技术领域
本发明涉及一种抛磨轮及抛磨轮的制备方法,特别是指一种聚氨酯抛磨轮及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来聚氨酯制备抛光研磨耗材国内外都应用比较多,聚氨酯材质制作的抛磨产品具有弹韧性好,切削效率理想,相比其他环氧树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂制作的抛磨轮产品要耐用。
目前采用聚氨酯材料制作抛磨轮产品主要有两种形式:
1、发泡料制作的发泡研磨抛光轮,加入溶剂、磨料、催化剂、发泡剂、匀泡剂、散热剂等,产品具有发泡微孔,产品弹韧性好,打磨的光洁度好
2、是用聚氨酯弹性体材料,加入溶剂、磨料、填料、抗氧化剂等,用以浸渍尼龙不织布纤维后,层压固定成型后冲压固化成最终产品,此种抛光轮产品具有弹性好,打磨时贴合工件,抛磨的镜面效果好,对金属,合金,玻璃,陶瓷,木材等都有较好的抛磨效果。
采用聚氨酯发泡形式制作的抛光轮产品,由于发泡时间和与生产操作时间不易控制,且起泡凝胶时间难平衡,导致浸渍纤维增强难以实现,容易受环境温度和湿度的影响,生产结构不均匀,使生产的产品强度不足,容易产生爆裂。而采用聚氨酯弹性体形式制作的抛光轮产品,虽添加了尼龙纤维进行固定增强产品结构强度,但聚氨酯树脂胶料缺乏发泡结构,抛光轮产品打磨抛光金属等材料时,容易使产品和抛磨工件发热,引起树脂碳化在工件表面残留,影响使用和打磨工件的效果。
此外,生产制备中,单纯的聚氨酯发泡轮无纤维增强,易造成结构不均一,导致强度不足,且需要模具加热加压固化定型,而无纺布抛光轮制作生产周期长,聚氨酯发泡胶不适应,难以制作多层数的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的问题,提出一种既可以增强产品结构,又能使产品具有发泡结构,从而实现在产品强度和抛磨效果都理想的抛磨轮。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种聚氨酯抛磨轮,其包括若干层涂覆有耐磨浆料的尼龙纤维无纺布,所述的耐磨浆料包括如下重量份的组分:
封端型聚氨酯预聚体100份,扩链剂10-40份,溶剂5-15份,发泡剂0.01-0.5份,催化剂0.01-0.5份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.8份,磨料100-500份,润滑剂2-20份,色粉0.5-5份。
进一步地,所述的封端型聚氨酯预聚体为聚醚型封端聚氨酯预聚体、聚酯型封端聚氨酯预聚体中的一种或两种。
合成聚氨酯预聚体的主要材料为两种:一种是聚合多元醇类,包括聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇又可以包括很多类,比如聚氧化丙烯醚二元醇,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇等;聚酯多元醇又有聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇等。另一种材料是多异氰酸酯,包括甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI型、二甲苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI型、萘二异氰酸酯NDI型、六次甲基二异氰酸酯HDI型、对苯基二异氰酸酯PPDI型等。

S1、计量好所需的组分及含量,依溶剂、封端型聚氨酯预聚体、抗氧化剂、催化剂、扩链剂、发泡剂的加料顺序,在1000-2000r/min的转速下室温搅拌加料,完成加料后继续室温搅拌3-10min,然后在1500-3000r/min转速下依次加入色粉、润滑剂、磨料,并在室温搅拌3-10min得到耐磨浆料;
S2、把搅拌好的耐磨浆料输送到涂覆机的两滚轴上,以200-900r/min的转速辊压在两滚轴间的尼龙纤维无纺布上,把带有耐磨浆砂的无纺布裁剪成所需产品规格的形状,叠压成具有不同层数和厚度的布块,然后用布块锁紧定型模板将布块固定成型;
S3、用翻转机械翻转1-8小时后进行脱模,得到半成品的布块,将布块晾置3-12小时后用冲床冲压成各种规格的抛磨轮半成品,抛磨轮半成品在热风烘炉中60-180摄氏度烘烤硫化2-20小时,自然降温到室温后出炉得到聚氨酯抛磨轮成品。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果为:
本发明的聚氨酯抛磨轮,与市场同类型的抛磨轮相比,在耐用程度上提升1倍左右,表面粗糙度值减小约50%。
本发明依据聚氨酯原材料的配比配方调制出弹韧性、耐磨性的胶黏剂,通过发泡剂的原理使胶黏剂产生均匀的发泡机构,有利于工件抛磨时吸收和排除磨屑,有利于散热,加入的润滑剂也是起到抛磨时的散热作用避免工件生产高温烧伤,尼龙纤维主要起到对产品结构的增强的作用。基本原理就是依据聚氨酯材料的弹韧性、耐磨性及对工件的贴合性,通过发泡、散热、纤维增强等原理和工艺进行制作产品达到客户抛磨要求的新产品。

