腐剂1%~3%、防潮剂1%~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述复合包装膜厚度为0.1~1.0mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述防潮剂为硅胶防潮剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为氧化锌或氧化铜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。
