本发明涉及纺织物染色领域,尤其是一种改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的方法。
背景技术
麻灰色效果的织物是一种风格独特混色效果的面料,广受消费者喜欢,灰色布面充满了灰点,布面色泽自然和谐大方,灰色与黑色的组合协调,市面上的麻灰泛指整体布面为一种色调,在整体色调的布面上均匀或不规格分布同种色调但是明显不同深浅的颜色(点、线等)。阳离子燃料可染改性涤纶俗称阳涤复丝或阳涤纱,系改性涤纶产品,阳涤纱比正常涤纶染色温度低5-10℃左右,涤纶及阳涤纱的价格相对较便宜,使用阳涤纱相对其他麻灰效应具有降低原料成本的效益,并且可以降低能源的使用,同时保证产品质量不下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术的情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种染色效果好,实施便利且解决织物在染色时具有麻灰效应的问题,同时兼顾降低生产成本的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的方法。
为了实现上述的技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将织物置于染缸中,加入水使织物浸没其中,然后再加入烧碱进行混合至烧碱的百分含量为0.6%并对织物进行浸泡和洗涤处理20~30 min,处理完毕后,将混合液排出;
(2)以1∶10的浴比往染缸中加入麻灰色染液,然后将麻灰色染液的温度升温至125 ℃进行染色处理,染色处理后,将染液排出;
(3)加入水使经染色处理后的织物浸没其中,然后再加入烧碱进行混合浸泡和洗涤处理,处理完毕后,将混合液排出;
(4)加入水使经步骤(3)处理后的织物浸没其中,然后再加入醋酸,调节混合体系pH为6~7后,对织物进行洗涤,处理完毕后,将织物取出;
(5)将经过步骤(4)处理后的织物在160℃条件下以25码/min的条件进行定型整理后,制得染有麻灰色的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物。
进一步,步骤(1)中,所加入水的水温为90 ℃。
进一步,步骤(2)中麻灰色染液的升温速率为1℃/8min,染色时间为30 min。
进一步,步骤(2)中,麻灰色染液中各组分的百分含量为:黑色阳离子染料 0.8%;匀染剂 0.4%;消泡剂 0.1%;渗透剂 0.1%;修补剂 0.1%。
优选的,所述的匀染剂为脂肪醇和环氧乙烷混合而成。
优选的,所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。

本发明改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的两个工艺要点是,1涤纶复丝和阳涤复丝拼线工艺;2阳涤复合纱纬编织物物染色工艺。
其中,涤纶复丝和阳涤复丝在并网机上进行拼线,拼线工艺不同将对麻灰色产生不一样的效果。涤纶和阳涤复丝的比例不同,如果阳涤复丝含量较多时,在后期进行染色的时候,使用阳离子染料染阳涤时,大面积的都是阳涤,普通涤纶的含量越少,布面中灰色点越少,如果涤纶和阳涤的含量是1:1,则布面麻灰色效果最均匀。涤纶复丝和阳涤复丝在并网机上拼线时,可以采用无捻、加弱捻和多捻,在并网机上拼线时需要定长使用高速气流打网络点,按网络点频率分为重网、轻网和无网,加捻和打网络点的目的都是为了将涤纶复丝和锦纶复丝合并在一起成型而不散开,加捻越多、打网络点越频繁即重网则最后的成品布的灰点效应会更分散,加捻越少、打网络点越少即轻网则最后的成品布的灰点会更集中。
另外,阳涤复合纱纬编织物染色时,一般是染阳涤纱,因为涤纶染色温度较阳涤纱会高5-10℃,染阳涤纱会更少的使用能源,染阳涤纱使用的是阳离子染料,染液温度一般在115-125℃左右,此时进行染色时会有少量染料上染普通涤纶形成灰色(淡色)效应。
其具体编织方案为:
阳涤纱50D/72F,涤纶30D/36F,涤/阳涤加入比为50:50。
在拼线机上进行拼线工艺,涤锦复合丝打网络点轻网(个/8cm),加弱捻或无捻(3/m)。
大圆机织造,30#30G,运行速度20转/分钟。
染色前预定型,工艺190℃,定型速度25码/min。
阳涤纱50D/72F,涤纶30D/36F,涤/阳涤50:50。

具体实施方式
一种改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将织物置于染缸中,加入水温为90 ℃的水使织物浸没其中,然后再加入烧碱进行混合至烧碱的百分含量为0.6%并对织物进行浸泡和洗涤处理20~30 min,处理完毕后,将混合液排出;
(2)以1∶10的浴比往染缸中加入麻灰色染液,然后将麻灰色染液的温度升温至125 ℃进行染色处理,染色处理后,将染液排出,其中,麻灰色染液的升温速率为1℃/8min,染色时间为30 min,另外,麻灰色染液中各组分的百分含量为:黑色阳离子染料 0.8%;匀染剂0.4%;消泡剂 0.1%;渗透剂 0.1%;修补剂 0.1%;匀染剂为脂肪醇和环氧乙烷混合而成;渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;消泡剂为乳化硅油消泡剂;修补剂为阴离子表面活性剂;
(3)加入水温为90 ℃的水使经染色处理后的织物浸没其中,然后再加入烧碱进行混合浸泡和洗涤处理10 min,处理完毕后,将混合液排出;其中,加入烧碱后的混合溶液中烧碱的百分含量为0.6%;
(4)加入水使经步骤(3)处理后的织物浸没其中,然后再加入醋酸,调节混合体系pH为6~7后,对织物进行洗涤,处理完毕后,将织物取出;
(5)将经过步骤(4)处理后的织物在160℃条件下以25码/min的条件进行定型整理后,制得染有麻灰色的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物,其所具有的色牢度为4级。

(4)加入水使经步骤(3)处理后的织物浸没其中,然后再加入醋酸,调节混合体系pH为6~7后,对织物进行洗涤,处理完毕后,将织物取出;
(5)将经过步骤(4)处理后的织物在160℃条件下以25码/min的条件进行定型整理后,制得染有麻灰色的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物。

9.根据权利要求1所述的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中浸泡和洗涤处理的时间为10 min。
10.根据权利要求1所述的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物染麻灰色的方法,其特征在于:经步骤(5)处理制得染有麻灰色的改性涤纶长丝纬编织物的色牢度为4级。
