现在参照图1至图3,在一些选择变型中,产品10可以包括壳体12,该壳体12可以承载定子组件14,该定子组件14包括定子16和定子套筒18。可以在由定子16限定的中央腔中设置有转子组件20。可以使用多种类型的转子中的任何一种,所述多种类型的转子包括但不限于磁性转子、感应转子、开关磁阻转子、可变磁阻转子等。可以设置有离合器承载件/转子毂22,并且离合器承载件/转子毂22可以包括第一部分22a,该第一部分22a连接至轴承组件24。在多个变型中,22a可以定位在离合器中的任何地方以提供对离合器和/或转子组件的支承。例如,一个或更多个离合器可以定位至22a的右侧或左侧。从第一部分22a可以大致水平地延伸有第二部分22b,并且第二部分22b可以附接至至少两个离合器组件或者两个或更多个离合器组件例如离合器组件26、28、30(例如,分别是K0、K1、K2)。从第二部分22b可以向下延伸有第三部分22c。第三部分22c可以连接至旋转构件25。转子组件20还可以例如沿着第二部分22b紧固至离合器承载件/转子毂22。可以设置有第一输出端31或第二输出端32并且第一输出端31或第二输出端32连接至外部变速器输入轴,并且在另一侧可以设置有输入端34并且该输入端34操作性地连接至发动机。
离合器承载件/转子毂可以由诸如钢、铁、铝、钛、复合材料等之类的材料构成。
在设置有壳体12的变型中,包括定子组件和转子组件的电动马达与同样被接纳在壳体中的多个离合器的组合可以在电动马达和多个离合器连接至变速器系统之前由原始设备制造商或其他供给商进行组装和测试。
离合器承载件/转子毂的装置可以构造和布置成提供对壳体内的多个离合器组件26、28、30的强有力的支承。如将根据图1理解的,例如,第一离合器组件26和第二离合器组件28的至少一部分可以被接纳在由转子组件20和/或定子16限定的腔内。在图1的情况下,第一离合器组件26、第二离合器组件28和第三离合器组件30中的至少每一者的一部分被接纳在由定子16限定的腔中。
现在参照图2,在多个变型中,在壳体12中可以设置有至少第一油通路36。在多个变型中,可以设置有单独的油通路以独立地输送用于离合器和定子16和/或转子组件20的油(1)和使离合器启动的高压油(2)。在多个变型中,用于操作离合器26、28、30的油通路可以行进通过通路比如通路36a、通路38、和通路40以使离合器启动。可以设置有润滑油,并且润滑油可以例如行进通过通路36b和通路38(或类似通路)以及通路39以对离合器26、28、30进行润滑。在离合器承载件/转子毂22中可以设置有一个或更多个通路44、46和/或48以允许油流动至定子16的任一端或两端或者转子组件20的任一端或两端。在多个变型中,可以设置有油通路44以使油在转子组件20下面流动,该转子组件20可以包括形成于其中的一个或更多个槽(未示出)以使油流动至转子组件20的一端或两端。
如图2中示出,离合器承载件/转子毂22可以包括大致水平部分22d,该大致水平部分22d从22a延伸。部分22d承载第一离合器26和转子组件20。从22d延伸有大致竖向部分22e,并且该大致竖向部分22e连接至承载第二离合器28的另一大致水平部分22f。该水平部分22f连接至向下延伸部分22c,该向下延伸部分22c连接至旋转构件25。
现在参照图3,壳体12可以包括油通路50,该油通路50在一个变型中可以径向延伸至孔52,该孔52沿产品12的轴向方向延伸。可以设置有内轴54和外轴62。通路56或通路58中的一者可以从通路52延伸通过内轴54且延伸至存在于内轴54与外轴62之间的轴向通路59。通路56或通路58中的另一者可以从类似于52的通路(但是未示出)延伸通过内轴54且延伸至存在于内轴54与外轴62之间的轴向通路59。从通路58延伸有通路64,并且通路64向离合器26、28、30提供润滑油。从通路58延伸有通路66,并且通路66提供高压油以使离合器启动。与图2中示出的类似,多个通路44、46和48可以根据需要设置成穿过离合器承载件/转子毂22以向定子16和/或转子组件提供冷却油。在多个变型中,根据离合器的致动,可以存在各种扭矩传递路径。这些路径可以包括以下路径中的一个或更多个路径:

Claims (10)
