Abstract
本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及一种沙漠樱桃健脾饮品及其制备方法。沙漠樱桃健脾饮品包括下述质量份组分:沙漠樱桃50‑60份,怀山药15‑20份,铁皮石斛10‑15份,茯苓5‑8份,正北芪5‑8份,红糖3‑5份。本发明以沙漠樱桃为主料,配以辅料怀山药、茯苓、正北芪、红糖、以及铁皮石斛,原料均为天然食物或者药食同源之重要,用于脾虚食少,不仅具有健脾养胃之功效,而且对酒精引起的肠胃黏膜损伤导致的腹泻具有很好的疗效。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及一种沙漠樱桃健脾饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
沙漠樱桃是广布于中国背部和西北部荒漠、以及东部滨海盐碱地的蒺藜科灌木,主要包括两个种:唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum),大白刺(Nitraria roborowskii),果营养价值很高,其味甜带酸,兼有葡萄和樱桃香味,形状、大小都类似樱桃。是一种药食同源的野生植物,为蒙古族、藏族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族习用药材,具有健脾胃、解酒护肝的功效。蒙药名称哈日莫格,维药名称阿克羊塔克乌拉盖,食药同源,性味:温、甘、微咸酸,入肝经、肾精、脾经。我们的研究团队在甘肃民勤的调查和初步实验发现,沙漠樱桃对酒精引起的肠胃黏膜损伤导致的腹泻具有很好的疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种沙漠樱桃健脾饮品及其制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种沙漠樱桃健脾饮品,包括下述质量份组分:沙漠樱桃50-60份,怀山药15-20份,铁皮石斛10-15份,茯苓5-8份,正北芪5-8份,红糖3-5份。
优选的,包括下述质量份组分:沙漠樱桃54份,怀山药18份,铁皮石斛12份,茯苓6份,正北芪6份,红糖4份。
本发明还包括一种制备所述的沙漠樱桃健脾饮品的方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
1)采集沙漠樱桃:在6月中旬-7月下旬,采摘果实直径10mm以上的紫红色沙漠樱桃的健康果实;
2)筛选脱蜡清洗:将果实进行水选,去掉有病虫、鸟啄食的不合格果实,去除枯枝、果梗、叶片残留物,清水漂洗2次;加入3%的食用碱漂洗10min,捞出晾晒20min,清水淋洗3次;
3)将步骤2)清洗后的沙漠樱桃进行打浆;经过硅藻土过滤机澄清;
4)辅料处理:辅料包括怀山药、茯苓、正北芪、红糖、铁皮石斛;其中鲜品怀山药去皮后切段,铁皮石斛清洗水选后切段,此二者进入胶体磨,制浆;茯苓、正北芪粉碎后过100目筛;
5)混合均质乳化:将处理过的辅料以及沙漠樱桃按照比例混合,过60目筛,在高压微射流纳米均质机进行均质乳化;
6)脱气消毒灌装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的沙漠樱桃健脾饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤6)的脱气消毒条件为:真空度为0.06MPa的真空条件下脱气;在93℃高温瞬时杀菌18s,降温72℃后进行无菌热灌装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以沙漠樱桃为主料,配以辅料怀山药、茯苓、正北芪、红糖、以及铁皮石斛,原料均为天然食物或者药食同源之重要,用于脾虚食少,不仅具有健脾养胃之功效,而且对酒精引起的肠胃黏膜损伤导致的腹泻具有很好的疗效。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:一种制备所述的沙漠樱桃健脾饮品的方法,包括下述步骤:
1)采集沙漠樱桃:在6月中旬-7月下旬,采摘果实直径10mm以上的紫红色沙漠樱桃的健康果实;
2)筛选脱蜡清洗:将果实进行水选,去掉有病虫、鸟啄食的不合格果实,去除枯枝、果梗、叶片残留物,清水漂洗2次;加入3%的食用碱漂洗10min,捞出晾晒20min,清水淋洗3次;
3)将步骤2)清洗后的沙漠樱桃进行打浆;原浆为樱桃红色,状态见图1示出;经过硅藻土过滤机澄清;经过硅藻土过滤机过滤后用去离子水稀释2.5倍,变成亮黄色,状态见图2示出。
4)辅料处理:辅料包括怀山药、茯苓、正北芪、红糖、铁皮石斛;其中鲜品怀山药去皮后切段,铁皮石斛清洗水选后切段,此二者进入胶体磨,制浆;茯苓、正北芪粉碎后过100目筛;
5)混合均质乳化:将处理过的辅料以及沙漠樱桃按照比例混合,过60目筛,在高压微射流纳米均质机进行均质乳化;其中,各组分的配比为:沙漠樱桃54份,怀山药18份,铁皮石斛12份,茯苓6份,正北芪6份,红糖4份。
6)脱气消毒灌装;真空度为0.06MPa的真空条件下脱气;在93℃高温瞬时杀菌18s,降温72℃后进行无菌热灌装。
实施例2:实施例2与实施例1的区别仅在于,各组分的含量不同。沙漠樱桃50份,怀山药15份,铁皮石斛10份,茯苓5份,正北芪5份,红糖3份。
实施例3:实施例3与实施例1的区别仅在于,各组分的含量不同。沙漠樱桃60份,怀山药20份,铁皮石斛15份,茯苓8份,正北芪8份,红糖5份。
实施例1-3的实施效果类似,其中以实施例1效果最佳,以实施例1为例进行效果说明:
试验过程:选择长期饮酒造成腹泻的人群,使用本发明者的产品进行日常服用,调研腹泻症状的改善情况。
受试对象:60名长期饮酒造成腹泻的人群(20-50岁),主要症状为每日2-3次或更高频率腹泻,连续多日发病。
服用方法:日服2~3次,每次1~2瓶。
试验结果:统计所有受试者试验期间平均腹泻的持续时间以及腹泻频率。
使用本发明产品后的腹泻持续时间由6天减少到3天,且每日腹泻频率减少1-2次。实验证明在服用本发明中产品后,可有效减少腹泻天数,对肠道健康具有积极的效果。

1.一种沙漠樱桃健脾饮品,其特征在于,包括下述质量份组分:沙漠樱桃50-60份,怀山药15-20份,铁皮石斛10-15份,茯苓5-8份,正北芪5-8份,红糖3-5份。
2.根据权利要求所述的沙漠樱桃健脾饮品,其特征在于,包括下述质量份组分:沙漠樱桃54份,怀山药18份,铁皮石斛12份,茯苓6份,正北芪6份,红糖4份。
3.一种制备权利要求1-2任一项所述的沙漠樱桃健脾饮品的方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
1)采集沙漠樱桃:在6月中旬-7月下旬,采摘果实直径10mm以上的紫红色沙漠樱桃的健康果实;
2)筛选脱蜡清洗:将果实进行水选,去掉有病虫、鸟啄食的不合格果实,去除枯枝、果梗、叶片残留物,清水漂洗2次;加入3%的食用碱漂洗10min,捞出晾晒20min,清水淋洗3次;
