发明提供一种复合真菌蛋白粉营养食品配方,其特征在于,原料按照重量比计算,比值分配包括:大豆分离蛋白50‑70%、浓缩乳清蛋白15‑30%、麦芽糊精10‑20%、蛹虫草粉2‑5%、茯苓粉1‑3%、香菇粉0.5‑2%、枸杞粉0.5‑2%、金针菇粉0.2‑2%、灰树花粉0.2‑2%、姬松茸粉0.2‑2%、牛初乳粉0.1‑2%。该发明配比科学,具有提高机体免疫力,抗肿瘤,辅助治疗癌症的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养食品领域,具体而言涉及一种由五种真菌复合,合理搭配植物蛋白和动物蛋白,能够全面均衡营养,具有增强免疫力和辅助术后恢复功能的复合真菌蛋白粉。
背景技术
香菇是世界第二大食用菌,也是我国特产之一,素有“山珍之王”、“真菌皇后”的美誉。其味道鲜美,香气沁人,营养丰富,是一种高蛋白、低脂肪的营养保健食品。随着现代医学和营养学的深入研究,香菇的保健价值:
1、香菇中含有的核糖核酸和β-葡萄糖糖苷酶具有明显增强机体抗癌防癌的功效;
2、香菇中含有的香菇素、酪氨酸、氧化酶、嘌呤以及一些核酸物质可以起到降血脂、降血压和预防动脉粥状硬化的功能;
3、香菇中的多糖能够增强机体的免疫力,富含维生素D和多种B族维生素,能够促进钙的吸收,增强抵抗力。
蛹虫草,有名北冬虫夏草,中医认为,虫草入肺肾二经,既能补肺阴,又能补肾阳,是唯一的一种能同时平衡、调节阴阳的中药。蛹虫草含有较多的虫草多糖、虫草素、虫草酸和多种氨基酸,具有增强机体免疫力,抗癌,延缓衰老等保健功效:
1、虫草多糖:提高免疫力,延缓衰老,扶正固本,保护心脏、肝脏,抗痉;
2、麦角甾醇:抗癌、防衰、减毒;
3、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD):抑制或消除催人衰老的超氧自由基形成及抗癌、防衰、减毒;
4、硒(Se):为国际医学界公认的抗癌元素,也是重要的抗氧化剂,能增强人体免疫力。
灰树花,俗称“舞菇”,富含铁、 铜、 维生素C、 硒 、铬、 钙、 维生素D等物质,具有极高的医疗保健功能。尤其是灰树花较高的硒和β-葡聚糖含量,使灰树花具有较强的抗癌、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力和抗衰老的功效。
姬松茸,原产自巴西,含有丰富的多糖,其多糖的含量是灵芝的5倍,具有较高的抗癌功效,能够有效增强机体的免疫力。其中一种β-D-葡聚糖,可以直接提升吞噬细胞、巨噬细胞和自然免疫细胞的活性,具有独特的抗肿瘤功效。
金针菇,人称“增智菇”,含有人体必需氨基酸成分较全,其中赖氨酸和精氨酸含量尤其丰富,且含锌量比较高,对增强智力尤其是对儿童的身高和智力发育有良好的作用。金针菇中含有的多糖体朴菇素对抗癌,增强机体免疫力也有奇效。
现代科技表明,真菌多糖是食用菌中所含的最重要的药效成分。是一种β-型的多糖。真菌多糖又称多聚糖,是生物有机体内普遍存在的一类生物大分子,不仅参与组织细胞骨架的构成,而且是多种内源性生物活性分子的重要组成成分。有一定的调节机体免疫功能的作用,其作用是多途径、多环节、多靶点的,如促进免疫细胞增殖与分化,分泌各种淋巴因子,调节神经-内分泌-免疫调节网络( NIM)的平衡等。
真菌多糖对细胞有着极强的修复作用。服用真菌多糖保健食品,能及时补充细胞间质中缺乏的多糖等物质,使受损的细胞得到及时的修复,达到保持细胞健康、延长细胞寿命、从而实现人体健康的目的。上海医科大学李瑞等试验发现,真菌多糖能显著提高细胞膜的流动性和封闭度,衰老的细胞用真菌多糖培养后,封闭度提高1 1%,流动性提高32% ,细胞膜流动性、封闭性的提高,表明细胞生理功能得到提高。
枸杞是我国传统的名贵中药材,素有“红宝”美称,富含植物多糖、蛋白质、维生素等营养成分。早在《神农本草经》中就指出:久服坚筋骨;《名医别录》谓枸杞擅长“补益精气”;《食疗本草》也记载枸杞“能益人,去虚劳”。枸杞在滋补肝肾、益精明目方面的功效不仅为历代医家和食疗学家所推崇。
枸杞子中的枸杞多糖是其重要的有效成份,枸杞中多糖的含量随产地不同而异,枸杞多糖是从枸杞中提取而得的一种水溶性多糖。已明确该多糖系蛋白多糖,分子量为22~25kD,由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖6种单糖成分组成,详细的结构分析尚在进行之中。经研究表明,枸杞多糖是枸杞子调节免疫、延缓衰老的主要活性成分,其对恶性肿瘤、艾滋病的预防与治疗也能起到积极的作用。
目前,市场上许多香菇、金针菇、灰树花、姬松茸等产品大多釆用单一或少量物质组成,所起的功效相对单一 。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用以香菇粉、灰树花粉、金针菇粉和姬松茸粉,搭配动植物蛋白:大豆分离蛋白和浓缩乳清蛋白粉为主要原料,辅以枸杞子粉、茯苓粉和牛初乳粉,科学配比制成的复合真菌蛋白粉,可以均衡补充多种营养和优质蛋白质,有较强的抗化学诱变作用,主要具有调节免疫,抗肿瘤,辅助治疗癌症的功效,同时还具有抗病毒、抗血脂、抗血小板凝集、护肝、抗基因突变、抗艾滋病等作用。

