Abstract
本发明公开了一种芡实饮品及其制作方法。它由下述重量配比的原料制成:芡实60‑85份、鸡内金5‑10份、黄精5‑10份、枸杞8‑20份、山药15‑25份、甘草2‑5份、麦芽糊精50‑80份、甘露糖醇25‑55份、蔗糖2‑5份。本发明的芡实饮品及其制作方法,采用天然芡实、枸杞、山药植物制作的饮品,口味清新香甜,具有补脾、润肺生津,可用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,食积不消,呕吐泻痢。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种芡实加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种芡实饮品及其制作方法。
背景技术
芡实,为睡莲科植物芡Euryale ferox Salisb的干燥成熟种仁。一年生大型水生草本,沉水叶箭形或椭圆肾形,长4-10厘米,两面无刺;叶柄无刺;浮水叶革质,椭圆肾形至圆形,直径10-130厘米,盾状,有或无弯缺,全缘,下面带紫色,有短柔毛,两面在叶脉分枝处有锐刺;叶柄及花梗粗壮,长可达25厘米,皆有硬刺。花长约5厘米;萼片披针形,长1-1.5厘米,内面紫色,外面密生稍弯硬刺;花瓣矩圆披针形或披针形,长1.5-2厘米,紫红色,成数轮排列,向内渐变成雄蕊;无花柱,柱头红色,成凹入的柱头盘。浆果球形,直径3-5厘米,污紫红色,外面密生硬刺;种子球形,直径10余毫米,黑色,花期7-8月,果期8-9月。具有益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带之功效,常用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种芡实饮品及其制作方法,它由下述重量配比的原料制成:
芡实60-85份、鸡内金5-10份、黄精5-10份、枸杞8-20份、山药15-25份、甘草2-5份、麦芽糊精50-80份、甘露糖醇 25-55份、蔗糖2-5份。
优选的,原料重量配比具体为:
芡实65份、鸡内金6份、黄精8份、枸杞12份、山药20份、甘草4份、麦芽糊精65份、甘露糖醇 35份、蔗糖3份。
本发明还提供了一种芡实饮品制作方法,其方案如下:
先按重量配比称取芡实60-85份、鸡内金5-10份、黄精5-10份、枸杞8-20份、山药15-25份、甘草2-5份、麦芽糊精50-80份、甘露糖醇 25-55份、蔗糖2-5份,将称重后的芡实、鸡内金、黄精、枸杞、山药、甘草粉碎成末,然后将上述粉末与麦芽糊精、甘露糖醇、蔗糖混合均匀,然后加适量水进行制粒,制粒后在55℃-65℃干燥50min,筛分后包装。
本发明的芡实饮品及其制作方法,采用天然芡实、枸杞、山药植物制作的饮品,口味清新香甜,具有补脾、润肺生津,可用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,食积不消,呕吐泻痢。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细地描述。
实施例1:
先按重量配比称取芡实60份、鸡内金5份、黄精10份、枸杞8份、山药15份、甘草2份、麦芽糊精80份、甘露糖醇 25份、蔗糖5份,将称重后的芡实、鸡内金、黄精、枸杞、山药、甘草粉碎成末,然后将上述粉末与麦芽糊精、甘露糖醇、蔗糖混合均匀,然后加适量水进行制粒,制粒后在55℃干燥50min,筛分后包装。
实施例2:
先按重量配比称取芡实65份、鸡内金6份、黄精8份、枸杞12份、山药20份、甘草4份、麦芽糊精65份、甘露糖醇 35份、蔗糖3份,将称重后的芡实、鸡内金、黄精、枸杞、山药、甘草粉碎成末,然后将上述粉末与麦芽糊精、甘露糖醇、蔗糖混合均匀,然后加适量水进行制粒,制粒后在65℃干燥50min,筛分后包装。
实施例3:
先按重量配比称取芡实85份、鸡内金10份、黄精5份、枸杞20份、山药25份、甘草5份、麦芽糊精50份、甘露糖醇55份、蔗糖2份,将称重后的芡实、鸡内金、黄精、枸杞、山药、甘草粉碎成末,然后将上述粉末与麦芽糊精、甘露糖醇、蔗糖混合均匀,然后加适量水进行制粒,制粒后在65℃干燥50min,筛分后包装。

芡实60-85份、鸡内金5-10份、黄精5-10份、枸杞8-20份、山药15-25份、甘草2-5份、麦芽糊精50-80份、甘露糖醇 25-55份、蔗糖2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,原料重量配比具体为:
芡实65份、鸡内金6份、黄精8份、枸杞12份、山药20份、甘草4份、麦芽糊精65份、甘露糖醇 35份、蔗糖3份。
3.一种芡实饮品制作方法,其特征在于,其方案如下:
先按重量配比称取芡实60-85份、鸡内金5-10份、黄精5-10份、枸杞8-20份、山药15-25份、甘草2-5份、麦芽糊精50-80份、甘露糖醇 25-55份、蔗糖2-5份,将称重后的芡实、鸡内金、黄精、枸杞、山药、甘草粉碎成末,然后将上述粉末与麦芽糊精、甘露糖醇、蔗糖混合均匀,然后加适量水进行制粒,制粒后在55℃-65℃干燥50min,筛分后包装。
