Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合包装膜,其组分按重量包括:聚丙烯、聚乳酸、聚酰胺、碳、碳化钛、铝元素、胶黏剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、强化剂。本发明通过设置的胶黏剂与强化剂,使得了该包装膜远高于现有技术中包装膜的使用硬度,能够保证被包装物品的包装安全,通过设置的抗菌剂,能够有效的放置细菌在包装膜上繁衍生长,提高了其的干净度,防腐剂能够防止其被腐蚀,增加了包装膜的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合包装膜。
背景技术
包装膜主要由几种不同牌号的聚乙烯树脂混合挤出而成,具有抗穿刺,超强度高性能,对堆放在托板上的货物进行缠绕包装,使包装物更加稳固整洁,更超强防水作用,被广泛使用,在外贸出口、造纸、五金、塑料化工、建材、食品医药行业。塑料制品以及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的比重越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,随着包装膜的普遍使用在不同的领域上,给人们的生活带来了极大的便利,而现在所使用的包装膜,其的强度不足,在在使用时,极易发生破裂,不仅造成资源的浪费,还会给被包装物品造成损坏,使得了物品遭到不必要的损失,为此,我们提出了一种复合包装膜。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种复合包装膜,能够增强包装膜使用强度,避免了其遭到不必要的损坏。
本发明提出的一种复合包装膜,其组分按重量份包括:
聚丙烯50-60份、聚乳酸5-10份、聚酰胺15-20份、碳3-8份、碳化钛5-12份、铝元素6-10份、胶黏剂2-7份、抗菌剂2-7份、防腐剂1-5份、强化剂1-5份。
优选的,聚丙烯、聚乳酸、聚酰胺的重量比为53-57:6-9:16-18。
优选的,碳、碳化钛、铝元素的重量比为4-6:7-10:7-9。
优选的,胶黏剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、强化剂的重量比为4-6:4-6:2-4:2-4。
优选的,其组分按重量份包括:
聚丙烯53-57份、聚乳酸6-9份、聚酰胺16-18份、碳4-6份、碳化钛7-10份、铝元素7-9份、胶黏剂4-6份、抗菌剂4-6份、防腐剂2-4份、强化剂2-4份。
优选的,其组分最优重量份包括:
聚丙烯55份、聚乳酸8份、聚酰胺18份、碳5份、碳化钛8份、铝元素8份、胶黏剂5份、抗菌剂5份、防腐剂3份、强化剂3份。
本发明通过设置的胶黏剂与强化剂,使得了该包装膜远高于现有技术中包装膜的使用硬度,能够保证被包装物品的包装安全,通过设置的抗菌剂,能够有效的放置细菌在包装膜上繁衍生长,提高了其的干净度,防腐剂能够防止其被腐蚀,增加了包装膜的使用寿命。

聚丙烯52份、聚乳酸6份、聚酰胺16份、碳4份、碳化钛7份、铝元素7份、胶黏剂3份、抗菌剂3份、防腐剂2份、强化剂2份。

一种复合包装膜,其组分按重量份包括:
聚丙烯55份、聚乳酸8份、聚酰胺18份、碳5份、碳化钛8份、铝元素8份、胶黏剂5份、抗菌剂5份、防腐剂3份、强化剂3份。

一种复合包装膜,其组分按重量份包括:
聚丙烯57份、聚乳酸9份、聚酰胺19份、碳6份、碳化钛10份、铝元素9份、胶黏剂6份、抗菌剂6份、防腐剂4份、强化剂4份。

一种复合包装膜,其组分按重量份包括:
聚丙烯60份、聚乳酸10份、聚酰胺20份、碳8份、碳化钛12份、铝元素10份、胶黏剂7份、抗菌剂7份、防腐剂5份、强化剂5份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,聚丙烯、聚乳酸、聚酰胺的重量比为53-57:6-9:16-18。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,碳、碳化钛、铝元素的重量比为4-6:7-10:7-9。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,胶黏剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂、强化剂的重量比为4-6:4-6:2-4:2-4。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,其组分按重量份包括:
聚丙烯53-57份、聚乳酸6-9份、聚酰胺16-18份、碳4-6份、碳化钛7-10份、铝元素7-9份、胶黏剂4-6份、抗菌剂4-6份、防腐剂2-4份、强化剂2-4份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合包装膜,其特征在于,其组分最优重量份包括:
