本发明公开了一种包装膜,其特征在于,包括基层和覆盖于基层上的膜层,膜层有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,基层由硬脂酸钙、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、钡锌复合稳定剂、线性低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇、微晶蜡、苯酚甲醛树脂、十二烷基硫酸钠、硅酮和粘胶,本发明的包装膜能够具有良好的机械性能和耐久性能,具有较强的抗张强度和耐磨性,能够在低温、高温和高湿状况下正常使用。

本发明涉及包装材料领域,特别涉及一种包装膜。
背景技术
为了满足包装的需要,复合包装膜越来越受到人们的喜爱,能够具有较好的机械性能和物理化学性能。为了能够在以往的包装膜上令使用分为更加广泛,也是质量有更好的提高,我们提供一种与以往不同的复合包装膜。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装膜,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种包装膜,其特征在于,包括基层和覆盖于基层上的膜层,膜层有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按质量份数计算计算,聚乙烯20-30份、聚丙烯或聚酰胺25-35份,金属铝10-15份、水性粘结剂10-15份、抗菌剂5-10份、防腐剂5-10份、防潮剂5-10份;基层由硬脂酸钙6-11份,紫外线吸收剂3-7份,抗氧化剂2-6份,DOP5-7份,钡锌复合稳定剂5-8份,线性低密度聚乙烯8-14份,聚乙烯醇6-9份,微晶蜡3-6份,苯酚甲醛树脂8-14份,十二烷基硫酸钠4-9份,硅酮2-6份,粘胶1-5份。
优选的,所述防潮剂为硅胶防潮剂。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为氧化锌或氧化铜。
优选的,所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。

本发明的具体实施方式一种包装膜,其特征在于,包括基层和覆盖于基层上的膜层,膜层有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按质量份数计算计算,聚乙烯30份、聚丙烯或聚酰胺25份,金属铝15份、水性粘结剂15份、抗菌剂5份、防腐剂5份、防潮剂10份;基层由硬脂酸钙11份,紫外线吸收剂3份,抗氧化剂6份,DOP7份,钡锌复合稳定剂8份,线性低密度聚乙烯14份,聚乙烯醇6份,微晶蜡3份,苯酚甲醛树脂14份,十二烷基硫酸钠9份,硅酮6份,粘胶5份。
所述防潮剂为硅胶防潮剂,所述抗菌剂为氧化锌或氧化铜,所述防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。
本发明提供的包装膜能够具有良好的机械性能和耐久性能,具有较强的抗张强度和耐磨性,能够在低温、高温和高湿状况下正常使用。

1.一种包装膜,其特征在于,包括基层和覆盖于基层上的膜层,膜层有以下组分:聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酰胺,金属铝、水性粘结剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、防潮剂,按质量份数计算计算,聚乙烯20-30份、聚丙烯或聚酰胺25-35份,金属铝10-15份、水性粘结剂10-15份、抗菌剂5-10份、防腐剂5-10份、防潮剂5-10份;基层由硬脂酸钙6-11份,紫外线吸收剂3-7份,抗氧化剂2-6份,DOP5-7份,钡锌复合稳定剂5-8份,线性低密度聚乙烯8-14份,聚乙烯醇6-9份,微晶蜡3-6份,苯酚甲醛树脂8-14份,十二烷基硫酸钠4-9份,硅酮2-6份,粘胶1-5份。
