Abstract
本发明涉及一种肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其包括:蛋白质,脂肪,碳水化合物,维生素,矿物盐,磷脂,L‑谷氨酰胺,L‑精氨酸,L‑肉碱,核苷酸、牛磺酸,DHA和风味营养物;所述蛋白质包括海洋鱼低聚肽,所述碳水化合物包括膳食纤维。本发明提供的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,包括丰富的基本营养物质,还包括利于抑制病症、有益康复和助于消化的组分,组分之间协同作用好,口感好,具有止吐效果。其中深海鱼低聚肽是一种短肽,水溶性好、易于人体吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养支持领域,尤其是一种肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉。
背景技术
营养不良及机体消耗是肿瘤患者常见的致死因素,直接影响肿瘤的效果,增加并发症发生率,降低生存质量,甚至影响结局。肿瘤患者的营养支持已成为肿瘤多学科综合治疗的重要组成部分。合理、有效地提供营养支持对改善肿瘤患者的结局及生活质量具有积极作用。
肿瘤病人发生营养不良及体重下降的原因是多方面的,主要原因包括:进食减少、代谢异常、急性炎性反应增加等。由于手术、化疗、放疗等抗肿瘤治疗均可以引起肿瘤病人的紧时间少,肿瘤本身引起的消化道梗阻等也常是进食减少的原因之一。
营养支持的目的是给机体提供适当的营养底物,减轻代谢紊乱和骨骼肌消耗,改善机体生理及免疫功能,缓解疲劳、厌食等症状,降低促炎细胞因子水平,改善机体活力,降低治疗中断的风险,并帮助患者安全度过治疗阶段,减少或避免由治疗引起的副作用,改善症状,提高生存质量。
蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质和水是六大营养素,其中碳水化合物中划分出的膳食纤维又称第七大营养素。这些营养素都是人体必需的物质,但是每一类的对人体的作用多不相同,而且每一类下都包括各种种类的具体物质,功能差别很大。
蛋白质种类繁多,其中,海洋鱼低聚肽具有抗氧化、降血压、降胆固醇等多种生理活性。其对羟基自由基的清楚能力与维生素C接近。有一些研究已证实,针对某些肿瘤治疗副反应的症状,口服水解胶原蛋白是有一定疗效的。比如患有皮肤炎症和干燥的病人,一般通过涂抹润肤剂进行治疗。由于水解胶原蛋白具有低抗原性而且不产生过敏反应等优点,可以通过口服水解胶原蛋白进行治疗。日本横滨市立大学助理教授Tomoko Okawa等人研究了口服水解胶原蛋白三肽对治疗皮肤干燥和瘙痒的疗效作用,结果表明,水解胶原蛋白三肽可以促进皮肤成纤维细胞中透明质酸的生成,并且可以减少皮肤失水量和抑制抓挠行为。
北京大学Zhang Zhaofeng等研究了海生水解胶原蛋白(提取自大马哈鱼皮)对创伤愈合的疗效。结果表明,口服了水解胶原蛋白的一组小鼠相对于对照小鼠,其伤口缝合及组织再生更快、血管再生能力更强、胶原纤维形成更厚更好。
日本明治有限责任公司博士chisato Oba等人研究了口服水解胶原蛋白对改善紫外线诱导的表皮功能缺损和皮肤弹性的作用。实验发现,水解胶原蛋白可以减少表皮水分的流失、降低表皮厚度和增加角质层含水量,从而验证了口服水解胶原蛋白可以改善紫外光诱导的表皮功能损伤并提高皮肤弹性。
现有肿瘤患者使用的营养类产品存在的技术局限包括:口感不好,容易加剧厌食、恶心、呕吐等症状,对肿瘤患者长期ONS(oralnutritionalsupplements、口服营养补充)的依从性研究发现:54%的患者因为口味原因停止使用ONS;另外还包括供能比不适宜,缺少膳食纤维、免疫调节剂等不足。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了解决现有技术的上述问题,本发明提供一种营养丰富、均衡、肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其包括:乳清蛋白,海洋鱼低聚肽,脂肪,碳水化合物,维生素,矿物盐,磷脂,L-谷氨酰胺,L-精氨酸,L-肉碱,牛磺酸,ω-3脂肪酸,核苷酸和风味营养物;所述蛋白质包括海洋鱼低聚肽,所述碳水化合物包括膳食纤维,所述ω-3脂肪酸包括DHA。
优选的,所述ω-3脂肪酸还包括EPA和/或ALA。
优选的,所述脂肪还包括辛癸酸甘油酯和/或大豆油,所述磷脂包括大豆卵磷脂。
优选的,所述矿物盐包括氯化镁,硫酸锌,硫酸亚铁,碘酸钾,乳矿物盐和酪朊酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述维生素包括维生素A,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B3,维生素B5,维生素B6,维生素B9,维生素B12,维生素C,维生素D和维生素E。
优选的,所述碳水化合物还包括麦芽糊精;所述膳食纤维包括大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖和聚葡萄糖中的一种或多种;所述风味营养物包括椰子粉和/或姜粉。

