本发明公开了一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,包括步骤如下:(1)选料:原料采用12‑20%涤纶长丝、60‑80%棉纱和5‑10%氨纶长丝;(2)整经:将棉纱和涤纶长丝在普通整经机上进行整经,将氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸比180%;(3)经编织造:采用经编机对整经后的涤纶长丝、棉纱、氨纶长丝进行织造,得到坯布;(4)染色:对坯布染色,得到染色坯布;(5)后整理:对染色坯布后整理,得到经编超柔格针织涤纶面料,本发明面料双向弹性、克重适中,利用最后一把满穿氨纶长丝的梳栉走两针经平,使布面纵横向均产生弹性。

一种混合纺织的经编布工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及经编面料领域,特别涉及一种混合纺织的经编布工艺。
背景技术
经编产品是由一组或几组经纱在经编针织机上同时编织成圈、相互串套而成的针织物。在这种针织物中,一组经纱的每根纱线在一个线圈横列中只形成一个或两个线圈,然后在下一横列中再形成线圈 ;由一根纱线形成的线圈沿着针织物的经向配置。
随着新型纺纱技术的出现,精梳高支棉纱、烧毛丝光棉纱、紧密纺棉纱、各种包缠棉纱等高品质棉纱得以规模化生产,可选择用于经编的棉纱品种越来越丰富,这为在高机号经编机上实现棉产品开发提供了更多可能,而氨纶与棉的交织使面料具有吸湿舒适的同时还具有良好的弹性,并利用涤纶空穿使面料具有斜纹效应,拓展了经编产品的应用领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,该经编布的制备方法能够有效地制备尺寸稳定性好、柔软、弹性好、抗皱且具有良好手感和舒适性的的经编面料。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,包括步骤如下:
(1)选料:原料采用10-20%涤纶长丝、70-80%棉纱和5-10%氨纶长丝;
(2)整经:将棉纱和涤纶长丝在普通整经机上进行整经,将氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸比180%;
(3)经编织造:采用经编机对整经后的涤纶长丝、棉纱、氨纶长丝进行织造,得到坯布;
(4)染色:对坯布染色,得到染色坯布;
(5)后整理:对染色坯布后整理,得到经编超柔格针织涤纶面料。
作为优选,所述整经和经编织造时的单梳组织结构选配及穿纱方式为:
GB1梳:2- 1/ 2- 3/ 1- 0/ 1- 2//,1穿1 空;
GB2梳:1- 0/ 1- 2/ 2- 1/ 2- 3//,1穿1 空;
GB3梳:1- 2/ 1- 0/ 1- 2/ 1- 0//,满穿;
GB4梳:1- 2/ 1- 0/ 1- 2/ 1- 0//,满穿;
其中GB1 梳和GB2 梳涤纶长丝,GB3 梳为棉纱,GB4 梳为氨纶长丝。
作为优选,所述步骤(4)中的染色为高温高压染色,染色所用的染料为分散染料,高温高压染色所用的装置为高温高压染色机,温度为120-130℃,压力为 0.18-0.25MPa,保温时间为 20-30min。
作为优选,所述后整理包括定形、冷却 、包装;其中定形采用用定形机定形,烘箱温度为160-200℃,同时控制布匹要求宽度及克重。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中的经编机为特里科经编机,其转速为2200r/min-2500r/min。
作为优选,所述棉纱在整经之前先进行丝光工艺,丝光工艺采用针织平幅针铗丝光机,该丝光机配置低张力平幅进布架、进碱反应单元、高效去碱水洗单元和低张力防卷边装置。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明面料双向弹性、克重适中:利用最后一把满穿氨纶长丝的梳栉走两针经平,使布面纵横向均产生弹性。
(2)本发明穿着舒适、合体美观:采用丝光处理,使布面表面光洁,氨纶成圈为面料提供了双向弹性,弹性回复性好,穿着舒适、无束缚感,不会起拱变形。

以下所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,保护范围并不仅局限于该实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案应当属于本发明的保护范围。同时应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,包括步骤如下:
(1)选料:原料采用12%涤纶长丝、60%棉纱和5%氨纶长丝;
(2)整经:将棉纱和涤纶长丝在普通整经机上进行整经,将氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸比180%,其中棉纱在整经之前先进行丝光工艺,丝光工艺采用针织平幅针铗丝光机,该丝光机配置低张力平幅进布架、进碱反应单元、高效去碱水洗单元和低张力防卷边装置;

