Description
本創作是關於一種織物結構,特別是有關於一種再生織物結構。
隨著紡織及其相關產業的日益進步,各式各樣的紡織品及紡織相關產品不斷地開發出來,並逐漸應用在我們的日常生活中。
一般的紡織品係由織物捲料裁切為產品所需尺寸,在裁切過程中的邊腳料大多只能廢棄,無法再利用。近年來隨著環保意識抬頭,降低環境污染與資源再生為全球日漸重視的環保問題,因此,要如何有效的利用資源,將廢棄紡織品回收再生,是個重要的課題。
綜觀前所述,本創作之創作人經多年潛心研究,設計了一種再生織物結構,以針對現有技術之缺失加以改善,進而增進產業上之實施利用。
有鑑於上述習知之問題,本創作之目的係提出一種再生織物結構,可大幅減少環境汙染,達到資源的利用。
基於上述目的,其包含複數個混紡紗線編織或交織排列,其中,各混紡紗線具有縱向排列並交互捻合的複數個棉條,各棉條具有均勻混合的第一纖維及第二纖維,第一纖維占混紡紗線總重的30%至50%,且第一纖維係為再生纖維。
較佳地,再生纖維係選自於針織布。
較佳地,針織布係包含染色後的針織鞋面布。
較佳地,針織布的開纖損耗率小於10%。
較佳地,針織布的開纖後之纖維長度介於30至40mm之間。
較佳地,棉條的總數量為6至8條。
較佳地,混紡紗線的纖維伸度為10至25 %。
較佳地,混紡紗線的纖維強度為20至40 cN/tex。
較佳地,混紡紗線的丹尼數為150至600 D。
較佳地,再生纖維包含天然棉、聚酯棉、耐隆棉或螺縈棉中的一種或其任意組合。
以下將參照相關圖式,說明依本創作之再生織物結構1之實施例,為使便於理解,下述實施例中之相同元件係以相同之符號標示來說明。
請參閱第1至5圖,其係根據本創作之第一較佳實施例之再生織物結構1的示意圖。圖中,再生織物結構1包含複數個混紡紗線10編織或交織排列,其中,各混紡紗線10具有縱向排列並交互捻合的複數個棉條12,概呈條狀,複數個棉條12具有均勻混合的複數個第一纖維14及複數個第二纖維16。其中,第一纖維14為再生纖維,且第一纖維14占混紡紗線10總重的30%至50%。在本實施例中,將混紡紗線10勾成線圈,再把線圈相互串套而形成針織物,其質地鬆軟,具有良好的抗皺性、透氣性,以及較大的延伸性及彈性。
請參閱第6A及6B圖,詳細說明本創作之第一較佳實施例之再生織物結構1的製作方法包含下列步驟:
步驟100:回收廢棄針織布,並將廢棄針織布裁切成3至5公分的尺寸。裁切的方式為雙道裁切,首先將廢棄針織布以經向裁切601成為長條狀,再以緯向裁切602成為塊狀,如第6B圖所示。上述裁切的尺寸及方式不以此為限,可依布種來進行調整。而廢棄針織布可包含天然棉(cotton)、聚酯棉(polyester)、耐隆棉(polyamide)或螺縈棉(rayon) 。其中,廢棄針織布的來源可為邊腳料。特別說明,本創作的回收廢棄針織布可使用經由染色後的針織鞋面布進行回收作業,因此,不需要再次進行染色工程,仍具有天然、不規則之色澤。
步驟200:開纖、清花,以針軋輪將已裁切的廢棄針織布進行機械開纖、混棉(blending)、開棉(opening)及清棉(cleaning)作業,以獲得均勻棉層(evenness)。混棉可將各種不同種類的纖維均勻混合,也就是說,將品質相似但種類不同的第一纖維14及第二纖維16混合,形成混合纖維。開棉及清棉可將混合纖維鬆開,使塊狀或束狀的混合纖維由大轉小,並將雜質去除。此外,根據纖維種類等級和含雜內容的不同,開棉及清棉可選用不同種類的機器和打手形式組合來使用。特別說明,本創作的開纖作業可為一次、二次或多次開纖,依可紡性能的評估而決定,且開纖作業可控制開纖後的纖維長度,較佳的纖維長度於30至40mm的範圍。也就是說,藉由使用高握持力輸送輪進行,穩定餵料,進而達到可控制其纖維長度之目的。另外,廢棄針織布的開纖損耗率小於10%。
