Abstract
本发明提供一种能够形成兼具稿红外光反射性与高可见光透过性,且具有高透明性的红外反射性涂膜的红外反射性涂料组合物。其是含有红外反射性颜料以及树脂成分的红外反射性涂料组合物,所述红外反射性颜料包括由电介质层与金属薄膜层交互层叠形成且最外层配置成所述电介质层的层叠体,所述电介质层由选自二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌以及氧化锡形成的组的1种或2种以上物质形成,所述金属薄膜层由银化合物形成,所述金属薄膜层的膜厚为5~15nm,以可见光及其周边区域的入射光的波长λ为250~980nm,所述电介质层的折射率为r,则所述电介质层的膜厚为((Nλ)/(4r))±20nm,其中,N=1、2或3,所述红外反射性颜料中,粒径为1μm以下的所述红外反射性颜料的比例为10体积%以下。

技术领域
本发明涉及红外反射性涂料组合物。
背景技术
近年来,作为显示增长的节能对策之一,提出了用于在建筑物或道路表面形成发射红外光的隔热涂膜的各种隔热涂料(例如,参考专利文献1及2)。这些隔热涂料,利用了通过使用二氧化钛等红外光反射率高的颜料的减色混色法技术来进行调色。
但是,具有红外光反射能力的颜料,通常具有也反射可见光的特征。另外,在调色时,必须选择吸收红外光较少的着色颜料,尤其是在黑色等深色系中由于二氧化钛的颜料比率较少导致红外光的反射率降低等,对颜料的选择有很大限制。因此,现状是上述技术不能适用于要求高外观性的用途,必须使这些能够适用于外观性高的涂膜,因而要求一种用于实现兼具高红外光反射性与高可见光透过性的涂膜的红外反射性颜料。
作为如上所述红外反射性颜料,例如,作为使可见光透过的同时能够反射红外光的颜料,提出了使用ITO(掺锡氧化铟)或ATO(掺锑氧化锡)等的透明导电性的无机微粒子的颜料(例如参考专利文献3)、由作为热辐射遮挡成分的纳米尺寸的六硼化物微粒子形成的颜料(例如,参考专利文献4)、通过利用氧化物的多层膜进行光干的颜料(例如,参考专利文献5)等。另外提出了在透明树脂中混炼有具有热辐射反射能力的二氧化钛或由二氧化钛被覆的云母等无机粒子的热辐射遮挡板(例如,参考专利文献6及7)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
然而,专利文献3的颜料存在吸收近红外光的问题,专利文献4的颜料存在虽然红外反射率较高但是可见光透过性差的问题,专利文献5的颜料存在能够反射的红外光的波长区域较为狭窄的问题。另外,专利文献6及7的热辐射遮挡板,不仅无机粒子自身的热辐射反射率较低,且存在在树脂与二氧化钛之间的界面反射可见光的问题。
因此,现状是,还没有明确含有兼具高红外光反射性及高可见光透过性的红外反射性颜料的涂膜的技术。另外,除了这些,含有红外反射性颜料而形成的涂膜的透明性较低,存在不能获得希望的涂膜外观的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述问题完成的,其目的在于,提供一种能够形成兼具高红外光反射性与高可见光透过性、且具有高透明性的红外反射性涂膜的红外反射性涂料组合物。
解决课题的手段
为了达成上述目的,本发明是含有鳞片状红外反射性颜料和树脂成分的红外反射性涂料组合物,所述红外反射性颜料包括由电介质层与金属薄膜层交互层叠形成且最外层配置成所述电介质层的层叠体,所述电介质层由选自二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌以及氧化锡形成的组的1种或2种以上物质形成,所述金属薄膜层由银化合物形成,所述金属薄膜层的膜厚为5~15nm,以可见光及其周边区域的入射光的波长λ为250~980nm,所述电介质层的折射率为r,则所述电介质层的膜厚为((Nλ)/(4r))±20nm,其中,N=1、2或3,所述红外反射性颜料中,粒径为1μm以下的所述红外反射性颜料的比例为10体积%以下。
优选地,所述层叠体为3层或5层的层叠体。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供形成兼具高红外光反射性与高可见光透过性、且具有高透明性的红外反射性涂膜的红外反射性涂料组合物。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。需要说明的是,本发明不限于下述实施方式。
根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物,用于在例如玻璃、金属、塑料、木材、水泥基材等被涂覆物上形成涂膜。作为具体的被涂覆物,可以例举如窗玻璃、汽车、建筑物的屋顶或外壁等。
根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物,含有鳞片状的红外反射性颜料以及树脂成分。另外,除此之外,还含有作为主要成分的溶剂等。
红外反射性颜料是兼具高红外光反射性与高可见光透过性的鳞片状(扁平状)的颜料。根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料具有由电介质层与金属薄膜层交互层叠且最外层配置为电介质层的层叠体。
