本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种弹性面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,市场弹性面料需求量大,但弹性面料易存在老化的缺点,制成的服装在穿着、洗涤过程中,随着时间的增加,弹性纤维产生疲劳,弹力会逐渐消失,最后导致服装变形而不能穿。并且弹性面料还存在易于起皱和卷边的问题,导致存在一定的生产难度。
中国专利CN201410613448.0公开了一种涤锦复合弹性面料,包括涤纶弹性面料层和锦纶弹性面料层,涤纶弹性面料层由涤纶纤维、莱赛尔纤维以及丽赛纤维混纺编织而成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:涤纶纤维占58%-68%,莱赛尔纤维占18%-23%,丽赛纤维占14%-19%,锦纶弹性面料层由锦纶纤维、大豆蛋白复合纤维以及聚乳酸纤维混纺织成,各成分所占重量百分比分别为:锦纶纤维占64%-74%,大豆蛋白复合纤维占15%-20%,聚乳酸纤维占11%-16%。但是该专利的弹性面料仍存在易于变形的问题。
中国专利CN201310397982.8公开了一种塑形性好的弹性面料,由多种弹性面料纤维混纺编织而成,莱卡纤维、晴纶纤维以及进口长棉绒纤维混纺编织而成。但是该专利的弹性面料仍存在易于变形的问题。
因此,针对以上问题,需要提供一种弹性好、耐穿着、易于生产的弹性面料及其生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种弹性面料及其生产工艺。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种弹性面料,弹性面料的克重为100g/m2~120g/m2;弹性面料采用平纹组织,经向紧度35%~40%,纬向紧度为32%~38%;弹性面料采用氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱;氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中氨纶纤维和锦纶纤维的质量比为1:0.1~0.3;氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的捻度为:680T/m~750T/m;所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将氨纶纤维、锦纶纤维、水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维按照质量比为1:0.1~0.3:0.2~0.4共混成纱,得到氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇共混纱;
步骤ii,将步骤i得到的氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维共混纱通过95℃~100℃水浴,将水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维溶解于水中,得到所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱。
进一步地,氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中:氨纶纤维的单纱捻度为:850T/m~950T/m,锦纶纤维的单纱捻度为:980T/m~1050T/m。
本发明的另一发明目的,在于提供一种上述弹性面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱用大圆机织造成针织面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的坯布在190℃~195℃的温度条件下控制伸长率为20%,预定型40s~45s,然后将预定型的坯布放入60℃~70℃的煮炼液中,升温至100℃进行煮炼70min~80min,然后经过皂洗、水洗、制柔、脱水、烘干定型,得到经前处理的坯布;
步骤S3,将步骤S2得到的经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗、酶抛光、拉幅定型、预缩、罐蒸,得到所述弹性面料。
进一步地,步骤S2中,煮炼液为:纯碱2.5%~4%,二乙烯三胺1.5%~3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8%~2%,其余为水。
更进一步地,蒸煮液的浴比为1:12~14。

步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的坯布在192℃的温度条件下控制伸长率为20%,预定型42s,然后将预定型的坯布放入65℃的煮炼液中,升温至100℃进行煮炼75min,在90℃的温度条件下,将煮炼的坯布放入按照浴比1:12,肥皂0.5g/L配制的皂洗液中进行皂洗30min,得到皂洗的坯布;然后将皂洗的坯布水洗;水中加入3g/L的有机硅柔软剂制成制柔液,将水洗后的坯布放入制柔液中,在42℃的温度条件下进行制柔30min;然后将制柔的坯布脱水;烘干定型,得到经前处理的坯布;其中,煮炼液为:纯碱3%,二乙烯三胺2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.4%,其余为水;蒸煮液的浴比为1:13;烘干定型具体为:烘干温度为175℃,烘干时间为50s。
步骤S3,将步骤S2得到的经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗、酶抛光、拉幅定型、预缩、罐蒸,得到所述弹性面料;其中,酶抛光具体为:将经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗,放入浴比为1:12,1g/L的纤维素酶抛光液中进行酶抛光60min,得到经酶抛光的坯布;罐蒸具体为:车速50m/min,落幅148cm。
实施例4
一种弹性面料,弹性面料的克重为105g/m2;弹性面料采用平纹组织,经向紧度36%,纬向紧度为33%;弹性面料采用氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱;氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中氨纶纤维和锦纶纤维的质量比为1:0.15;氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的捻度为:690T/m;其中,氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中:氨纶纤维的单纱捻度为:860T/m,锦纶纤维的单纱捻度为:990T/m;所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将氨纶纤维、锦纶纤维、水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维按照质量比为1:0.15:0.25共混成纱,得到氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇共混纱;
步骤ii,将步骤i得到的氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维共混纱通过96℃水浴,将水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维溶解于水中,得到所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱。
