背景技术
随着人们对洗衣机的性能需求的提高,对洗衣机中电机的转速有了很高的要求。高转速意味着高效率,能大大节省洗衣机的洗衣时间,但是,高转速带来的轴承寿命降低的问题不容忽视,传统的轴承采用简单的外框、内框加滚子构成,滚子直接与外框、内框摩擦实现轴承的转动,因为滚子形状和材料的局限性,很难避免滚子对外框和内框的磨损,同时在很多设备中,轴承也承受较大的径向冲击,滚子很容易在轴承内框、外框上产生凹坑,影响轴承性能,缩短了轴承寿命。
随着对轴承的不断改进,如中国发明专利CN 104500564A所公开的一种耐磨高速轴承,包括内圈、外圈、滚动体,还包括磁环,磁环分为内磁环和外磁环,内磁环位于内圈外层,外圈内层设有外磁环,内磁环固定在中间的定子轴套上,内磁环与外磁环同心放置,内磁环与外磁环间设有滚动体,内磁环与外磁环相邻表面的磁性相同。但是磁性材料并不能满足高强度的需求,在超出一定强度的负载之后,存在损坏的隐患。
又如中国发明专利CN105114467A所公开的及一种用于高速电主轴的高速轴承,包括内圈、外圈、设置在内圈与外圈之间的至少一个中圈、具有包裹部的保持架以及滚珠,中圈与保持架内部分别设置有第一润滑冷却液通道与第二润滑冷却通道;内圈、外圈与中圈侧壁均设置有与滚珠相适配的凹弧槽;第一润滑冷却液通道包括径向设置在中圈两侧的若干第一通孔以及周向设置在中圈上且与第一通孔连通的导油弧槽;导油弧槽向凹弧槽的一侧倾斜;所述的第二润滑冷却通道包括设置在包裹部内的若干第二通孔以及与第二通孔径向连通至包裹部内腔的若干分叉导油孔。双层滚珠的设计大大增加了轴承出现安全问题的可能性,不利于轴承在高强度下的长时间使用。
本发明通过滚珠与圆柱滚子结合的设计,很好的起到增加轴承载荷的作用,良好的润滑系统和尼龙保持架的设计能大大提高轴承的最大转速,满足洗衣机的高强度和高速的轴承的需求。
发明内容
一、要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是针对现有技术所存在的上述问题,特提供一种用于洗衣机的双列复合电机轴承,能很好的起到增加轴承载荷的作用,良好的润滑系统的设计能大大提高轴承的最大转速,满足洗衣机的高强度和高速的轴承的需求。
二、技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于洗衣机的双列复合电机轴承,包括轴承本体,轴承本体由外向内依次设有外圈、滚动体、保持架、内圈一、内圈二和内轴套,内圈一和内圈二并列设置;滚动体包括分别设置在内圈一和内圈二外侧的圆柱滚子一和圆柱滚子二,以及分别设置在内圈一和内圈二内侧的滚珠一和滚珠二;内轴套外侧设有扣紧部,扣紧部用于固定内圈一和内圈二,内轴套内侧设有齿形槽,齿形槽用于将轴承本体固定在旋转轴上。本发明中双列滚珠和双列圆柱滚子的设计能让轴承在负载方面有很大的提高,能够达到高强度的需求。
其中,轴承本体还包括润滑系统,润滑系统包括位于外圈的注油孔、进油槽一和进油槽二,位于内圈一的回油槽一,位于内圈二的回油槽二,进油槽一和进油槽二为螺旋油槽;回油槽一和回油槽二连通进油槽一和进油槽二,润滑系统中油槽的设计能很好的解决轴承的润滑问题,并达到密封的效果,能够让轴承在运转过程中保持很高的转速。
其中,保持架设有圆柱滚子一兜孔、圆柱滚子二兜孔、滚珠一兜孔和滚珠二兜孔,兜孔的设计能将滚动体很好的固定在外圈与两内圈之间,并且装配起来简单方便。

在工作过程中,轴承会承受很强的径向载荷,因此在运转过程中很容易产生碰撞,对于轴承的寿命有较大的影响,另一方面还会影响轴承的转速,本发明的用于洗衣机的双列复合电机轴承能很好的利用两列滚珠与两列圆柱滚子的设计,大大提高轴承的承载能力,即使其中一部分滚动体碰到磨损的情况,也能很好的保持工作状态稳定。并且润滑系统7作为一个完整的密封润滑系统,能大大提高轴承的转动速度,尼龙保持架3的使用使得轴承带有自润滑的效果,从而有效的延长轴承的使用寿命,实现提高轴承强度以及转速的效果。