以下,对于根据本发明的一个实施方式的红外反射性颜料参考附图进行详细说明。
图1是显示根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料的横截面结构的示意图。图1中,作为根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料的一例,示出了红外反射性颜料1,其具有层叠体13,该层叠体13具有2层的金属薄膜层11与3层的透明的电介质层12共计5层,且这些金属薄膜层11与电介质层12交互层叠,最外层配置为电介质层12。
需要说明的是,根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1的层叠体13,不限于图1所示的5层结构,只要由金属薄膜层11和电介质层12交互层叠且最外层配置为电介质层12即可,不限层数,可以是3层或5层的层叠体。
在此情况下,即使在由不同材料形成金属薄膜层11或电介质层12的情况下,将连续形成的金属薄膜层11及电介质层12记作1层。
以下,对于金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的各层结构,进行详细说明。
金属薄膜层11具有反射红外光的功能。根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1,通过构成为具有含该金属薄膜层11的层叠体13,表现出高红外光反射性。
金属薄膜层11由银化合物形成。在本说明书中,所谓银化合物,是指以银为主要成分的化合物,也就是说含有银50质量%以上的化合物。作为银化合物,可以例举银、Au-Ag合金、Ag-In合金、Ag-Sn合金、Ag-Bi合金、Ag-Ga合金等。使金属薄膜层11为银化合物,能够获得具有高红外光反射性的红外反射性颜料1。金属薄膜层11可以由单一的银化合物形成,也可以由多种银化合物形成。
需要说明的是,具有多层金属薄膜层11的情况下,从制备的观点出发优选各金属薄膜层11由同一种类的银化合物形成,但各金属薄膜层11也可以由不同的银化合物构成。
金属薄膜层11的膜厚为5~15nm。当金属薄膜层11的膜厚小于5nm,红外反射性涂膜不能获得足够的红外光反射性,当金属薄膜层11的膜厚超过15nm,则不能获得足够的可见光透过性。金属薄膜层11的膜厚优选6~14nm。
电介质层12是透明的,作为金属薄膜层11在可见光区域的反射防止层而发挥作用。也就是说,电介质层12具有提高可见光区域的入射光的透过率的功能。根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1,通过构成为具有含该电介质层12的层叠体13,表现出高可见光透过性。
电介质层12由选自由二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌及氧化锡形成的组中的1种或2种以上形成。其中,优选使用二氧化钛及掺锡氧化铟(ITO)。
需要说明的是,从制造上的观点出发,各电介质层12优选为选自二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌及氧化锡所形成的组中的1种,但各电介质层12也可以由不同材料的混合物构成。另外,构成各电介质层12的材料的种类可以相同,也可以不同。
电介质层12的膜厚,以可见光及其周边区域的入射光的波长λ为250~980nm,以电介质层12的折射率为r,则膜厚为((Nλ)/(4r))±20nm。需要说明的是,上式中的N为1、2或3。另外,在本说明书中,可见光区域是指波长λ为380~780nm的区域。
通过将电介质层12的膜厚设定如上,电介质层12的可见光透过率良好。另外,能够利用光干涉作用来提高可见光的透过性。
需要说明的是,入射光的波长λ优选为250~780nm,更优选为250~550nm。
对于红外反射性颜料1,可以在层叠体13的表面整体或一部分上被覆具有红外反射性涂膜的劣化抑制效果的表面处理层。另外,进一步地,可以在表面处理层的表面整体或一部分上被覆促进红外反射性颜料1向涂膜表面移动的表面张力调节层,或在上述表面处理层中含有表面张力调节层。
接着,对于根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1的制备方法进行说明。
[第一制备方法]
图2是显示根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1的第一制备方法。如图2所示,红外反射性颜料1的第一制备方法,包括:在支持体10上形成由金属薄膜层11及电介质层12形成的层叠体13的步骤(以下,称作“金属薄膜层及电介质层形成步骤”)、将该层叠体13从支持体10上剥离的步骤(以下称作“剥离步骤”)以及将该层叠体13粉碎的步骤(以下称作“粉碎步骤”)。
首先,在金属薄膜层及电介质层形成步骤中,在支持体10的一侧表面(图2中为上表面)上,通过交互形成金属薄膜层及电介质层而形成层叠体13。