本发明还提供一种配置如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉的方法:由乳清蛋白粉,深海鱼胶原蛋白粉,麦芽糊精,植脂末,椰子粉,大豆油,大豆膳食纤维粉,辛癸酸甘油酯,酪朊酸钠,磷脂,乳矿物盐,氯化镁,硫酸亚铁,硫酸锌,低聚果糖,聚葡萄糖,维生素,L-谷氨酰胺,L-精氨酸,L-肉碱,牛磺酸,ω-3脂肪酸,核苷酸和姜粉配置而成。
本发明还提供一种营养饮料,其包括:如上述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉2份,水5至8份。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,包括丰富的基本营养物质,还包括利于抑制病症、有益康复和助于消化的组分,组分之间协同作用好,口感好,止吐效果好。其中海洋鱼低聚肽是一种短肽,水溶性好、易于人体吸收;磷脂在溶液中时有良好的乳化作用,使得油溶性物质也可以溶于水中;
牛磺酸利于人体对脂类的吸收,还可优化肠道菌群结构;L-谷氨酰胺能促进蛋白质合成,增肌,L-肉碱能促进脂肪转化为能量,L-精氨酸有助于解毒;都有力利于人体更好的利用营养物质;
深海鱼低聚肽可以提升免疫力,L-谷氨酰胺有重要的免疫调节功能,抗氧化,L-精氨酸能刺激腺体分泌激素或免疫细胞,对抗癌细胞和病毒,防感染,ω-3脂肪酸中的DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)、EPA(二十碳五烯酸)等有助于抑制癌症、抑制炎症,ALA(α-亚麻酸,十八碳三烯酸)是DHA和EPA在体内的代谢前体,牛磺酸有助于改善内分泌系统;
同时,磷脂是重要的细胞膜组分,L-谷氨酰胺利于维持人体粘膜结构,消除溃疡病灶,牛磺酸可增加红细胞膜稳定,L-精氨酸合成的物质有助于组织修复,核苷酸是合成核酸必需的原料;
磷脂疏通血管,防止血栓,ω-3脂肪酸具有抗炎症、抗血栓形成、抗心律形成、降低血脂、舒张血管的特性,其中的DHA有助于大脑发育,牛磺酸有利于眼、神经、脑的修复、保养;生姜可促使血管发生扩张,产生温暖作用。
以上物质在溶解、吸收、营养、免疫、修复和保养等方面相互促进,配合效果好。
辛癸酸甘油酯与磷脂配合,使得本发明的乳化性更好,同时自身作为一种油脂,可以调节油脂组分。乳矿物盐富含钙磷,酪朊酸钠富含氨基酸和钠。而且二者都来源于牛乳,带有淡淡的奶香,酪朊酸钠还是优良的乳化剂。核苷酸是合成核酸的重要原料,还有免疫调节作用;同时作为食品添加剂中的调味剂成分,使本发明口味更好。椰子粉富含营养元素,同时味甘、性温、生津,使口感更佳温润。
大豆油、大豆膳食纤维和大豆卵磷脂都来自于大豆(黄豆),制备较为方便、节省原料和工序。大豆油富含亚油酸,还含有多种脂肪酸,能量密度高,在代谢中可以提供的能量比糖类和蛋白质约高一倍,还能促进油溶性维生素的吸收,ω-3脂肪酸是人体不能产生的,必须从外界摄入,称为必需脂肪酸。
乳清蛋白含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,乳糖含量低;与深海鱼低聚肽同为蛋白质,能协同促进体液免疫。麦芽糊精与低聚果糖和聚葡萄糖在溶解后更好的增加溶液粘稠度。麦芽糊精还可降低脂肪酸转化成酮体的数量,预防中毒。低聚果糖和聚葡萄糖有助于改善肠胃菌群,同时提供甜味,且能诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。
生姜性辛微温,入肺脾胃经,发汗解表,具有降逆止吐的功效;蛋白质可以调理化疗后延迟性的呕吐和恶心,病人恶心的发作要减少60%以上,止吐药的使用量也减少一半。
硫酸亚铁和硫酸锌酸根相同,制备、添加较方便。
脂肪占比较高达到20%-25%,利用脂肪酸类物质向正常细胞提供营养,减少肿瘤细胞所需的单糖。为了提高乳化性,酪朊酸钠含量达0.5-1.5g,同时提供了人体必需的钠盐。L-肉碱和牛磺酸含量分别达到0.05-0.1g,可以更好的吸收、消化脂肪。维生素C达到0.04-0.08g,可以抗氧化,还促进蛋白质合成抗体。
本发明提供的营养饮料,包括七大营养素,包括适于提高肿瘤患者抗病能力、利于消除病症的成分,基于主体成分,还包括即提高口感又提高营养的物质,各物质相互配合效果好。口感好,利于服用,增进食欲,有止吐作用。

