背景技术
健康饮酒、理性饮酒的消费理念也深入人心，健康已成为人们的最根本的需要。而传统的保健酒主要是以食药两用植物和通常使用的补品性中药材（如人参）为原料，根据中医验方经浸提制成的，这种保健酒成分十分复杂，功效不确切，而且常具有特定的颜色（如黄色、棕色）和特殊的中药气味，极大地制约了这种保健酒的社会消费量，而普通白酒又不具备健康内涵，不能满足消费者的健康需求。因此研发一种玛咖酒十分必要。