作为支持体10,可以是透明的也可以是不透明的,可以使用金属材料、高分子材料、氧化物材料、玻璃等。
作为金属材料,可以使用通常用于支持体等用途的金属材料。具体而言,可以列举SUS304、SUS316、SUS316L、SUS420J2、SUS630等各种不锈钢(SUS),金、白金、银、铜、镍、钴、钛、铁、铝、锡或镍-钛(Ni-Ti)合金、镍-钴(Ni-Co)合金、钴-铬(Co-Cr)合金、锌-钨(Zn-W)合金等各种合金,各种陶瓷材料等无机材料以及金属-陶瓷复合材料。这些可以1种单独使用,也可以2种以上并用。
作为高分子材料,可以使用各种树脂膜。作为其具体例,可以使用聚烯烃膜(聚乙烯、聚丙烯等)、聚酯膜(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯等)、聚氯乙烯、三醋酸纤维素等,优选使用聚酯膜。作为聚酯膜(以下称作“聚酯”),优选由二羧酸组分与二醇组分为主要构成成分的具有膜形成性的聚酯。
上述聚酯中,从透明性、机械强度、尺寸稳定性等观点出发,作为二羧酸组分,优选对苯二甲酸或2,6-萘二甲酸,作为二醇组分,优选乙二醇或1,4-环己烷二甲醇为主要构成成分的聚酯。其中,优选以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯为主要构成成分的聚酯、由对苯二甲酸与2,6-萘二甲酸以及乙二醇形成的共聚聚酯、以及这些聚酯2种以上的混合物为主要构成成分的聚酯。
作为氧化物材料,可以使用二氧化钛、酸化铝、氧化锆、云母等。
支持体10的厚度优选为0.05~10mm,更优选为0.1~5mm。支持体10可以是2片以上叠置,此时,支持体10的种类可以相同也可以不同。
需要说明的是,在支持体10的表面,优选设置以丙烯酸酯共聚树脂为原料的剥离层。对于剥离层的形成方法可以使用现有公知的方法,例如通过棒涂法、浸渍法、旋涂法、喷涂法等进行涂布。通过在支持体10的表面设置剥离层,在后续的剥离步骤中,能够容易地从支持体10剥离具有金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的层叠体13。
金属薄膜层11及电介质层12分别通过化学气相沉积法(CVD)、溅射法、溶液涂布法、电子束蒸镀法(EB)、离子镀法、浸渍法、喷涂法等,形成在支持体10上。其中,优选使用化学气相沉积法(CVD)、电子束蒸镀法(EB)、溅射法及溶液涂布法。
化学气相沉积法(CVD)、电子束蒸镀法(EB)及溅射法,通过现有公知的条件,能够形成具有金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的层叠体13。
作为溶液涂布法,调制含有金属薄膜层11的构成材料的金属含有溶液、含有电介质层12的构成材料的含电介质溶液,将这些交互地涂布以及干燥,由此可以形成具有金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的层叠体13。
作为涂布方法,可以例举辊涂法、杆棒涂布法、气刀涂布法、喷涂法、滑动式幕涂法、滑料斗(滑珠)涂布方法、挤压涂层法等。
金属薄膜溶液及电介质溶液的涂布量可以适当设定,以使得干燥后的膜厚为上述的金属薄膜层11及电介质层12各层优选膜厚范围内。
接着,在剥离步骤中,将具有金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的层叠体13,从支持体10剥离。
例如,如后所述,通过浸渍在溶剂中,能够从支持体10剥离层叠体13。如上所述,通过在支持体10的表面设置剥离层,能够容易地剥离形成于支持体10上的层叠体13。
接着,在粉碎步骤中,将从支持体10剥离的具有金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的层叠体13,粉碎至所期望的大小。
作为粉碎方法,例如,使用通过粉碎机的机械粉碎、使用振动磨、球磨机、喷磨机、超声波清洗机、超声波分散机等的湿式粉碎、干式粉碎。在湿式粉碎的情况下,作为溶剂,只要是不溶解层叠体13的构成成分的溶剂即可,例如可以是水,甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、叔丁醇、乙二醇等醇类,丙酮、甲基乙基酮等酮类,乙酸乙酯等酯类,氯仿、二氯甲烷等卤化物,丁烷、己烷等烯烃类,四氢呋喃(THF)、丁醚、二烷等醚类,苯、二甲苯、甲苯等芳香族类,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)等酰胺类,以及这些的混合溶剂。在干式粉碎时,优选将层叠体13通过液氮等进行冷却以在较硬的状态下进行粉碎。
粉碎步骤后,优选进行分级以成为所期望的粒径。作为分级的方法,可以使用现有公知的干式分级机等。例如,使用筛网的筛分机、通过水平流型或上升流型等因沉降速度与上升流速度的差对粗粒与微粉末进行分级的重力分级机、利用离心力场的粒子的沉降的离心分级机,通过急速改变含有粒子的气流的方向以使惯性较大的粒子脱离流线进行分级的惯性分级机等。
