本发明涉及的是一种用葛花沙棘制作的解酒饮液,其特征是:选用葛花、葛根、红茶,采用超临界萃取工艺方法,提取混合浓缩液;再选用沙棘果汁、猕猴桃汁、番茄汁与纯净水溶解加入配料罐,搅拌均匀后,加温至60℃时,再加入香精、护色素等,搅拌均匀,再次加温至80℃时,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装,即得。

本发明涉及的是一种用葛花沙棘制作的解酒饮液。
背景技术
民间有用醋解酒的习惯,果醋的兴起,给研制解酒果醋提供了契机。市场上出现的解酒产品众多,大都为颗粒冲剂、泡腾片剂和袋泡茶等,其最大缺点是都采用了葛花为主要原料,但都没有与醋相关。事实上醋和葛花结合,其解酒效果确实很佳,且市场上没有同类产品和文献技术资料公布。研究一种此类有助于解酒的果醋饮料,当属可行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用葛花沙棘制作的解酒饮液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:备料:1、选用葛花30%、葛根40%、红茶30%,采用超临界萃取工艺方法,提取混合浓缩液备用;2、沙棘果汁30%、猕猴桃汁50%、番茄汁20%,混合备用;制作:1、(按92%比例配制)取纯净水500kg,置于夹层配料罐内,通过锅炉加温,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入混合浓缩液70%,混合果汁30%,搅拌均匀;2、取阿斯巴甜0.06kg,乙基麦芽酚0.06kg,清甜素0.12kg、维生素B1200mg,混合均匀,溶解加入罐中,再取苹果酸0.6kg、柠檬酸1.3kg、柠檬酸钠1.3kg、乳酸400ml、溶解加入配料罐,搅拌均匀后,加温至60℃时,再加入香精500ml、护色素0.2kg,搅拌均匀,再次加温至85℃时,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装,即得。
本发明的积极效果在于:葛花:味甘,性平,具有散风邪和解热生津的作用,用于风寒发热口渴,颈背强,无汗怕风,善于解酒。葛根:有解肌退热,生津,透疹,升阳止泻的功能,用于外感发热头痛,项强,口渴,消渴,热痢,泄泻,高血压颈项强痛,冠心病等。其含葛根黄酮、葛根素,大豆异黄酮等,对梗死的心肌的代谢有良好作用。红茶:消食利尿,降血压,降血糖,降血脂,主要成分为儿茶素,茶碱,茶多酚,VC等多种维生素和茶多糖,抗氧化,抑制口臭,减肥。
