生姜性味辛,微热,有解表散寒、温中止痛、化痰止咳等作用,既可做调味品又可入药。生姜中含有多种对人体有益的有效成分及微量元素如姜辣素、多种氨基酸、淀粉、硫酸胺素、尼克酸、挥发油、钙、磷、铁和丰富的锌等成分,其主要生理功能如下: (1)对心血管的保健作用。生姜中的一种油树脂能抑制肠粘膜对胆固醇的吸收,降低胆固醇的含量,另外还含有抗凝物质,可预防血栓的形成和心肌梗塞的发生。(2)对口腔及胃粘膜有刺激作用,能促进消化、加强胃肠运动、抗溃疡、止吐、保肝利胆,还能抑制口腔 内细菌生长。(3)对肠内异常发酵有抑制作用,还可促进气体排出。(4)调节中枢神经系统, 可提神,抗睡眠,而且没有任何副作用。

一种罗汉果生姜饮料,由以下重量份的组分制成:
罗汉果3-5份,生姜1-3份、木糖醇5-10份、柠檬酸0.1-0.2份、水90-100份。
一种罗汉果生姜饮料,由以下重量份的组分制成:
罗汉果4份,生姜2份、木糖醇8份、柠檬酸0.15份、水95份。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种罗汉果生姜饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)姜汁制备:将生姜清洗干净,切成0.1mm的薄片,放入打浆机中加入10倍的水打浆,过滤;
(2)罗汉果汁制备:将罗汉果清洗干净,粉碎,放入容器中,加入5倍的水,加热至沸,小火煮30min,冷却过滤;
(3)调配:将姜汁、罗汉果汁混合,加入木糖醇、柠檬酸和剩余量的水,搅拌混合均匀;

罗汉果3份,生姜3份、木糖醇9份、柠檬酸0.1份、水98份。

罗汉果3-5份,生姜1-3份、木糖醇5-10份、柠檬酸0.1-0.2份、水90-100份。
2.一种罗汉果生姜饮料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分制成:
罗汉果4份,生姜2份、木糖醇8份、柠檬酸0.15份、水95份。
3.一种罗汉果生姜饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)姜汁制备:将生姜清洗干净,切成0.1mm的薄片,放入打浆机中加入10倍的水打浆,过滤;
(2)罗汉果汁制备:将罗汉果清洗干净,粉碎,放入容器中,加入5倍的水,加热至沸,小火煮30min,冷却过滤;
(3)调配:将姜汁、罗汉果汁混合,加入木糖醇、柠檬酸和剩余量的水,搅拌混合均匀;
(5)均质:将混合液均质10-15min;
(6)灭菌,罐装:超高温瞬时灭菌后罐装。
4.根据权力要求3所述的一种罗汉果生姜饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述的在均质条件为65℃,20MPa。
5.根据权力要求3所述的一种罗汉果生姜饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述的在灭菌条件为121℃,10s。