上述粉碎及分级后的根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1,粒径1μm以下的红外反射性颜料1的比例为10体积%以下。
为了使得红外反射性颜料1的粒径1μm以下的红外反射性颜料1的比例为10体积%以下,通过调节上述粉碎步骤中的输入能量,具体而言在机械粉碎的情况下的装置输出或粉碎时间即可。需要说明的是,为了使红外反射性颜料1的粒径为上述粒径的粉碎方法,没有特殊限制,可以使用上述粉碎方法的任一种。
对于红外反射性颜料的粒径及体积%,通过如下方法进行测定。
测定机器:激光衍射散射法粒度分布测定装置LS 13320(贝克曼库尔特公司制)
测定方法:湿式法(溶剂:IPA;泵速:54%)
通过使粒径1μm以下的红外反射性颜料1的比例为10体积%以下,所形成的红外反射性涂膜的雾值降低,能防止所形成的红外反射性涂膜的白斑或浊点,因此能够提高其外观性。需要说明的是,粒径1μm以下的红外反射性颜料1的比例,优选为5体积%以下。
所得的红外反射性颜料1,在粉碎步骤后,根据需要可以实施表面处理层形成步骤,进一步可以实施表面张力调节层形成步骤。
[第二制备方法]
图3是显示根据本实施方式的红外反射性颜料1的第二制备方法的图。如图3所示,红外反射性颜料1的第二制备方法包括在支持体10A上通过形成金属薄膜层及电介质层以获得层叠体13的步骤(以下,称作“金属薄膜层及电介质层形成步骤”)、将包含支持体10A的层叠体13进行粉碎的步骤(以下称作“粉碎步骤”)。第二制备方法中不设置剥离步骤,支持体10A构成红外反射性颜料1的一部分,在这一点上与第一制备方法不同。
作为支持体10A,使用在第一制备方法中所列举的材料中的透明的材料。具体而言,可以使用由二氧化钛、氧化铝、氧化锆、云母、玻璃等形成的透明材料。需要说明的是,由于不设置剥离步骤,在支持体10A的表面无需剥离层。
作为支持体10A的厚度,从在金属薄膜层及电介质层形成步骤中作为薄膜形成基材而发挥作用且在粉碎步骤中易于粉碎的观点出发,优选为0.05~100μm,更优选为0.1~50μm。
此处,作为支持体10A,可以使用作为电介质层12而发挥作用的电介质薄板10a。具体而言,可以使用能够构成电介质层12的二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌及氧化锡来作为电介质层薄板10a。电介质薄板10a的厚度是满足上述支持体10A的厚度条件,且作为电介质层12而发挥作用的厚度。具体而言,电介质薄板10a的膜厚,以可见光及其周边区域的入射光的波长λ为250~980nm,以电介质层12的折射率为r,厚度为((Nλ)/(4r))±20nm,N为1、2或3。
本实施方式中,在金属薄膜层及电介质层形成步骤中,在支持体10A的两侧表面形成金属薄膜层11及电介质层12。金属薄膜层11及电介质层12的形成方法自身与第一制备方法相同。例如,在支持体10A的两侧表面,在形成金属薄膜层11后,形成电介质层12。由此,得到下述层叠体13,即在图1所示的层叠体13中,在5层结构的最中间的第3层的电介质层12由支持体10A构成。需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,在支持体10A的两侧表面形成了金属薄膜层及电介质层,但也可以仅在一侧表面形成。
接着,通过将所得的层叠体13进行粉碎,能够得到红外反射性颜料1A。红外反射性颜料1A在粉碎步骤之后,可以实施表面处理层形成步骤,进一步还可以实施表面张力调节层形成步骤。
粉碎步骤、表面处理层形成步骤及表面张力调节层形成步骤,与第一制备方法相同。
作为红外反射性颜料1,使用上述材料。根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物中的红外反射性颜料1的含量,优选含量为使得颜料面密度为60~300%。所谓颜料面密度(%)是指,相对于在红外反射性颜料不相互重叠而在一个表面上排列的状态下,在该涂布面不存在过多或不足而尽可能的被覆的含量,实际所含有的红外反射性颜料的含量的质量比例(%)。具体而言,可以通过下式算出。

此处,WCA表示每1g的水面扩散面积,根据JIS-K5906:1998的方法求出。需要说明的是,PWC通过下式算出。

作为树脂成分,可以例举(a)丙烯酸树脂、(b)聚酯树脂、(c)醇酸树脂、(d)氟树脂、(e)环氧树脂、(f)聚氨酯树脂、(g)聚醚树脂等,这些树脂可以单独或者2种以上组合使用。尤其是,从耐候性、经济性的观点出发,优选使用丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂及醇酸树脂。
