Abstract
本发明公开了一种改性棉纤维与羊绒纤维混纺色纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)棉纤维的改性处理;(2)羊绒纤维的改性;(3)原料混合;(4)开清棉;(5)梳棉;(6)并条;(7)气流纺。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的纺纱工艺制得的混纺纱同时具备了改性棉纤维和改性羊绒纤维的优点以外,混纺纱的纱线质量提高、制成率高,同时节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是一种改性棉纤维与羊绒纤维混纺色纱的纺纱工艺。
背景技术
棉纤维染色技术具有以下优点:色纺纱的织物艳丽美观,层次清晰,可生产出绚丽多彩的时装面料。可以根据人为要求染出多种颜色,且色泽鲜艳。可以进行混合纺纱,一根纱线上可以有多种不同的颜色,产生意想不到的效果,克服了传统棉纱、坯布染色较为单一的缺点。染棉对色差要求不高,色棉通过混棉、开清棉、并条来消除色差。漂液、染液、洗涤液、蓬松剂液可以反复使用,省水,降低生产成本。根据污水的性质,采用不同的处理方法,降低了废水处理费用。目前棉色纺纱生产主要采用碱处理,这种方法存在不少问题,主要表现棉纤维的前处理、染色是色纺工艺过程的关键工序。棉纤维中除了含有94%的纤维素纤维外,还存在6%的杂质(果胶、腊质、灰分等纤维素共生物)。这些杂质的存在,使棉纤维吸湿性差,后道染色困难。因此,棉纤维绿色环保的生物酶处理方法代替传统的碱处理是必然趋势。
现有羊绒织物的处理工艺存在处理后的织物质量差,容易脱色等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性棉纤维与羊绒纤维混纺色纱的纺纱工艺,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够同时改善棉纤维与羊绒纤维染色时存在的问题,制得的混纺纱染色性能优异,节能环保。
本发明提供了一种改性棉纤维与羊绒纤维混纺色纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)棉纤维的改性处理:棉纤维的改性处理包括前处理、染色处理和柔化处理,所述前处理包括对棉纤维进行沸水煮、碱性果胶酶浸渍处理、水洗,沸水煮的时间为40 min,碱性果胶酶浸渍处理的工艺参数为,碱性果胶酶的用量0.3-1.0g/L,温度55-60℃,时间45-55min,pH值8.4-9.2,渗透剂JFC 1-2 g/L,浴比16:1,然后水洗10分钟;
所述染色处理为在60℃的温度下,用染料溶液对棉纤维浸泡作用10 min,NaCl溶液浸泡20 min,然后将温度升高到85℃,在85℃下用Na2CO3溶液浸泡25 min;
所述柔化处理为用柔化剂溶液浸泡棉纤维,有机硅用量11 g/L,温度50℃,处理时间60min,然后烘干到含水率8-10%,即得改性棉纤维;
(2)羊绒纤维的改性:用0.1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠洗涤剂,浴比1:25,温度60℃下对羊绒纤维进行预处理,预处理时间为25-40分钟,然后用增白剂处理,把配制好的增白剂加入到染色机内,以浴比1:30加入预处理过的羊绒纤维,在88-92℃的温度下处理35-45分钟,然而清洗脱水,最后用染色剂进行染色处理,即得改性羊绒纤维;
(3)原料混合:将改性棉纤维和改性羊绒纤维混合后依次在抓棉机、混开棉机、振动棉箱上开松、混合、成卷,原料的重量不匀率控制在1.0以内;
(4)开清棉:混开棉机的输棉帘与压棉帘速度为1.5m/min,角钉帘速度85m/min,开棉机梳针滚筒速度450r/min,与尘棒间隔距进口2mm,出口20mm,给棉罗拉转速位33r/min;
(5)梳棉:锡林速度280r/min,刺辊速度758r/min,道夫速度10r/min,盖板速度195mm/min,锡林到盖板的隔距为0.32mm、0.30mm、0.28mm、0.25mm、0.33mm,给棉板到刺辊的隔距为0.15mm,刺辊到锡林的隔距为0.18mm,锡林到道夫的隔距为0.12mm;
(6)并条:采用三道并条,所述并条工序中,棉条定重设定为390gn/6yds、二并380gn/6yds、末并360gn/6yds,初牵伸倍数设定为头并1.58 倍、二并1.45倍和末并1.36倍;
(7)气流纺:将经过并条工序的棉条在气流纺上进行纺纱。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述增白剂包括以下重量百分的组分:1- 2%荧光增白剂、2-4%尿素相对、3-5%醋酸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的纺纱工艺制得的混纺纱同时具备了改性棉纤维和改性羊绒纤维的优点以外,混纺纱的纱线质量提高、制成率高,同时节能环保。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种改性棉纤维与羊绒纤维混纺色纱的纺纱工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)棉纤维的改性处理:棉纤维的改性处理包括前处理、染色处理和柔化处理,所述前处理包括对棉纤维进行沸水煮、碱性果胶酶浸渍处理、水洗,沸水煮的时间为40 min,碱性果胶酶浸渍处理的工艺参数为,碱性果胶酶的用量0.3-1.0g/L,温度55-60℃,时间45-55min,pH值8.4-9.2,渗透剂JFC 1-2 g/L,浴比16:1,然后水洗10分钟;
所述染色处理为在60℃的温度下,用染料溶液对棉纤维浸泡作用10 min,NaCl溶液浸泡20 min,然后将温度升高到85℃,在85℃下用Na2CO3溶液浸泡25 min;
所述柔化处理为用柔化剂溶液浸泡棉纤维,有机硅用量11 g/L,温度50℃,处理时间60min,然后烘干到含水率8-10%,即得改性棉纤维;
(2)羊绒纤维的改性:用0.1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠洗涤剂,浴比1:25,温度60℃下对羊绒纤维进行预处理,预处理时间为25-40分钟,然后用增白剂处理,把配制好的增白剂加入到染色机内,以浴比1:30加入预处理过的羊绒纤维,在88-92℃的温度下处理35-45分钟,然而清洗脱水,最后用染色剂进行染色处理,即得改性羊绒纤维;
(3)原料混合:将改性棉纤维和改性羊绒纤维混合后依次在抓棉机、混开棉机、振动棉箱上开松、混合、成卷,原料的重量不匀率控制在1.0以内;