大豆分离蛋白 50-70%
浓缩乳清蛋白 15-30%
麦芽糊精 10-20%
蛹虫草粉 2-5%
茯苓粉 1-3%
香菇粉 0.5-2%
枸杞粉 0.5-2%
金针菇粉 0.2-2%
灰树花粉 0.2-2%
姬松茸粉 0.2-2%
牛初乳粉 0.1-2%。
本发明的技术优点:
本发明釆用香菇粉、灰树花粉、姬松茸粉、金针菇粉与大豆分离蛋白粉和浓缩乳清蛋白粉,经过科学配伍,充分发挥其协同作用,达到补充蛋白质,提高机体免疫力,抗肿瘤,辅助治疗癌症的作用。

实施例1
本实施例选择粉状的大豆分离蛋白、浓缩乳清蛋白、麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、茯苓粉、香菇粉、枸杞子粉、金针菇粉、灰树花粉、姬松茸粉和牛初乳粉,按下列重量份进行配方:
大豆分离蛋白 60.0%
浓缩乳清蛋白 21.0%
麦芽糊精 12.0%
蛹虫草粉 3.1%
茯苓粉 1.0%
香菇粉 0.8%
枸杞粉 0.8%
金针菇粉 0.4%
灰树花粉 0.4%
姬松茸粉 0.3%
牛初乳粉 0.2%
将上述原料混合均匀,干燥,密封即可制成。
实施例2
本实施例选择粉状的大豆分离蛋白、浓缩乳清蛋白、麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、茯苓粉、香菇粉、枸杞子粉、金针菇粉、灰树花粉、姬松茸粉和牛初乳粉,按下列重量份进行配方:
大豆分离蛋白 55.0%
浓缩乳清蛋白 25.0%
麦芽糊精 11.5%
蛹虫草粉 4.0%
茯苓粉 1.0%
香菇粉 1.0%
枸杞粉 0.5%
金针菇粉 0.5%
灰树花粉 1.0%
姬松茸粉 0.3%
牛初乳粉 0.2%
将上述原料混合均匀,干燥,密封即可制成。
实施例3
本实施例选择粉状的大豆分离蛋白、浓缩乳清蛋白、麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、茯苓粉、香菇粉、枸杞子粉、金针菇粉、灰树花粉、姬松茸粉和牛初乳粉,按下列重量份进行配方:
大豆分离蛋白 65.0%
浓缩乳清蛋白 20.0%
麦芽糊精 8.0%
蛹虫草粉 2.0%
茯苓粉 0.8%
香菇粉 1.0%
枸杞粉 1.0%
金针菇粉 0.8%
灰树花粉 1.0%
姬松茸粉 0.2%
牛初乳粉 0.2%
将上述原料混合均匀,干燥,密封即可制成。

1.一种复合真菌蛋白粉营养食品配方,其特征在于,原料按照重量比计算,比值分配如下:
大豆分离蛋白50-70%、浓缩乳清蛋白15-30%、麦芽糊精10-20%、蛹虫草粉2-5%、茯苓粉1-3%、香菇粉0.5-2%、枸杞粉0.5-2%、金针菇粉0.2-2%、灰树花粉0.2-2%、姬松茸粉0.2-2%、牛初乳粉0.1-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合真菌蛋白粉营养食品配方,其特征在于:按照重量比计算,比值分配如下:
