Abstract

背景技术
在实践中,需要适合于制造各种包装规格的热成形包装机。在该方面,制造者要应对的挑战之一是将用于热成形包装机的裁切站构造成在密封处理之后能够在不需要很大努力的情况下被调整用于分离彼此不同的包装规格。

发明内容
本发明的目的是特别针对频繁进行的规格改变的实用背景,通过采用使该热成形包装机将满足最高的卫生标准的方式的简单的结构技术手段来相对于已知方案改进热成形包装机,并且将适于为针对规格改变而快速地转变以及适于可靠地制造具有一贯高品质的不同规格的产品。
该目的利用根据技术方案1的热成形包装机来实现。本发明的所改进的其它进展在从属技术方案中公开。
本发明涉及一种热成形包装机,其包括:成形站,其用于从底膜制造包装槽;密封站,其用于借助于密封处理、利用顶膜封闭所述包装槽;以及裁切站,其用于使密封的包装槽彼此分离。所述裁切站包括至少一个裁切单元,所述至少一个裁切单元适于在所述裁切站内、在制造方向上的不同位置之间再定位,以便适合于制造不同包装尺寸。
所述裁切站还包括支撑件,借助于所述支撑件,能够至少分段地(sectionwise)从下方支撑因分离目的而被输送到所述裁切站中的各所述密封的包装槽的底部。为此,所述支撑件包括多个支撑元件,所述多个支撑元件配置于水平支承面并且根据所述裁切单元的位置在所述支撑件的进行裁切操作的位置处形成预定的间隙。
根据本发明,通过在所述支承面内再分配所述支撑元件,所述间隙还可以适于形成在所述支撑件的不同位置处,以在所述裁切站内的不同位置处使用所述裁切单元。这意味着支撑元件的配置可以在支承面内变化,以便保持间隙开放以在所期望的位置操作裁切单元。尽管支撑元件的配置为了改变支撑件内的间隙而变化,然而,限定于支承面的整个支撑件表面将大致保持不变。因此,支撑件为跨过该处所输送的包装底部产生了灵活性、等面积的支撑效果,这可适应于以合适的方式使不同的容器规格彼此分离。

1.一种热成形包装机(1),其包括:成形站(2),其用于从底膜(4)制造包装槽(3);密封站(7),其用于借助于密封处理、利用顶膜(8)封闭所述包装槽(3);以及裁切站(10),其用于使密封的包装槽(3)彼此分离,其中,所述裁切站(10)包括至少一个裁切单元(11),所述至少一个裁切单元(11)适于在所述裁切站(10)内、在制造方向(R)上的不同位置(P1、P2)之间再定位,其中所述裁切站(10)还包括支撑件(13),借助于所述支撑件(13),能够至少分段地从下方支撑因分离目的而被输送到所述裁切站(10)中的各所述密封的包装槽(3)的底部(14),其中所述支撑件(13)包括多个支撑元件(15),所述多个支撑元件(15)配置于水平支承面(L)并且根据所述裁切单元(11)的位置(P1)在所述支撑件(13)的进行裁切操作的位置处形成预定的间隙(22),通过在所述支承面(L)内再分配所述支撑元件(15),所述间隙(22)还适于形成在所述支撑件(13)的不同位置处,以在所述裁切站(10)内的不同位置(P2)处使用所述裁切单元(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(13)包括至少一个承载件(25),预定数量的所述支撑元件(15)可释放地固定于所述承载件(25)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述承载件包括第一轨道(26)和第二轨道(27),所述第一轨道(26)和所述第二轨道(27)均设置有用于固定各所述支撑元件(15)的多个接收单元(28)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述第一轨道(26)和所述第二轨道(27)至少分段地被构造为角托架(36)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,各所述接收单元(28)至少部分地形成于所述角托架(36)的第一腿部(37)和第二腿部(38)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述裁切单元(11)包括至少一个阻挡元件(30),所述阻挡元件(30)被构造成防止将支撑元件(15)固定于为所述裁切单元(11)设置的所述间隙(22)。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(15)至少部分地被构造为在所述支撑件(13)中平行地配置的轴(24)。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(13)配置于用于输送所述膜的链引导件(40)的下方。
9.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,所述裁切站(10)包括另一裁切单元(12),为了所述另一裁切单元(12),在所述支撑件(13)中设置另一间隙(23)。
10.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热成形包装机,其特征在于,当沿所述制造方向(R)观察时,用于所述密封的包装槽(3)的引导件(29)配置于所述裁切站(10)的入口处。
