技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,特别涉及一种自络双粗纱仿麻灰拉绒烫银粗针面料工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,防治水平的不断提高,市场上的纺织类产品多种多样,进而满足不同用户的使用需求。粗针面料风格粗犷,自从2003年出现以来,在运动品牌上开始大量使用,比较受消费者喜欢,但是现有粗针面料结构单一,已无法满足日益增长的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过自络络网纱线的工艺调整及颜色搭配,仿出麻灰均匀效果的面料,通过后整理拉绒改良面料手感及细绒外观,通过烫银花型丰富面料元素,添增层次感的自络双粗纱仿麻灰拉绒烫银粗针面料工艺。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种自络双粗纱仿麻灰拉绒烫银粗针面料工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)纺纱:采用32s/1涤纶纤维2根与75D/36F涤纶低弹丝和黑氨纶1根在标准气压下进行网络复合;
2)织造:在单面开幅机上将得到的复合网络纱与氨纶进行织造获得胚布;
3)后整理:将胚布放入定型机进行预定型处理,预定型温度为180℃,保温时间2min,获得半成品面料;
4)水洗:将预定型的半成品面料放入水中进行前处理,并添加2g/L的除油剂,水洗温度为50℃,浴比为1:10,时间为30min;
5)加起毛油:将水洗后的半成品面料过机加起毛油,之后烘干;
6)拉毛:将烘干后的半成品面料在36辊的张力拉毛机上连续过4台拉毛;
7)定型:将拉毛后的半成品面料放入定型机最终定型,定型温度为150℃,机速20码/min,保温时间为2min,获得最终成品;
8)烫银:在最终成品起绒正面烫银花型。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纺纱步骤中采用两片夹片,线张力为9cN,网络点130点/半米。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述织造步骤中单面开幅机的机型34″12G,总针数1228针,模数48路。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述织造步骤中复合网络纱排列按63cm/100针、张力12cN,氨纶排列按24cm/100针、张力7cN。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述定型步骤中最终成品规格为155cm*190克/m2
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述烫银步骤中烫机温度90℃,运行机速为20码/min。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种自络双粗纱仿麻灰拉绒烫银粗针面料工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)纺纱:采用32s/1涤纶纤维2根与75D/36F涤纶低弹丝和黑氨纶1根在标准气压下进行网络复合,采用两片夹片,线张力为9cN,网络点130点/半米;
2)织造:在单面开幅机上将得到的复合网络纱按63cm/100针、张力12cN与氨纶按24cm/100针、张力7cN进行织造获得胚布,单面开幅机的机型34″12G,总针数1228针,模数48路,织造各环节氨纶按所示的张力,用张力表经过逐一调试,保障各张力平衡,避免产生横杠,反氨纶等疵点,采用单面开幅机生产,机上开幅上卷,避免了中折印的产生和坯布折痕;
3)后整理:将胚布放入定型机进行预定型处理,预定型温度为180℃,保温时间2min,获得半成品面料;
4)水洗:将预定型的半成品面料放入水中进行前处理,并添加2g/L的除油剂,水洗温度为50℃,浴比为1:10,时间为30min;
5)加起毛油:将水洗后的半成品面料过机加起毛油,之后烘干;
6)拉毛:将烘干后的半成品面料在36辊的张力拉毛机上连续过4台拉毛;
7)定型:将拉毛后的半成品面料放入定型机最终定型,定型温度为150℃,机速20码/min,保温时间为2min,获得最终成品规格为155cm*190克/m2
8)烫银:在最终成品起绒正面烫银花型,烫机温度90℃,运行机速为20码/min。
本发明所述为一种自络双粗纱仿麻灰拉绒烫银粗针面料工艺,本发明通过自络络网纱线的工艺调整及颜色搭配,仿出麻灰均匀效果的面料,通过后整理拉绒改良面料手感及细绒外观,通过烫银花型丰富面料元素,添增层次感。

1.一种自络双粗纱仿麻灰拉绒烫银粗针面料工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)纺纱:采用32s/1涤纶纤维2根与75D/36F涤纶低弹丝和黑氨纶1根在标准气压下进行网络复合;
2)织造:在单面开幅机上将得到的复合网络纱与氨纶进行织造获得胚布;
3)后整理:将胚布放入定型机进行预定型处理,预定型温度为180℃,保温时间2min,获得半成品面料;
4)水洗:将预定型的半成品面料放入水中进行前处理,并添加2g/L的除油剂,水洗温度为50℃,浴比为1:10,时间为30min;
5)加起毛油:将水洗后的半成品面料过机加起毛油,之后烘干;
6)拉毛:将烘干后的半成品面料在36辊的张力拉毛机上连续过4台拉毛;
7)定型:将拉毛后的半成品面料放入定型机最终定型,定型温度为150℃,机速20码/min,保温时间为2min,获得最终成品;
8)烫银:在最终成品起绒正面烫银花型。