作为(a)丙烯酸树脂,可以列举由丙烯酸系单体与其他烯性不饱和单体的共聚体。作为可以用于共聚体的丙烯酸系单体,可以列举丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的甲基、乙基、丙基、正丁酯、i-丁基、t-丁基、2-乙基己基、月桂基、苯基、苯甲基、2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基等酯化物类,丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙基的己内酯的开环加成物类,丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺及N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、多元醇的(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。作为烯性不饱和单体,可以列举苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、衣康酸、马来酸、乙酸乙烯酯等。
作为(b)聚酯树脂,可以列举饱和聚酯树脂或不饱和聚酯树脂,具体而言,可以列举由多元酸与多元醇通过加热缩合得到的缩合物。作为多元酸,可以列举饱和多元酸以及不饱和多元酸,作为饱和多元酸,可以列举邻苯二甲酸酐、对苯二甲酸、琥珀酸等,作为不饱和多元酸,可以列举马来酸、马来酸酐、富马酸等。作为多元醇,可以列举二元醇、三元醇等,作为二元醇可以列举乙二醇、二乙二醇等,作为三元醇可以列举甘油、三羟甲基丙烷等。
作为(c)醇酸树脂,可以使用在上述多元酸及多元醇中进一步由油脂及油脂脂肪酸(大豆油、亚麻子油、椰子油、硬脂酸等)、天然树脂(松香、琥珀等)等改性剂反应得到的醇酸树脂。
作为(d)氟树脂,可以例举偏二氟乙烯树脂及四氟乙烯树脂的任一种或其混合物,氟代烯烃与含羟基的可聚合化合物及其他可聚合的乙烯系化合物形成的单体共聚得到的各种氟系共聚体形成的树脂。
作为(e)环氧树脂,可以列举由双酚与环氧氯丙烷经反应得到的树脂等。作为双酚,可以列举双酚A、F等。作为双酚型环氧树脂,可以列举Epikote 828、Epikote 1001、Epikote 1004、Epikote 1007、Epikote 1009等。
作为(f)聚氨酯树脂,可以列举由丙烯酸、聚酯、聚醚、聚碳酸酯等各种多羟基化合物成分与多异氰酸酯化合物得到的具有氨酯键的树脂。作为所述多异氰酸酯化合物,可以列举2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,4-TDI)、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,6-TDI)及其混合物(TDI)、二苯甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯(4,4’-MDI)、二苯甲烷-2,4’-二异氰酸酯(2,4’-MDI)及其混合物(MDI)、萘-1,5-二异氰酸酯(NDI)、3,3’-二甲基-4,4’-联苯撑二异氰酸酯、苯二甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(氢化HDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、氢化苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HXDI)等。
作为(g)聚醚树脂,是具有醚键的聚合物或共聚体,可以列举聚氧乙烯系聚醚、聚氧丙烯系聚醚或聚氧丁烯系聚醚,或由双酚A或双酚F等芳香族多羟基化合物衍生生成的聚醚等。另外,可以列举所述聚醚树脂与琥珀酸、己二酸、癸二酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、偏苯三酸等多元羧酸,或与这些物质的酸酐等反应性衍生物反应得到的含羧基聚醚树脂。
在上述的树脂成分中,包括固化型和漆型,可以使用任一种。在固化型的情况下,可以与氨基树脂、(嵌段)多异氰酸酯化合物、胺系、聚酰胺系、多元羧酸等交联剂混合使用,通过加热,或在常温下进行固化反应。
另外,还可以使用通过紫外线进行固化的树脂成分,由紫外线使其发生固化反应。作为这样的树脂成分,可以列举由反应性单体(即UV单体)或反应性低聚物(即UV低聚物)形成的材料。这些单体或低聚物与光聚合引发剂混合使用,通过紫外线进行固化(聚合)成为树脂状材料。固化反应根据反应机理不同分为自由基聚合型与阳离子聚合型。
作为自由基聚合型的树脂成分,可以列举聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸树脂丙烯酸酯(例如东亚合成株式会社制备的Aronix系列)、环氧丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、硅酮改性丙烯酸酯等。这些物质可以单独使用也可以2种以上组合使用。
