本发明公开一种高油脂含量虹鳟鱼配合饲料,包括如下重量份数的组分:高筋面粉15~18份、小麦蛋白粉3~5份、啤酒酵母粉2~4份、玉米蛋白粉4~6份、豆粕10~15份、大豆浓缩蛋白5~8份、鱼粉35~40份、猪血球蛋白粉3~4份、鱼油3~5份、豆油8~15份、磷酸二氢钙1份、膨润土3份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、蛋氨酸0.1份、氯化胆碱0.2份、甜菜碱0.2份、氯化钠0.2份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明提供的虹鳟鱼饲料在生长速度、亩产量、饵料系数等方面与市售产品差异不显著,但在养殖每斤鱼的饲料成本上具有极显著的优势,这将大大降低养殖的饲料成本,增加养殖效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高油脂含量虹鳟鱼配合饲料,属于水产鱼饲料技术领域。
背景技术
虹鳟是世界上广泛养殖的重要冷水性鱼,因成熟个体沿侧线有一棕红色纵纹,似彩虹,故名。原产于北美洲北部和太平洋西岸,主要生活在低温淡水中,对养殖水域的水质要求较高。虹鳟是一种食用鱼,被移入多个国家,在我国西北、西南等诸多区域均有养殖。虹鳟鱼对水质要求比较严格,喜生活于流水、溶氧含量较高,水温偏低,底质为砾石的水环境中。为满足生长及诱食的需要,传统的虹鳟鱼饲料中均添加有40~50份的鱼粉,但鱼粉属于资源性产品,主要靠进口满足国内市场需要,价格逐年上升,大大增加了养殖成本,降低了养殖户的经济效益,本发明产品旨在以大豆浓缩蛋白等其它蛋白原料替代部分鱼粉,同时通过添加高水平油脂满足虹鳟鱼摄食和快速生长的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种降低养殖成本且保证养殖效益的高油脂含量虹鳟鱼配合饲料,该饲料在保证生长速度、亩产量、饵料系数等指标的前提下,降低了养殖成本,提高了养殖效益,本发明的虹鳟鱼饲料也是一种优良、营养、环保、健康的新型绿色鱼类饲料。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高油脂含量虹鳟鱼配合饲料,包括如下重量份数的组分:高筋面粉15~18份、小麦蛋白粉3~5份、啤酒酵母粉2~4份、玉米蛋白粉4~6份、豆粕10~15份、大豆浓缩蛋白5~8份、鱼粉35~40份、猪血球蛋白粉3~4份、鱼油3~5份、豆油8~15份、磷酸二氢钙1份、膨润土3份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、蛋氨酸0.1份、氯化胆碱0.2份、甜菜碱0.2份、氯化钠0.2份。
优选的是,包括如下重量份数的组分:高筋面粉15份、小麦蛋白粉3份、啤酒酵母粉3份、玉米蛋白粉5份、豆粕10份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼粉35份、猪血球蛋白粉3份、鱼油5份、豆油10份、磷酸二氢钙1份、膨润土3份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、蛋氨酸0.1份、氯化胆碱0.2份、甜菜碱0.2份、氯化钠0.2份。
优选的是,所述复合维生素包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、D~泛酸、叶酸、D~生物素、肌醇。
优选的是,所述复合矿物质包括铁、铜、锰、锌、碘、硒、钴、镁。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明具有以下优点:1、本发明提供的饲料组分及配比是按照虹鳟鱼可消化氨基酸和可消化能量为依据设计的,依据虹鳟鱼对不同蛋白质源和能量源的可消化率来选择蛋白质原料和能量原料,并根据氨基酸平衡原则设计饲料配方,以保虹鳟鱼对饲料蛋白质、氨基酸具有很高的消化利用率,降低代谢废物中N的排放;2、虹鳟鱼属于亚冷水性的肉食性鱼类,饵料对鱼粉的依赖程度较高,但鱼粉属于资源性原料,极度匮乏,且主要依靠进口,原料性价比不高,本发明根据鱼粉本身特点,采用鱼油补充必须脂肪酸及未知生长因子,采用大豆浓缩蛋白等和晶体氨基酸补充其营养成分,从而在功能性、营养性上达到天然鱼粉的价值,从而降低鱼粉的使用量;3、本发明提供的虹鳟鱼饲料在生长速度、亩产量、饵料系数等方面与市售产品差异不显著,但在养殖每斤鱼的饲料成本上具有极显著的优势,这将大大降低养殖的饲料成本,增加养殖效益。

且上述实施例的制备方法为以下步骤:将各原料经二次粉碎至90公斤过80目筛,均匀混合;将混合后的原料经饲料调制器在98℃下调制3min,然后在120℃条件下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒,然后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成虹鳟鱼饲料。
将上述实施例1~6的虹鳟鱼饲料在相同条件下和当前市售的虹鳟鱼饲养效果对照情况如下表(B、C、D为市场上的虹鳟鱼饲料产品)。
