本发明涉及饮料,具体涉及一种适用于热带地区的功能性饮料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对消费品,特别是对有功能的各种保健食品、饮料等的使用认知度大大提高了,不是可以随便靠宣传、广告就能相信,而是要通过实际的使用及效果好坏来评价该产品是否与宣传相符,真正一种好的产品要经得住时间的考验,才能得出结论。就因为现有市场产品存在太多的缺点:功能效果不显著,作用功能单一,口感不好,达不到消费者需求。
现有饮料主要面临以下三个现实需求的问题:1,因气候炎热,给人的机体大量水份蒸发,大量的热量难以从身体散发,从机体的自然反映需要喝水来补充人体的新陈代谢,酸碱平衡,也需要通过喝清凉饮料自然物理降温;2,因食用了大量的辛辣食物,在身体中造成热量,本身就是上火,引起喉咙发炎,牙齿发炎,眼睛红肿等,也需用中医传统的方法,热量上火就要用清火降火的中草药或者具有该作用的食材就能达到见效。3,此清热降火,清热解毒为主要见的,还要兼顾因上火带来的喉头嗓子发炎、声音沙哑等的调理,通肺清热的调理,也就是标本兼顾的道理。中国的中医药所推崇的“治未病”就是用在这些地方,虽然是喝饮料、而实际上也等于是在喝清凉饮料的同时也同样如同喝一种口感良好,又能解渴的一种中医良药,既解决了消暑,又能得到身体的保健。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种功能效果显著,具有多种作用功能,口感良好,能够满足消费者需要的功能性饮料。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种适用于热带地区的功能性饮料,由以下重量份数的组分制成:金银花:30-40份;石斛:3-7份;茅根:3-7份;芦根:3-7份;麦冬:3-7份;乌梅:3-7份;诃子:8-12份;滇橄榄:20-30份;酸角:8-12份;甘草:3-7份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述饮料由以下重量份数的组分制成:金银花:35份;石斛:5份;茅根:5份;芦根:5份;麦冬:5份;乌梅:5份;诃子:10份;滇橄榄:25份;酸角:10份;甘草:5份。
本发明所述的一种适用于热带地区的功能性饮料采用了中药材中药食用源,具有清热解毒、清热降火的药物,还要有生津解渴的药物,润肺养阴药物,润喉清音药物,还有养胃生津及调口味的多维生素水果药物。

以下对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明提供的一种适用于热带地区的功能性饮料由以下重量份数的组分制成:金银花:30-40份;石斛:3-7份;茅根:3-7份;芦根:3-7份;麦冬:3-7份;乌梅:3-7份;诃子:8-12份;滇橄榄:20-30份;酸角:8-12份;甘草:3-7份。
上述各组分进行抽提,得到浸膏,再经过科学处理、过滤、调配调味、灌装、灭菌、检验、入库。
本发明中,金银花清热解毒;石斛用于滋阴养胃生津;茅根清热生津,茅根又名茅草、白茅草、白茅根,为禾本科茅根属多年生草本植物,株高20-80厘米。根壮茎白色,横走于地下,密集,节部生有鳞片,先端尖有甜味。性味:甘、寒;芦根清肺胃热、生津止渴,芦根别称芦茅根、苇根、芦头、芦柴根,生于江河湖泽、池塘沟渠沿岸和低湿地,也是中药名,用于热病烦渴、胃热呕吐、肺热咳嗽、肺痈吐脓、热淋涩痛;麦冬用于清心通肺、养胃生津,为百合科沿阶草属多年生常绿草本植物,根较粗,中间或近末端常膨大成椭圆形或纺锤形的小块根,茎很短,叶基生成丛,禾叶状,苞片披针形,先端渐尖,种子球形,麦冬生于海拔2000米以下的山坡阴湿处、林下或溪旁,麦冬的小块根是中药,有生津解渴、润肺止咳之效;乌梅能够生津止渴,治暑热烦渴;诃子功能是敛肺利咽、苦泄降火,治疗声音沙哑,诃子为使君子科植物诃子或绒毛诃子的干燥成熟果实,分布于云南等地,具有涩肠止泻,敛肺止咳,降火利咽之功效,常用于久泻久痢,便血脱肛,肺虚喘咳,久嗽不止,咽痛音哑。滇橄榄清热解毒、利咽喉、解酒毒、清音,滇橄榄又名云南余甘子,是大戟科落叶灌木或乔木植物余甘子的果实,为一种重要的药食两用植物资源,滇橄榄果汁风味独特,营养丰富,除了含有氨基酸和微量元素外,更为重要的是它Vc含量高,且由于黄酮和单宁类物质的保护,滇橄榄经加工后其Vc的留存率仍高达72%,远远高于其它果蔬。果实入药,具有清热利咽,润肺化痰,生津止渴之功效;酸角主要作用清热解毒、预防中暑、消食化积、饮食不振、妊娠呕吐;甘草补中益气、泻火解毒、润肺祛痰、调和药性。
本发明虽是一种清热凉茶饮料,但他的作用远远大于饮料的作用,它的功能对于生活在这个地球的人类来讲是非常重要的,对于生活在炎热地区及季节的人们有着举足轻重的作用,不但是一种清热解暑、生津解渴的饮料,更是一种防中暑防病,防酒醉、治妊娠呕吐的良药。本发明将成为世界真正的“凉茶之王”,可以从东南亚逐步走向世界,成为世界的“凉珍”。
本发明最重要的核心就是科学组方,及每味药物的科学配比剂量。本发明是经过多名知名专家,多次实验,由小试剂到实际生产消费的全过程而确定下来的,再加之是高温灭菌,绝不添加任何添加剂,是一种难得的有机绿色保健饮品,与市场上非高温灭菌,必须要添加防腐剂才能上市的产品有着天壤之别。
本发明还要说明的是我们是采用了大量云南盛产的滇橄榄、酸角。石斛、金银花及传统的甘草、麦冬等中药材,对于大规模生产完全可以保证,本发明的有关资料以云南中草药选,中国药典内容为主。
