步骤二:将步骤一依次进行梳棉和精梳处理,充分对棉卷进行除杂处理,从而得到熟棉,再利用粗纱机将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,进行牵伸处理,再对其捻回,增加棉条的强度;通过细纱机在对其进行加工,使其成型为强度高伸性好的赛络纱,再卷绕成筒纱以供备用。
步骤三:将步骤二的筒纱进行染色,且利用固色剂对其固色,固色后收集备用。
步骤四:将步骤三固色后的纱料与碳纤维纱线一同送入38寸18针织双面大圆机以50枚针纱长:16.2cm/26.5cm进行织造生产,得到光坯布,且将光坯布送入注入植物香薰抗菌液和水混合的的缸内,且以40℃-50℃进行30min的浸泡,将废水排除,对浸泡后的光坯布进行80-90℃的烘干处理。
步骤五:将步骤四烘干后的布料送入添加水性纳米紫外线屏蔽剂进行进行浸染,以5min为间隔时间,进行3-5次的浸轧处理,将其拉起送入烘箱内以70-80℃进行烘干处理。
步骤六:将步骤五处理后的布料再送入以高温熔融下的紫外线吸收剂内进行溶附,经过2-3次的浸轧处理后,再对其表面涂布固色剂,晾干60min后送入烘箱以150-160℃进行烘干处理。
步骤七:利用30寸28针针织两线卫衣机将步骤二的纱料60/40棉涤32s*毛圈60/40棉涤21s,按工艺50枚针纱长:13.7cm/5.3cm织造生产,其中所需两种原料成份比为:64.1%:35.9%,最后成品布为棉涤60/40的毛圈,使其接触皮肤时具有有益的吸汗效果。
步骤八:将金属防辐射纤维依次通过粗纱机和细纱机以捻选系数为350-370伸为纱线后,通过38寸18针织双面大圆机织布为金属防辐射纤维布料。
步骤九:利用人工缝合,以步骤七得到的布料为里料,以步骤六得到的布料为面料,且以步骤八得到的面料嵌缝于里料和面料之间,再由人工根据服装造型进行裁剪制作缝合为服饰成品。

实施例2
一种抗紫外线效果好可吸汗式服装制作方法,具体制作步骤如下:
步骤一:筛选色泽白、杂质少、纤维长和短绒少的棉花,通过开松机将其制成棉束,再利用清棉机将棉束中的杂质和不宜纺纱的短纤维剔除,通过混棉机将处理后的原棉进行充分混合,通过成卷机卷成棉卷。
步骤二:将步骤一依次进行梳棉和精梳处理,充分对棉卷进行除杂处理,从而得到熟棉,再利用粗纱机将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,进行牵伸处理,再对其捻回,增加棉条的强度;通过细纱机在对其进行加工,使其成型为强度高伸性好的赛络纱,再卷绕成筒纱以供备用。
步骤三:将步骤二的筒纱进行染色,且利用固色剂对其固色,固色后收集备用。
步骤四:将步骤三固色后的纱料与碳纤维纱线一同送入38寸18针织双面大圆机以50枚针纱长:16.2cm/26.5cm进行织造生产,得到光坯布,且将光坯布送入注入植物香薰抗菌液和水混合的的缸内,且以50℃进行30min的浸泡,将废水排除,对浸泡后的光坯布进行90℃的烘干处理。
步骤五:将步骤四烘干后的布料送入添加水性纳米紫外线屏蔽剂进行进行浸染,以5min为间隔时间,进行5次的浸轧处理,将其拉起送入烘箱内以80℃进行烘干处理。
步骤六:将步骤五处理后的布料再送入以高温熔融下的紫外线吸收剂内进行溶附,经过3次的浸轧处理后,再对其表面涂布固色剂,晾干60min后送入烘箱以160℃进行烘干处理。
步骤七:利用30寸28针针织两线卫衣机将步骤二的纱料60/40棉涤32s*毛圈60/40棉涤21s,按工艺50枚针纱长:13.7cm/5.3cm织造生产,其中所需两种原料成份比为:64.1%:35.9%,最后成品布为棉涤60/40的毛圈,使其接触皮肤时具有有益的吸汗效果。
步骤八:将金属防辐射纤维依次通过粗纱机和细纱机以捻选系数为370伸为纱线后,通过38寸18针织双面大圆机织布为金属防辐射纤维布料。
步骤九:利用人工缝合,以步骤七得到的布料为里料,以步骤六得到的布料为面料,且以步骤八得到的面料嵌缝于里料和面料之间,再由人工根据服装造型进行裁剪制作缝合为服饰成品。
其中,所述骤三中的固色剂由以下重量份材料制成:乙醇胺10重量份、苯并三氮唑30重量份、乙醇35重量份、二丙二醇甲醚15重量份、流平剂3.5重量份、消泡剂1.5重量份、抗静电剂5重量份。
其中,所述步骤四中的植物香薰抗菌液由以下重量份材料制成:丁香蒸馏液25重量份、薰衣草精油20重量份、氨基甲酸酯20重量份、杀菌肽20重量份和羧甲基壳聚糖15重量份。
其中,所述步骤五中的水性纳米紫外线屏蔽剂由以下重量份材料制成:聚乙二醇15重量份、聚乙烯醇15重量份、乳白浆20重量份和二氧化钛50重量份。
