本发明提供了一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,选取原材料;步骤2,整经;步骤3,编织;步骤4,染色;步骤5,柔软处理;步骤6,深冷处理;本发明所代表的舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,该面料比重轻,具有良好的蓬松性、抗静电性;手感柔软,保暖性能优良;面料表面纤维非常光滑,具有华丽的光泽和抗起毛起球性能,洗涤不变形;编织采用三维正交织机,有效克服了二维编织的分层问题,面料的强度和刚度强,抗损伤容限高;最后将面料进行深冷处理,采用液氮作为冷源,液氮汽化获得低温环境,无毒无味,环境友好,经深冷处理后的面料界面性能提高20%以上,机械拉伸性能和耐磨性能明显提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对穿衣的要求也越来越高。御寒服由传统的“暖、厚、重、肿”逐步向“暖、轻、薄、 柔、健”发展。
面料的保暖性、弹性、舒适性是永恒主题。面料的保暖功能是防护人体过多地失掉热量,防止不利的环境和气候对人体的影响。至于面料的舒适性,随着生活品质的提高,就要求能具备贴身穿不刺激皮肤、不起静电、不起球等优良特性。而现有的保暖内衣大多在前述特性上还有待完善。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案为:一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:选取原材料:22.0tex的纱线99.8%-99.9%以及2.0tex防静电丝0.1%-0.2%,所述纱线由安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维混纺编织而成,其各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述安哥拉山羊毛纤维占36%-44%,所述丝光羊毛纤维占44%-52%,所述羊绒纤维占12%-20%,对安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维依次进行进行酶处理后经复精梳工艺和纺纱工艺制成纱线;
步骤2:整经:将步骤1中选取的纱线和防静电丝混合进行整经;
步骤3:编织:将步骤2中整经后的盘头装入织机进行编织,所述织机采用三维正交织机编织成轻质超厚面料,面料在平面内的两组纱线不参加交织,编织过程中经线和纬线都没有屈曲;
步骤4:染色:准备染缸,在染缸中加入染料,将步骤3中编织完成的面料进行一次水洗后放入染缸中进行染色,将染色后的面料放入烘箱进行一次烘干,将一次烘干后的面料进行固色处理,将固色后的面料进行二次烘干;
步骤5:柔软处理:将步骤4中染色完成的面料进行柔软处理,选用的柔软剂为水溶性有机硅柔软剂,水溶性有机硅柔软剂用量为双面面料重量的1-2%;
步骤6:深冷处理:将步骤5中柔软处理后的面料采用液氮进行深冷处理,温度控制在-100℃~-196℃,时间为0.5-1h;
进一步的,步骤1中,所述复精梳工艺依次为混条—针梳—精梳—针梳—成条完成复精梳,所述纺纱工艺依次为混条—头粗—二粗—三粗—四粗—末粗—粗纱存放—细纱—蒸纱—烘纱—自络筒—蒸纱—烘纱工序,所述酶处理使用蛋白酶进行处理,蛋白酶用量为安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维总重量的0.1-0.2%;
进一步的,步骤2中,整经时,车速为每分钟100~200转,整经张力为10~15cN/tex;整经车间温度18℃~26℃,相对湿度60%~65%;
进一步的,步骤4中所述一次烘干时控制温度在70℃-80℃,所述二次烘干时控制温度在45℃-50℃,所述固色处理为将双面面料浸入放入固色剂的溶液中浸泡30-40分钟,固色温度为32℃-35℃。
本发明具有有益效果:
本发明所代表的舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,该面料比重轻,具有良好的蓬松性、抗静电性;手感柔软,保暖性能优良;面料表面纤维非常光滑,具有华丽的光泽和抗起毛起球性能,洗涤不变形;编织采用三维正交织机,有效克服了二维编织的分层问题,面料的强度和刚度强,抗损伤容限高;最后将面料进行深冷处理,采用液氮作为冷源,液氮汽化获得低温环境,无毒无味,环境友好,经深冷处理后的面料界面性能提高20%以上,机械拉伸性能和耐磨性能明显提升。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:选取原材料:22.0tex的纱线99.8%-99.9%以及2.0tex防静电丝0.1%-0.2%,所述纱线由安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维混纺编织而成,其各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述安哥拉山羊毛纤维占36%,所述丝光羊毛纤维占44%,所述羊绒纤维占20%,对安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维依次进行进行酶处理后经复精梳工艺和纺纱工艺制成纱线;
步骤2:整经:将步骤1中选取的纱线和防静电丝混合进行整经;
步骤3:编织:将步骤2中整经后的盘头装入织机进行编织,所述织机采用三维正交织机编织成轻质超厚面料,面料在平面内的两组纱线不参加交织,编织过程中经线和纬线都没有屈曲,其结构如图2所示;
步骤4:染色:准备染缸,在染缸中加入染料,将步骤3中编织完成的面料进行一次水洗后放入染缸中进行染色,将染色后的面料放入烘箱进行一次烘干,将一次烘干后的面料进行固色处理,将固色后的面料进行二次烘干;
步骤5:柔软处理:将步骤4中染色完成的面料进行柔软处理,选用的柔软剂为水溶性有机硅柔软剂,水溶性有机硅柔软剂用量为双面面料重量的1%;
步骤6:深冷处理:将步骤5中柔软处理后的面料采用液氮进行深冷处理,温度控制在-100℃℃,时间为1h;

1.一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其特征在于,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:选取原材料:22.0tex的纱线99.8%-99.9%以及2.0tex防静电丝0.1%-0.2%,所述纱线由安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维混纺编织而成,其各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述安哥拉山羊毛纤维占36%-44%,所述丝光羊毛纤维占44%-52%,所述羊绒纤维占12%-20%,对安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维依次进行进行酶处理后经复精梳工艺和纺纱工艺制成纱线;
步骤2:整经:将步骤1中选取的纱线和防静电丝混合进行整经;
步骤3:编织:将步骤2中整经后的盘头装入织机进行编织,所述织机采用三维正交织机编织成轻质超厚面料,面料在平面内的两组纱线不参加交织,编织过程中经线和纬线都没有屈曲;
步骤4:染色:准备染缸,在染缸中加入染料,将步骤3中编织完成的面料进行一次水洗后放入染缸中进行染色,将染色后的面料放入烘箱进行一次烘干,将一次烘干后的面料进行固色处理,将固色后的面料进行二次烘干;
步骤5:柔软处理:将步骤4中染色完成的面料进行柔软处理,选用的柔软剂为水溶性有机硅柔软剂,水溶性有机硅柔软剂用量为双面面料重量的1-2%;
步骤6:深冷处理:将步骤5中柔软处理后的面料采用液氮进行深冷处理,温度控制在-100℃~-196℃,时间为0.5-1h。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述复精梳工艺依次为混条—针梳—精梳—针梳—成条完成复精梳,所述纺纱工艺依次为混条—头粗—二粗—三粗—四粗—末粗—粗纱存放—细纱—蒸纱—烘纱—自络筒—蒸纱—烘纱工序,所述酶处理使用蛋白酶进行处理,蛋白酶用量为安哥拉山羊毛纤维、丝光羊毛纤维以及羊绒纤维总重量的0.1-0.2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其特征在于,步骤2中,整经时,车速为每分钟100~200转,整经张力为10~15cN/tex;整经车间温度18℃~26℃,相对湿度60%~65%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种舒绒保暖全羊毛针织面料,其特征在于,步骤4中所述一次烘干时控制温度在70℃-80℃,所述二次烘干时控制温度在45℃-50℃,所述固色处理为将双面面料浸入放入固色剂的溶液中浸泡30-40分钟,固色温度为32℃-35℃。
