背景技术
民间有用醋解酒的习惯，果醋的兴起，给研制解酒果醋提供了契机。市场上出现的解酒产品众多，大都为颗粒冲剂、泡腾片剂和袋泡茶等，其最大缺点是都采用了葛花为主要原料，但都没有与醋相关。事实上醋和葛花结合，其解酒效果确实很佳，且市场上没有同类产品和文献技术资料公布。研究一种此类有助于解酒的果醋饮料，当属可行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种葛花解酒果醋饮料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：备料：1、选用葛花35％、葛根45％、红茶20％，采用超临界萃取工艺方法，提取混合浓缩液备用；2、沙棘果汁30％、猕猴桃汁20％、番茄汁50％，混合备用；制作：1、按92％比例配制，取糊精500kg，混合浓缩液20％、混合果汁10％，搅拌均匀；2、取阿斯巴甜0.06kg，乙基麦芽酚0.06kg，清甜素0.12kg、混合均匀，再取苹果酸0.6kg、柠檬酸1.3kg、柠檬酸钠1.3kg、乳酸400ml、冰醋酸150ml、柿子醋400ml，溶解加入配料中，搅拌均匀后，再加入苹果香精200ml，搅拌均匀，干燥，制粒，包装，即得。
本发明的积极效果在于：葛花：味甘，性平，具有散风邪和解热生津的作用，用于风寒发热口渴，颈背强，无汗怕风，善于解酒。葛根：有解肌退热，生津，透疹，升阳止泻的功能，用于外感发热头痛，项强，口渴，消渴，热痢，泄泻，高血压颈项强痛，冠心病等。其含葛根黄酮、葛根素，大豆异黄酮等，对梗死的心肌的代谢有良好作用。红茶：消食利尿，降血压，降血糖，降血脂，主要成分为儿茶素，茶碱，茶多酚，VC等多种维生素和茶多糖，抗氧化，抑制口臭，减肥。
