本发明公开了一种绿茶型米酒,其特征在于包括以下质量分数的各组分:绿茶 20‑30份;枸杞 10‑20份;金银花 5‑10份;甘菊花 10‑20份;青梅 5‑8份;糯米 50‑80份。本发明能够有效的将绿茶与米酒结合,绿茶不仅具有提神清心、清热解暑、消食化痰、去腻减肥、清心除烦、解毒醒酒、生津止渴、降火明目、止痢除湿等药理作用;而米酒能够帮助血液循环,促进新陈代谢,具有补血养颜、舒筋活络、强身健体和延年益寿的功效,本发明能够有效的将两者结合起来,具有广大的应用前景。

本发明设计米酒制造领域,尤其涉及绿茶型米酒及其制作方法。
背景技术
米酒具有很多功效,目前市面上流通着各种各样的米酒,但都是单一的米酒,仅仅只有糯米,没有太多其他的添加物,具有很多局限性,针对现有米酒的不足,需要设计绿茶型米酒及其制作方法。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明旨在提供一种绿茶型米酒,其特征在于包括以下质量分数的各组分:
绿茶 20-30份
枸杞 10-20份
金银花 5-10份
甘菊花 10-20份
青梅 5-8份
糯米 50-80份
进一步的,所述糯米为70-80份,所述绿茶为20-25份,适当的配比,有利于保留绿茶的清香。
本发明的另一目的,旨在提供一种制备绿茶型米酒的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S10、采用清水将糯米、绿茶清洗干净,一同放入在清水中浸泡8-10h;
S20、取出糯米和绿茶,留下浸泡液,将糯米和绿茶放入蒸锅中进行蒸煮10-20min;
S30、将蒸煮结束的糯米和绿茶取出,均匀的摊放在簸箕中,厚度为1-3cm;温度降到30-35℃时,撒入酒曲,搅拌均匀;
S40、将糯米和绿茶放入陶瓷缸中,压实,盖上盖子,保持温度在30-35℃,发酵10-15天;
S50、将枸杞、金银花、甘菊花、青梅加入陶瓷缸中,继续发酵3-4天。
进一步的,所述S10步骤中还包括将糯米与绿茶充分混匀,混合均匀有利于糯米的发酵,不会出现发酵不均匀的情况;
进一步的,所述S20步骤中所述蒸锅内铺有双层纱布,所述双层纱布放入浸泡液中浸泡1-2h,双层纱布能够有效的使得糯米和绿茶不出现粘锅的现象,在取出糯米和绿茶的时候也很方便,双层纱布带有绿茶的香味,使得绿茶香能更好地进入糯米中。
本发明能够有效的将绿茶与米酒结合,绿茶不仅具有提神清心、清热解暑、消食化痰、去腻减肥、清心除烦、解毒醒酒、生津止渴、降火明目、止痢除湿等药理作用,还对现代疾病,如辐射病、心脑血管病、癌症等疾病,有一定的药理功效。米酒能够帮助血液循环,促进新陈代谢,具有补血养颜、舒筋活络、强身健体和延年益寿的功效,采用甘菊花、金银花等做搭配,使得本发明的口感风味更加独特,本发明中绿茶仅指茶叶,青梅跟绿茶的结合,使得米酒口感更加好,综上所述,本发明将两者的优点结合,具有广大的应用前景。

一种绿茶型米酒,其特征在于包括以下质量分数的各组分:
绿茶 20-30份
枸杞 10-20份
金银花 5-10份
甘菊花 10-20份
青梅 5-8份
糯米 50-80份
更具体的,所述糯米为70-80份,所述绿茶为20-25份,适当的配比,有利于保留绿茶的清香。
一种制备绿茶型米酒的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S10、采用清水将糯米、绿茶清洗干净,一同放入在清水中浸泡8-10h;
S20、取出糯米和绿茶,留下浸泡液,将糯米和绿茶放入蒸锅中进行蒸煮10-20min;

更具体的,所述S10步骤中还包括将糯米与绿茶充分混匀,混合均匀有利于糯米的发酵,不会出现发酵不均匀的情况;
更具体的,所述S20步骤中所述蒸锅内铺有双层纱布,所述双层纱布放入浸泡液中浸泡1-2h,双层纱布能够有效的使得糯米和绿茶不出现粘锅的现象,在取出糯米和绿茶的时候也很方便,双层纱布带有绿茶的香味,使得绿茶香能更好地进入糯米中。

绿茶 20-30份
枸杞 10-20份
金银花 5-10份
甘菊花 10-20份
青梅 5-8份
糯米 50-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述绿茶型米酒,其特征在于所述糯米为70-80份,所述绿茶为20-25份。
3.一种制备绿茶型米酒的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S10、采用清水将糯米、绿茶清洗干净,一同放入在清水中浸泡8-10h;
S20、取出糯米和绿茶,留下浸泡液,将糯米和绿茶放入蒸锅中进行蒸煮10-20min;