(7)气流纺:将经过并条工序的棉条在气流纺上进行纺纱。

Claims (2)
1.一种改性棉纤维与羊绒纤维混纺色纱的纺纱工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)棉纤维的改性处理:棉纤维的改性处理包括前处理、染色处理和柔化处理,所述前处理包括对棉纤维进行沸水煮、碱性果胶酶浸渍处理、水洗,沸水煮的时间为40 min,碱性果胶酶浸渍处理的工艺参数为,碱性果胶酶的用量0.3-1.0g/L,温度55-60℃,时间45-55min,pH值8.4-9.2,渗透剂JFC 1-2 g/L,浴比16:1,然后水洗10分钟;
所述染色处理为在60℃的温度下,用染料溶液对棉纤维浸泡作用10 min,NaCl溶液浸泡20 min,然后将温度升高到85℃,在85℃下用Na2CO3溶液浸泡25 min;
所述柔化处理为用柔化剂溶液浸泡棉纤维,有机硅用量11 g/L,温度50℃,处理时间60min,然后烘干到含水率8-10%,即得改性棉纤维;

(6)并条:采用三道并条,所述并条工序中,棉条定重设定为390gn/6yds、二并380gn/6yds、末并360gn/6yds,初牵伸倍数设定为头并1.58 倍、二并1.45倍和末并1.36倍;
(7)气流纺:将经过并条工序的棉条在气流纺上进行纺纱。