实施例2
一种聚氨酯抛磨轮,包括若干层涂覆有耐磨浆料的尼龙纤维无纺布,所述的耐磨浆料包括如下重量份的组分:
封端型聚氨酯预聚体100份,扩链剂20份,溶剂10份,发泡剂0.25份,催化剂0.25份,抗氧化剂0.5份,磨料300份,润滑剂10份,色粉2.5份。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯抛磨轮,包括若干层涂覆有耐磨浆料的尼龙纤维无纺布,所述的耐磨浆料包括如下重量份的组分:
封端型聚氨酯预聚体100份,扩链剂40份,溶剂15份,发泡剂0.01份,催化剂0.01份,抗氧化剂0.8份,磨料500份,润滑剂20份,色粉5份。
实施例1-3中,所述的封端型聚氨酯预聚体为聚醚型封端聚氨酯预聚体、聚酯型封端聚氨酯预聚体中的一种或两种。合成聚氨酯预聚体的主要材料为两种:一种是聚合多元醇类,包括聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇又可以包括很多类,比如聚氧化丙烯醚二元醇,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇等;聚酯多元醇又有聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇等。另一种材料是多异氰酸酯,包括甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI型、二甲苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI型、萘二异氰酸酯NDI型、六次甲基二异氰酸酯HDI型、对苯基二异氰酸酯PPDI型等。
所述的扩链剂选自1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、1,6-己二醇、HQEE、甘油、季戊四醇、3,3-二氯-4,41-二苯基甲烷二胺、4,41-二氨基二苯基甲烷、甲苯二胺、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺、3,5-二乙基甲苯二胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、己二酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸中的一种或多种;所述的溶剂选自醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、丙酮、甲乙酮、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺、丙二醇单甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种;所述的发泡剂选自水、二氯氟乙烷、环戊烷、戊烷、五氟丙烷、液体二氧化碳、二氯甲烷、1,1-二氟乙烷中的一种或多种;所述的催化剂选自三亚乙基二胺、二甲基环己胺、N-甲基二环己胺、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、四甲基乙二胺、四甲基丙二胺、四甲基己二胺、2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、二甲基乙醇胺、三甲基乙氧基丙二胺、三甲基羟乙基乙二胺、N-甲基吗啉、N-乙基吗啉、N-甲基咪唑、DBU、三乙胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、异辛酸钾、醋酸钾、油酸钾、醋酸苯汞、钛酸四丁酯、钛酸四异丙酯中的一种或多种;所述的抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂245、抗氧剂264(BHT)、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1035、抗氧剂3114、亚磷酸三苯基酯、亚磷酸二苯基异辛酯、抗氧剂B215、抗氧剂B225中的一种或多种;所述的磨料选自黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、白刚玉、棕刚玉、黑刚玉、单晶刚玉、锆刚玉、金刚石、氮化硼中的一种或多种,且磨料粒度范围不小于60#;所述的润滑剂选自滑石粉、高岭土、碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸锂、聚乙烯蜡粉、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、聚酰胺蜡粉中的一种或多种,润滑剂粒径小于10um;所述的色粉选自铁红粉、耐温红粉、炭黑、钛白粉、铬绿粉、橙黄粉中的一种或多种。
实施例1-3的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、计量好所需的组分及含量,依溶剂、封端型聚氨酯预聚体、抗氧化剂、催化剂、扩链剂、发泡剂的加料顺序,在1000-2000r/min的转速下室温搅拌加料,完成加料后继续室温搅拌3-10min,然后在1500-3000r/min转速下依次加入色粉、润滑剂、磨料,并在室温搅拌3-10min得到耐磨浆料;
S2、把搅拌好的耐磨浆料输送到涂覆机的两滚轴上,以200-900r/min的转速辊压在两滚轴间的尼龙纤维无纺布上,把带有耐磨浆砂的无纺布裁剪成所需产品规格的形状,叠压成具有不同层数和厚度的布块,然后用布块锁紧定型模板将布块固定成型;
S3、用翻转机械翻转1-8小时后进行脱模,得到半成品的布块,将布块晾置3-12小时后用冲床冲压成各种规格的抛磨轮半成品,抛磨轮半成品在热风烘炉中60-180摄氏度烘烤硫化2-20小时,自然降温到室温后出炉得到聚氨酯抛磨轮成品。
各配方实施例产品质检性能对比:
采用砂轮磨耗比测试仪测定聚氨酯抛磨轮的耐磨度,用粗糙度仪测试抛磨后工件表面的粗糙度。抛磨轮试样产品尺寸直径203mm,厚度50mm,孔径20mm,测试模块为硬质合金,测试转速2800r/min,测试时间为5分钟,测试恒定压力为500克。