每100g肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉中含乳清蛋白10g,深海鱼低聚肽16g,大豆油19g,辛癸酸甘油酯2g,氢化植物油3g,麦芽糊精37g,大豆膳食纤维4g,低聚果糖1g,聚葡萄糖1g,维生素A 0.5×10-3gRE,维生素B10.9×10-3g,维生素B20.9×10-3g,维生素B30.009g,维生素B50.019g,维生素B60.9×10-3g,维生素B980×10-6g,维生素B121×10-6g,维生素C 0.08g,维生素D 3×10-6g,维生素E 0.025gα-TE,酪朊酸钠1g,氯化镁0.2g,硫酸亚铁10×10-3g,硫酸锌10×10-3g,卵磷脂0.12g,L-谷氨酰胺0.1g,L-精氨酸0.07g,L-肉碱0.06g,牛磺酸0.06g,ω-3脂肪酸0.06g,核苷酸0.01g,余量为椰子粉;其中ω-3脂肪酸中包括DHA0.04g,余量为EPA和α-亚麻酸。
本实施例含有人体必备的8种氨基酸、脂肪酸、维生素、矿物质,补充能量,还可以维持人体内抗氧化剂水平,维持消化道环境,刺激免疫系统,提高解毒能力,促进组织修复。适合肿瘤患者口感,满足肿瘤患者的营养需求,还能对肿瘤患者进行免疫调节,抑制肿瘤的生长、复发和转移,降低肿瘤手术术后并发症,增加肿瘤放化疗的耐受性,改善肿瘤患者的生活质量和生存期。
可应用于以下环境:
“荷瘤”状态——肿瘤引起的机体代谢异常状态;肿瘤生长部位相应器官功能影响;
手术——术前禁食,过早进入分解代谢;术后感染;
化疗——恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻、消化道粘膜受损;

本实施例外观上呈鹅黄色粉状,有清淡椰香味,冲制后有淡姜根香味,入口顺滑,饮用舒畅,有效刺激食欲舒缓肠胃止吐,增加患者对营养素吸收率,提高营养补充,增强身体机能。

本实施例作口感评定实验:
口感评定志愿者:30人(18岁以上,肿瘤患者)。
营养粉处理方式:每20g一份,每人分发多份供实验,先检查营养粉状态,再将本实施例营养粉每1份兑水3.5份,倒入无色透明容器中,置于明亮处,观察其状态、色泽、嗅其气味,品尝其滋味。
评价指标及分数

本次感官评价中,对产品的口感、外观、香味等多个方面进行感官考察分析,其中气味方面满意度在86~92%,外观87%,使用者初步接触到该产品是欣然接受的。口感方面入口后稠度83%、包裹感88%、回味81%,良好。止吐效果和刺激食欲效果80%/81%,整体效果优秀。
化疗药物之所以能引起恶心、呕吐等副作用,是因为这些药物经过肠胃道时刺激释放了血清素,而血清素结合了一个叫5-HT3受体的蛋白,就会导致这些副作用;而生姜中含有一种叫做姜酚的化学成分,是5-HT3受体的抑制剂,可以抑制和减少消化道内引起恶心的氧化物。但是生姜不良反应多,会导致一系列肠胃道反应。而本实施例中可见,本实施例的营养粉止吐效果明显,同时在牛磺酸、海洋鱼低聚肽和椰子粉等的协同作用下,并未产生较明显的肠胃道反应。
本实施例由乳清蛋白粉,深海鱼胶原蛋白粉,麦芽糊精,植脂末,椰子粉,大豆油,大豆膳食纤维粉,辛癸酸甘油酯,酪朊酸钠,磷脂,乳矿物盐,氯化镁,硫酸亚铁,硫酸锌,低聚果糖,聚葡萄糖,维生素,L-谷氨酰胺,L-精氨酸,L-肉碱,牛磺酸,ω-3脂肪酸,核苷酸和姜粉配置而成。其中ω-3脂肪酸也可以是DHA藻油。

可以看出本对比例的配方相对本发明有所不同,主要是蛋白含量偏低、牛磺酸含量偏低,麦芽糖含量加高、酪朊酸钠含量加高等,造成了满意度各方面的下降。尤其是入口芳香味和刺激食欲两项大大下降,即使在提高生姜含量的情况下,止吐效果也大幅下降。经实验,在配料合适的前提下,同样止吐效果所需的姜酚的含量远小于配料不合适时,只需控制在0.2-0.3g即可。