上述弹性面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱用大圆机织造成针织面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的坯布在191℃的温度条件下控制伸长率为20%,预定型41s,然后将预定型的坯布放入62℃的煮炼液中,升温至100℃进行煮炼72min,在90℃的温度条件下,将煮炼的坯布放入按照浴比1:12,肥皂0.5g/L配制的皂洗液中进行皂洗30min,得到皂洗的坯布;然后将皂洗的坯布水洗;水中加入3g/L的有机硅柔软剂制成制柔液,将水洗后的坯布放入制柔液中,在41℃的温度条件下进行制柔25min;然后将制柔的坯布脱水;烘干定型,得到经前处理的坯布;其中,煮炼液为:纯碱2.8%,二乙烯三胺2.25%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.9%,其余为水;蒸煮液的浴比为1:12.5;烘干定型具体为:烘干温度为172℃,烘干时间为45s。
步骤S3,将步骤S2得到的经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗、酶抛光、拉幅定型、预缩、罐蒸,得到所述弹性面料;其中,酶抛光具体为:将经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗,放入浴比为1:12,1g/L的纤维素酶抛光液中进行酶抛光60min,得到经酶抛光的坯布;罐蒸具体为:车速50m/min,落幅148cm。
实施例5
一种弹性面料,弹性面料的克重为115g/m2;弹性面料采用平纹组织,经向紧度39%,纬向紧度为36%;弹性面料采用氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱;氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中氨纶纤维和锦纶纤维的质量比为1:0.25;氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的捻度为:740T/m;其中,氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中:氨纶纤维的单纱捻度为:940T/m,锦纶纤维的单纱捻度为:1020T/m;所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将氨纶纤维、锦纶纤维、水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维按照质量比为1:0.25:0.35共混成纱,得到氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇共混纱;
步骤ii,将步骤i得到的氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维共混纱通过99℃水浴,将水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维溶解于水中,得到所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱。
上述弹性面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱用大圆机织造成针织面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的坯布在194℃的温度条件下控制伸长率为20%,预定型44s,然后将预定型的坯布放入68℃的煮炼液中,升温至100℃进行煮炼78min,在90℃的温度条件下,将煮炼的坯布放入按照浴比1:12,肥皂0.5g/L配制的皂洗液中进行皂洗30min,得到皂洗的坯布;然后将皂洗的坯布水洗;水中加入3g/L的有机硅柔软剂制成制柔液,将水洗后的坯布放入制柔液中,在44℃的温度条件下进行制柔38min;然后将制柔的坯布脱水;烘干定型,得到经前处理的坯布;其中,煮炼液为:纯碱3.5%,二乙烯三胺2.6%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.8%,其余为水;蒸煮液的浴比为1:13;烘干定型具体为:烘干温度为178℃,烘干时间为56s。
步骤S3,将步骤S2得到的经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗、酶抛光、拉幅定型、预缩、罐蒸,得到所述弹性面料;其中,酶抛光具体为:将经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗,放入浴比为1:12,1g/L的纤维素酶抛光液中进行酶抛光60min,得到经酶抛光的坯布;罐蒸具体为:车速50m/min,落幅149cm。
实验例1
对实施例1~5制得的弹性面料的性能进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种弹性面料,其特征在于,所述弹性面料的克重为100g/m2~120g/m2;所述弹性面料采用平纹组织,经向紧度35%~40%,纬向紧度为32%~38%;所述弹性面料采用氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱;所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中氨纶纤维和锦纶纤维的质量比为1:0.1~0.3;所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的捻度为:680T/m~750T/m;所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将氨纶纤维、锦纶纤维、水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维按照质量比为1:0.1~0.3:0.2~0.4共混成纱,得到氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇共混纱;
步骤ii,将步骤i得到的氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维/水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维共混纱通过95℃~100℃水浴,将水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维溶解于水中,得到所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱;
所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱中:氨纶纤维的单纱捻度为:850T/m~950T/m,锦纶纤维的单纱捻度为:980T/m~1050T/m;
所述的弹性面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述氨纶纤维/锦纶纤维双组份复合纱用大圆机织造成针织面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的坯布在190℃~195℃的温度条件下控制伸长率为20%,预定型40s~45s,然后将预定型的坯布放入60℃~70℃的煮炼液中,升温至100℃进行煮炼70min~80min,然后经过皂洗、水洗、制柔、脱水、烘干定型,得到经前处理的坯布;
步骤S3,将步骤S2得到的经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗、酶抛光、拉幅定型、预缩、罐蒸,得到所述弹性面料;
步骤S2中,所述煮炼液为:纯碱2.5%~4%,二乙烯三胺1.5%~3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8%~2%,其余为水;所述皂洗具体为:在90℃的温度条件下,将煮炼的坯布放入按照浴比1:12,肥皂0.5g/L配制的皂洗液中进行皂洗30min,得到皂洗的坯布;所述制柔具体为:水中加入3g/L的有机硅柔软剂制成制柔液,将水洗后的坯布放入制柔液中,在40℃~45℃的温度条件下进行制柔20min~40min;
步骤S3中,所述酶抛光具体为:将经前处理的坯布依次经过烧毛、水洗,放入浴比为1:12,1g/L的纤维素酶抛光液中进行酶抛光60min,得到经酶抛光的坯布;
所述煮炼液的浴比为1:12~14;
步骤S2中,所述烘干定型具体为:烘干温度为170℃~180℃,烘干时间为40s~60s;
步骤S3中,所述罐蒸具体为:车速50m/min,落幅147cm~150cm。