粗糙度值越小,说明表面效果越好,越平整。耐磨度数值越小,说明再一定时间和压力下,抛磨轮的消耗量越小,说明轮子越耐磨耐用,反之,越大说明消耗越快,越不耐磨耐用。

Claims (10)

1.一种聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、计量好所需的组分及含量,依溶剂、封端型聚氨酯预聚体、抗氧化剂、催化剂、扩链剂、发泡剂的加料顺序,在1000-2000r/min的转速下室温搅拌加料,完成加料后继续室温搅拌3-10min,然后在1500-3000r/min转速下依次加入色粉、润滑剂、磨料,并在室温搅拌3-10min得到耐磨浆料;
其中,溶剂5-15份,封端型聚氨酯预聚体100份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.8份,催化剂0.01-0.5份,扩链剂10-40份,发泡剂0.01-0.5份,色粉0.5-5份,润滑剂2-20份,磨料100-500份;所述的封端型聚氨酯预聚体选自聚醚型封端聚氨酯预聚体、聚酯型封端聚氨酯预聚体中的一种或两种;
S2、把搅拌好的耐磨浆料输送到涂覆机的两滚轴上,以200-900r/min的转速辊压在两滚轴间的尼龙纤维无纺布上,把带有耐磨浆砂的无纺布裁剪成所需产品规格的形状,叠压成具有不同层数和厚度的布块,然后用布块锁紧定型模板将布块固定成型;
S3、用翻转机械翻转1-8小时后进行脱模,得到半成品的布块,将布块晾置3-12小时后用冲床冲压成各种规格的抛磨轮半成品,抛磨轮半成品在热风烘炉中60-180摄氏度烘烤硫化2-20小时,自然降温到室温后出炉得到聚氨酯抛磨轮成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的扩链剂选自1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、1,6-己二醇、HQEE、甘油、季戊四醇、3,3-二氯-4,41-二苯基甲烷二胺、4,41-二氨基二苯基甲烷、甲苯二胺、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺、3,5-二乙基甲苯二胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、己二酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的溶剂选自醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、丙酮、甲乙酮、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺、丙二醇单甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂选自水、二氯氟乙烷、环戊烷、戊烷、五氟丙烷、液体二氧化碳、二氯甲烷、1,1-二氟乙烷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的催化剂选自三亚乙基二胺、二甲基环己胺、N-甲基二环己胺、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、四甲基乙二胺、四甲基丙二胺、四甲基己二胺、2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、二甲基乙醇胺、三甲基乙氧基丙二胺、三甲基羟乙基乙二胺、N-甲基吗啉、N-乙基吗啉、N-甲基咪唑、DBU、三乙胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、异辛酸钾、醋酸钾、油酸钾、醋酸苯汞、钛酸四丁酯、钛酸四异丙酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂选自抗氧剂245、抗氧剂264、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1035、抗氧剂3114、亚磷酸三苯基酯、亚磷酸二苯基异辛酯、抗氧剂B215、抗氧剂B225中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的磨料选自黑碳化硅、绿碳化硅、白刚玉、棕刚玉、黑刚玉、单晶刚玉、锆刚玉、金刚石、氮化硼中的一种或多种,且磨料粒度范围不小于60#
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂选自滑石粉、高岭土、碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸锂、聚乙烯蜡粉、聚四氟乙烯蜡粉、聚酰胺蜡粉中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的色粉选自铁红粉、耐温红粉、炭黑、钛白粉、铬绿粉、橙黄粉中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的聚氨酯抛磨轮的制备方法制得的聚氨酯抛磨轮。