其中,所述步骤六中的紫外线吸收剂由以下重量份材料制成:间苯二酚25重量份、三氯甲苯20重量份、氯化亚砜20重量份和PEG-400 35重量份。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:通过紫外线吸收剂和水性纳米紫外线屏蔽剂的双层防护,对比于现有防紫外线服饰,其防紫外线效果大大提高,且通过金属防辐射纤维布料的设置在多层保暖的基础增加了服饰的防辐射效果,利用里料的设置,以毛圈的形态有助于对人体皮肤进行吸汗处理,且通过植物香薰抗菌液的添加,在使服饰抗菌的基础上,有效增添服饰的微淡熏香效果,进而有效提高产品的使用价值。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗紫外线效果好可吸汗式服装制作方法,其特征在于:具体制作步骤如下:
步骤一:筛选色泽白、杂质少、纤维长和短绒少的棉花,通过开松机将其制成棉束,再利用清棉机将棉束中的杂质和不宜纺纱的短纤维剔除,通过混棉机将处理后的原棉进行充分混合,通过成卷机卷成棉卷。
步骤二:将步骤一依次进行梳棉和精梳处理,充分对棉卷进行除杂处理,从而得到熟棉,再利用粗纱机将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,进行牵伸处理,再对其捻回,增加棉条的强度;通过细纱机在对其进行加工,使其成型为强度高伸性好的赛络纱,再卷绕成筒纱以供备用。
步骤三:将步骤二的筒纱进行染色,且利用固色剂对其固色,固色后收集备用。
步骤四:将步骤三固色后的纱料与碳纤维纱线一同送入38寸18针织双面大圆机以50枚针纱长:16.2cm/26.5cm进行织造生产,得到光坯布,且将光坯布送入注入植物香薰抗菌液和水混合的的缸内,且以40℃-50℃进行30min的浸泡,将废水排除,对浸泡后的光坯布进行80-90℃的烘干处理。
步骤五:将步骤四烘干后的布料送入添加水性纳米紫外线屏蔽剂进行进行浸染,以5min为间隔时间,进行3-5次的浸轧处理,将其拉起送入烘箱内以70-80℃进行烘干处理。
步骤六:将步骤五处理后的布料再送入以高温熔融下的紫外线吸收剂内进行溶附,经过2-3次的浸轧处理后,再对其表面涂布固色剂,晾干60min后送入烘箱以150-160℃进行烘干处理。
步骤七:利用30寸28针针织两线卫衣机将步骤二的纱料60/40棉涤32s*毛圈60/40棉涤21s,按工艺50枚针纱长:13.7cm/5.3cm织造生产,其中所需两种原料成份比为:64.1%:35.9%,最后成品布为棉涤60/40的毛圈,使其接触皮肤时具有有益的吸汗效果。
步骤八:将金属防辐射纤维依次通过粗纱机和细纱机以捻选系数为350-370伸为纱线后,通过38寸18针织双面大圆机织布为金属防辐射纤维布料。
步骤九:利用人工缝合,以步骤七得到的布料为里料,以步骤六得到的布料为面料,且以步骤八得到的面料嵌缝于里料和面料之间,再由人工根据服装造型进行裁剪制作缝合为服饰成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线效果好可吸汗式服装制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的固色剂由以下重量份材料制成:乙醇胺5-10重量份、苯并三氮唑20-30重量份、乙醇25-35重量份、二丙二醇甲醚10-15重量份、流平剂1.5-3.5重量份、消泡剂0.7-1.5重量份、抗静电剂2-5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线效果好可吸汗式服装制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中的植物香薰抗菌液由以下重量份材料制成:丁香蒸馏液20-25重量份、薰衣草精油15-20重量份、氨基甲酸酯15-20重量份、杀菌肽15-20重量份和羧甲基壳聚糖10-15重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线效果好可吸汗式服装制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中的水性纳米紫外线屏蔽剂由以下重量份材料制成:聚乙二醇10-15重量份、聚乙烯醇10-15重量份、乳白浆15-20重量份和二氧化钛45-50重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线效果好可吸汗式服装制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中的紫外线吸收剂由以下重量份材料制成:间苯二酚20-25重量份、三氯甲苯15-20重量份、氯化亚砜15-20重量份和PEG-40020-35重量份。