产品处理方式:参考实施例2,采用大豆蛋白、酪蛋白粉代替乳清蛋白,不添加椰子粉;20g/袋,每人分发5袋;先将产品打开暴露在常温、避光环境下半个小时,再请实验者看分装形式,再用温水冲调至80ml左右,倒入无色透明容器中,置于明亮处,观察其状态、色泽、嗅其气味,品尝其滋味。
结果:
满意度分析
1)冲调前气味:13/30=43.3%;2)冲调后外观:23/30=76.7%;
3)冲调后气味:15/30=50%;4)入口后稠度:24/30=80%;
5)入口后芳香味:13/30=43.3%;6)口腔包裹感:22/30=73.3%;
7)风味强度:10/30=33.3%;8)回味:15/30=50%;
9)止吐效果:12/30=40%;10)刺激食欲:12/30=40%。
对比试验结果显示,只有冲调后外观、入口后稠度、口腔包裹感满意度是及格的,但这三项与产品味道关系不大;其余项目均不及格,实验者感官评价很差,而且加剧了恶心呕吐,降低食欲。
上实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,本说明书不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (10)
1.一种肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于,其包括:乳清蛋白,海洋鱼低聚肽,脂肪,碳水化合物,维生素,矿物盐,磷脂,L-谷氨酰胺,L-精氨酸,L-肉碱,牛磺酸,ω-3脂肪酸,核苷酸和风味营养物;
所述碳水化合物包括膳食纤维,所述ω-3脂肪酸包括DHA。
2.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:所述ω-3脂肪酸还包括EPA和/或ALA。
3.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:所述脂肪还包括辛癸酸甘油酯和/或大豆油,所述磷脂包括大豆卵磷脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:所述矿物盐包括氯化镁,硫酸锌,硫酸亚铁,碘酸钾,乳矿物盐和酪朊酸钠中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:所述维生素包括维生素A,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B3,维生素B5,维生素B6,维生素B9,维生素B12,维生素C,维生素D和维生素E。
6.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:所述碳水化合物还包括麦芽糊精;
所述膳食纤维包括大豆膳食纤维、低聚果糖和聚葡萄糖中的一种或多种;
所述风味营养物包括椰子粉和/或姜粉。
7.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:每100g肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉中含乳清蛋白8-12g,海洋鱼低聚肽12-16g,脂肪20-25g,碳水化合物40-50g,维生素0.8-1g,矿物盐不大于1.5g,磷脂0.1-0.3g,L-谷氨酰胺0.1-0.3g,L-精氨酸0.05-0.15g,L-肉碱0.05-0.1g,牛磺酸0.05-0.1g,ω-3脂肪酸0.04-0.1g,核苷酸0.01-0.02g,风味营养物4-6g;
所述碳水化合物中的膳食纤维为4-8g,所述矿物盐中矿物质元素0.5-0.6g。
8.如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉,其特征在于:每100g肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉中含乳清蛋白8-12g,海洋鱼低聚肽12-16g,大豆油12-22g,辛癸酸甘油酯1-7g,氢化植物油1-3g,麦芽糊精35-45g,大豆膳食纤维4-6g,低聚果糖不大于2g,聚葡萄糖不大于2g,维生素A 0.4×10-3-0.5×10-3g RE,维生素B1 0.5×10-3-0.9×10-3g,维生素B2 0.6×10-3-0.9×10-3g,维生素B3 0.004-0.009g,维生素B5 0.01-0.019g,维生素B6 0.7×10-3-0.9×10-3g,维生素B9 40×10-6-80×10-6g,维生素B12 0.8×10-6-1×10-6g,维生素C 0.04-0.08g,维生素D 1×10-6-3×10-6g,维生素E 0.02-0.025gα-TE,酪朊酸钠0.5-1.5g,氯化镁0.12-0.2g,硫酸亚铁5×10-3-10×10-3g,硫酸锌6×10-3-10×10-3g,卵磷脂0.08-0.12g,L-谷氨酰胺0.08-0.1g,L-精氨酸0.05-0.07g,L-肉碱0.05-0.06g,牛磺酸0.05-0.06g,ω-3脂肪酸0.04-0.06g,核苷酸0.01-0.02g,椰子粉3-6g。
9.一种配置如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉的方法,其特征在于:由乳清蛋白粉,深海鱼胶原蛋白粉,麦芽糊精,植脂末,椰子粉,大豆油,大豆膳食纤维粉,辛癸酸甘油酯,酪朊酸钠,磷脂,乳矿物盐,氯化镁,硫酸亚铁,硫酸锌,低聚果糖,聚葡萄糖,维生素,L-谷氨酰胺,L-精氨酸,L-肉碱,牛磺酸,ω-3脂肪酸,核苷酸和姜粉配置而成。
10.一种营养饮料,其特征在于,其包括:如权利要求1所述的肿瘤患者适用的具有止吐口感的营养粉2份,水5至8份。