(4)染色:对坯布染色,染色为高温高压染色,染色所用的染料为分散染料,高温高压染色所用的装置为高温高压染色机,温度为120℃,压力为 0.18MPa,保温时间为 20,得到染色坯布;
(5)后整理:对染色坯布后整理,后整理包括定形、冷却、包装;其中定形采用用定形机定形,烘箱温度为150℃,同时控制布匹要求宽度及克重,得到经编超柔格针织涤纶面料。
实施例2
一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,包括步骤如下:
(1)选料:原料采用17%涤纶长丝、75%棉纱和8%氨纶长丝;
(2)整经:将棉纱和涤纶长丝在普通整经机上进行整经,将氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸比180%,其中棉纱在整经之前先进行丝光工艺,丝光工艺采用针织平幅针铗丝光机,该丝光机配置低张力平幅进布架、进碱反应单元、高效去碱水洗单元和低张力防卷边装置;
(3)经编织造:采用经编机对整经后的涤纶长丝、棉纱、氨纶长丝进行织造,经编机为特里科经编机,其转速为2250r/min,得到坯布,其中整经和经编织造时的单梳组织结构选配及穿纱方式为:
GB1梳:2- 1/ 2- 3/ 1- 0/ 1- 2//,1穿1 空;
GB2梳:1- 0/ 1- 2/ 2- 1/ 2- 3//,1穿1 空;
GB3梳:1- 2/ 1- 0/ 1- 2/ 1- 0//,满穿;
GB4梳:1- 2/ 1- 0/ 1- 2/ 1- 0//,满穿;
GB1 梳和GB2 梳涤纶长丝,GB3 梳为棉纱,GB4 梳为氨纶长丝;
(4)染色:对坯布染色,染色为高温高压染色,染色所用的染料为分散染料,高温高压染色所用的装置为高温高压染色机,温度为125℃,压力为 0.22MPa,保温时间为 25min,得到染色坯布;
(5)后整理:对染色坯布后整理,后整理包括定形、冷却、包装;其中定形采用用定形机定形,烘箱温度为175℃,同时控制布匹要求宽度及克重,得到经编超柔格针织涤纶面料。
实施例3
一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,包括步骤如下:
(1)选料:原料采用15%涤纶长丝、80%棉纱和5%氨纶长丝;
(2)整经:将棉纱和涤纶长丝在普通整经机上进行整经,将氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸比180%,其中棉纱在整经之前先进行丝光工艺,丝光工艺采用针织平幅针铗丝光机,该丝光机配置低张力平幅进布架、进碱反应单元、高效去碱水洗单元和低张力防卷边装置;
(3)经编织造:采用经编机对整经后的涤纶长丝、棉纱、氨纶长丝进行织造,经编机为特里科经编机,其转速为2500r/min,得到坯布,其中整经和经编织造时的单梳组织结构选配及穿纱方式为:
GB1梳:2- 1/ 2- 3/ 1- 0/ 1- 2//,1穿1 空;
GB2梳:1- 0/ 1- 2/ 2- 1/ 2- 3//,1穿1 空;
GB3梳:1- 2/ 1- 0/ 1- 2/ 1- 0//,满穿;

(4)染色:对坯布染色,染色为高温高压染色,染色所用的染料为分散染料,高温高压染色所用的装置为高温高压染色机,温度为130℃,压力为 0.25MPa,保温时间为 30min,得到染色坯布;
(5)后整理:对染色坯布后整理,后整理包括定形、冷却、包装;其中定形采用用定形机定形,烘箱温度为200℃,同时控制布匹要求宽度及克重,得到经编超柔格针织涤纶面料。

1.一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤如下:
(1)选料:原料采用12-20%涤纶长丝、60-80%棉纱和5-10%氨纶长丝;
(2)整经:将棉纱和涤纶长丝在普通整经机上进行整经,将氨纶按门幅和横密要求在氨纶整经机上整经,牵伸比180%;
(3)经编织造:采用经编机对整经后的涤纶长丝、棉纱、氨纶长丝进行织造,得到坯布;
(4)染色:对坯布染色,得到染色坯布;
(5)后整理:对染色坯布后整理,得到经编超柔格针织涤纶面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,其特征在于,所述整经和经编织造时的单梳组织结构选配及穿纱方式为:
GB1梳:2- 1/ 2- 3/ 1- 0/ 1- 2//,1穿1 空;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合纺织的经编布工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的染色为高温高压染色,染色所用的染料为分散染料,高温高压染色所用的装置为高温高压染色机,温度为120-130℃,压力为 0.18-0.25MPa,保温时间为 20-30min。