步驟300:梳棉,將棉捲或綿層相互梳理平齊,同時再一次除去雜質、短絨,進行纖維間的混合而製成棉網,增加均勻性,再凝聚成為符合需求的棉條12,亦稱為生條(slive),以利後續作業。
步驟400:併條,將6至8跟棉條12(此處指生條)進行併合(doubling)及牽伸(draft),以製作出熟條(drawn sliver)。此過程將混合纖維伸直且相互平行地排列整齊,使粗細不均的生條相併,紡為均勻的熟條。亦可加入人造纖維共同混紡,控制其混紡(mixing)百分率,並且再次去除殘留的短絨及塵雜物,如第3及4圖所示。
步驟500:成型,藉由粗紗作業及環錠細紗作業,將棉條12(此處指熟條)牽伸抽長,使纖維更進一步伸直平行,並且讓棉條12具備適當的直徑以減少體積,接著加撚,以達到所需要的細度及撚度,製作出具有強度的混紡紗線10,再將混紡紗線10捲繞在筒管上,製成一定大小和形狀,如第2圖所示。其中,混紡紗線10的伸度為10至25 %,纖維強度為20至40 cN/tex,丹尼數為150至600 D。
步驟600:編織紗線,可利用紡紗技術,將混紡紗線10以編織或交織方式製成本創作之再生織物結構1,再進一步應用於衣褲服裝及鞋帽、皮包配件等多種紡織品。
實施上,先收集織物的邊腳料以成為廢棄針織布,並將廢棄針織布裁切成預定尺寸大小;接著將已裁切的廢棄針織布進行開纖及清花作業,將廢棄針織布進行多次開纖以增加蓬鬆度,並將第一纖維14與第二纖維16充分混合均勻,製出均勻的棉捲或綿層;接續再進行梳棉作業,將棉捲或綿層梳理、除去雜質、進行混合,製出均勻的棉條12;再將複數跟棉條12進行併合及牽伸,以縱向排列並交互捻合之方式紡出均勻的棉條12;最後進行粗紗作業及環錠細紗作業,以製出具備適當的直徑具有強度的混紡紗線10,所製得之混紡紗線10可繞於筒管上,方便搬運。藉由上述所製得之混紡紗線10進行編織或交織,即可製得本創作之再生織物結構1。
特別說明,本創作之再生織物結構1的混紡紗線10與一般織物的混紡紗線10在相同的丹尼數下,具有相同的物性規格。舉例說明,在丹尼數為150至600 D時,一般織物的混紡紗線10之纖維強度規格為20至40 cN/tex、伸度為10至25 %,而本創作之再生織物結構1的混紡紗線10亦在此規格內。
請參閱第7A及7B圖,本創作之第二較佳實施例之再生織物結構2的主要結構大致與前述第一實施例相同,本實施例與第一實施例的差異在於:由兩組或多組經向的混紡紗線10與緯向的混紡紗線10,以直角方式互相交叉通過方式抱合而形成梭織物,其較為堅實、穩固,並且具有多種花紋組織的變化。
綜上所述,本創作之再生織物結構1,將已染色後的廢棄針織布回收並加以利用,因此,不需要再次進行染色工程,即具有天然、不規則之色澤,可大幅減少環境汙染,達到資源的回收再利用,而且不影響再生織物的特性。
以上所述僅為舉例性,而非為限制性者。任何未脫離本創作之精神與範疇,而對其進行之等效修改或變更,均應包含於後附之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (10)
- 一種再生織物結構,其包含: 複數個混紡紗線編織或交織排列,其中,各該混紡紗線具有縱向排列並交互捻合的複數個棉條,各該棉條具有均勻混合的複數個第一纖維及複數個第二纖維,該複數個第一纖維占該混紡紗線總重的30%至50%,且該複數個第一纖維係為一再生纖維。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生織物結構,其中該再生纖維係選自於一針織布。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之再生織物結構,其中該針織布係包含染色後的一針織鞋面布。
