技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶制备技术领域,具体涉及一种彩色塑胶制品制作工艺。
背景技术
塑胶制品在人们生活中应用广泛,塑胶制品的传统制作工艺一般包括烘料、混色、发泡成型等主要步骤,其中发泡工艺是通过加热发泡使塑料产生微孔结构的过程。传统塑胶发泡工艺通常分为化学发泡、物理发泡和机械发泡三种类型,在实际生产中根据塑胶特性选择适用的塑胶发泡工艺类型,例如EVA(乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物)比较适合采用化学发泡工艺进行发泡。化学发泡工艺是借机械搅拌使塑胶原料充分混合,然后经定型形成发泡塑胶的过程。目前的化学发泡工艺一般是先在搅拌机中将经烘干水分的塑胶原料、塑胶色母以及其它配方组份搅匀,再将搅匀后的各种原料放在密闭加压的成型机上加热熔解,最后开模制成塑胶制品。采用这种化学发泡工艺制得的塑胶制品颜色通常较为单一,不便于制作含有两种颜色以上或具有不规则纹路的塑胶制品,也不便于在塑胶制品上设置不同颜色之间的纹路,限制了人们对塑胶制品的美观设计,并导致人们对塑胶制品的灵活和充分利用受到限制;另外,这种化学发泡工艺制得的塑胶制品是由原料熔解物经模塑定型而成,不便于人们根据实际需要调整塑胶发泡制品的色彩与结构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑胶制品制作工艺,采用该工艺便于制作含有两种以上颜色的塑胶制品,便于人们根据实际需要调整塑胶发泡制品的色彩与结构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种彩色塑胶块的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.选取预定颜色的色母,将其与混合塑胶原料混合搅拌均匀;
b.对上述混合物料进行加热搅拌;
c.将经加热搅拌后的混合物料冲压成塑胶片;
d. 将塑胶片粉碎成塑胶细块,加入色粉,并搅拌至各塑胶细块均匀粘满色粉;
e.将塑胶细块放入发泡机模具内加热发泡成塑胶体;
f.将塑胶体切成塑胶块;
g.对塑胶块进行清水洗;
h.对塑胶块进行超声波水洗。
进一步的,所述混合塑胶原料包括:
1-5份的EVA;
1-5份的PE;
1-3份的PVC。
进一步的,所述加热搅拌的温度为100-120℃,加热搅拌时间为7-14分钟。
进一步的,所述塑胶片的厚度为0.5-3毫米。
进一步的,所述发泡机模具的加热温度为140-190℃,加热时间为30-120分钟。
进一步的,所述加热搅拌的温度为115℃,加热搅拌时间为9分钟。
进一步的,所述冲压温度条件为65-85℃,所述塑胶片的厚度为0.5-0.6毫米。
进一步的,所述发泡机模具的加热温度为170℃,加热时间为30-35分钟。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点在于:1、本发明先将塑胶原料及选定颜色的色母制备成各种颜色的塑胶片,再将塑胶片破碎处理并与色粉充分搅拌后经发泡制得塑胶体,这有利于根据实际需要制作含有多种颜色的塑胶产品。2、本发明将塑胶片破碎处理成塑胶细块,再加入色粉均匀搅拌后置入发泡机模具内发泡,有利于加强塑胶着色。3、本发明通过水洗和超声波洗步骤加强塑胶块成品的洁净度便于后续分装。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种彩色塑胶块的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.选取预定颜色的色母,将其与混合塑胶原料混合搅拌均匀;混合塑胶原料包括:
1份的EVA;
1份的PE;
1份的PVC。
b.对上述混合物料进行加热搅拌,加热搅拌的温度为115℃,加热搅拌时间为9分钟;
c.将经加热搅拌后的混合物料冲压成塑胶片,65℃,塑胶片厚度为0.5毫米;
d. 将塑胶片粉碎成塑胶细块,加入色粉,并搅拌至各塑胶细块均匀粘满色粉;
e.将塑胶细块放入发泡机模具内加热发泡成塑胶体,加热温度为170℃,加热时间为30分钟;
f.将塑胶体切成塑胶块;
g.对塑胶块进行清水洗;
h.对塑胶块进行超声波水洗。
实施例2
一种彩色塑胶块的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.选取预定颜色的色母,将其与混合塑胶原料混合搅拌均匀;混合塑胶原料包括:
5份的EVA;
2份的PE;
3份的PVC。
b.对上述混合物料进行加热搅拌,加热搅拌的温度为120℃,加热搅拌时间为14分钟;
c.将经加热搅拌后的混合物料冲压成塑胶片,85℃,塑胶片厚度为0.6毫米;
d. 将塑胶片粉碎成塑胶细块,加入色粉,并搅拌至各塑胶细块均匀粘满色粉;
e.将塑胶细块放入发泡机模具内加热发泡成塑胶体,加热温度为140℃,加热时间为80分钟;
f.将塑胶体切成塑胶块;
g.对塑胶块进行清水洗;
h.对塑胶块进行超声波水洗。
实施例3
一种彩色塑胶块的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.选取预定颜色的色母,将其与混合塑胶原料混合搅拌均匀;混合塑胶原料包括:
3份的EVA;
5份的PE;
3份的PVC。
b.对上述混合物料进行加热搅拌,加热搅拌的温度为100℃,加热搅拌时间为7分钟;
c.将经加热搅拌后的混合物料冲压成塑胶片,73℃,塑胶片厚度为塑胶片厚度为0.5毫米
d. 将塑胶片粉碎成塑胶细块,加入色粉,并搅拌至各塑胶细块均匀粘满色粉;
e.将塑胶细块放入发泡机模具内加热发泡成塑胶体,加热温度为190℃,加热时间为120分钟;
f.将塑胶体切成塑胶块;
g.对塑胶块进行清水洗;
h.对塑胶块进行超声波水洗。

a.选取预定颜色的色母,将其与混合塑胶原料混合搅拌均匀;
b.对上述混合物料进行加热搅拌;
c.将经加热搅拌后的混合物料冲压成塑胶片;
d.将塑胶片粉碎成塑胶细块,加入色粉,并搅拌至各塑胶细块均匀粘满色粉;
e.将塑胶细块放入发泡机模具内加热发泡成塑胶体;
f.将塑胶体切成塑胶块;
g.对塑胶块进行清水洗;
h.对塑胶块进行超声波水洗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩色塑胶产品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述混合塑胶原料包括:
1-5份的EVA;
1-5份的PE;
1-3份的PVC。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的彩色塑胶产品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述加热搅拌的温度为100-120℃,加热搅拌时间为7-14分钟。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的彩色塑胶产品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述塑胶片的厚度为0.5-3毫米。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的彩色塑胶产品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡机模具的加热温度为140-190℃,加热时间为30-120分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的彩色塑胶产品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述加热搅拌的温度为115℃,加热搅拌时间为9分钟。