作为与自由基聚合型的树脂成分混合使用的自由基聚合型的光聚合引发剂,可以列举二苯甲酮、米氏酮、邻苯甲酰基甲基苯甲酸酯、苯乙酮、2,4-二乙基噻吨酮、2-氯噻吨酮、乙基蒽醌、1-羟基环己基苯基酮(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的IRGACURE184)、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-丙烷-1-酮(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的Darocure 1173)、2,2-二甲氧基-1,2-二苯基乙烷-1-酮(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的IRGACURE651)、2-甲基-1-(4-甲基硫代苯基)-2-吗啉代丙烷-1-酮(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的IRGACURE907)、2-苯甲基-2-二甲氨基-1(4-吗啉代苯基)-丁酮-1(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的IRGACURE369)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基-氧膦(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的Lucirin TPO)、双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)-苯基氧膦(例如,由BASF日本株式会社制备的IRGACURE819)、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯等。
作为阳离子聚合型的树脂成分,可以列举苯乙烯衍生物、乙烯醚、环氧乙烷、氧杂环丁烷、四氢呋喃、内酰胺、内酯化合物。这些物质可以单独使用,也可以2种以上组合使用。
作为与阳离子聚合型树脂成分混合使用的阳离子聚合型的光聚合引发剂,可以列举化学增幅型光刻胶或用于光阳离子聚合的阳离子聚合引发剂(有机电子材料研究会编、《用于成像的有机材料》、Bunshin出版(1993年)、参考187~192页)。作为优选的阳离子聚合引发剂,可以列举重氮、氨、碘、锍、等芳香族化合物的B(C6F5)4-、PF6-、AsF6-、SbF6-、CF3SO3-盐、生成磺酸的磺化物、光发生卤化氢的卤化物及铁丙二烯络合物。
需要说明的是,聚合物型丙烯酸酯可以使用市售品也可以使用合成品,合成品的情况下可以例举由光聚合性单体或光聚合性低聚物形成的材料,可以参考日本特开2010-260905号公报等记载的公知的合成例。
上述固化型树脂成分、漆型树脂成分及紫外线固化型树脂成分,任一种可以单独使用,也可以2种以上并用。
作为溶剂,可以考虑涂布方法、成膜条件、对支持体的溶解性等适当选择。例如,可以例举水,甲醇、乙醇、2-丙醇、1-丁醇等醇类,乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异丁酯、丙酸乙酯、乙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、丙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯等酯类,乙醚、丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、二烷、四氢呋喃(THF)等醚类,乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、戊二醇、1,3-辛二醇等乙二醇衍生物,甲酰胺、N-甲基甲酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)等酰胺类,丙酮、甲基乙基酮(MEK)、甲基丙酮、甲基异丁酮、乙酰丙酮、环己酮等酮类,甲苯、二甲苯、三甲基苯、十二烷基苯等苯衍生物,氯仿、二氯甲烷等卤素系溶剂等。
根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物,优选在涂布时的涂料固形成分含量(NV)为1~90质量%。通过使涂料固形成分含量处于该范围内,伴随着涂布后的干燥步骤中的涂膜收缩,红外反射性颜料能够以高取向性进行排列,即对于被涂布面能够平行地排列,能够获得高红外光反射性与高可见光透过性。更优选地,涂布时的涂料固形成分含量为4~40质量%。
需要说明的是,根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物,作为上述以外的成分,可以含有下垂抑制剂、粘度调节剂、防沉剂、交联促进剂、固化剂、调平剂、表面调节剂、消泡剂、增塑剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、紫外线稳定剂等。
另外,根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物,根据需要,在不损坏透明性的范围内,可以含有少量的着色颜料、光亮颜料、染料。具体而言,在红外反射性涂料组合物中,可以含有着色颜料20质量%以下、光亮颜料5质量%以下。
作为上述着色颜料,可以使用有机类及无机类的任一种。作为有机类着色颜料,可以列举偶氮螯合系颜料、不溶性偶氮系颜料、缩合偶氮系颜料、吡咯并吡咯二酮系颜料、苯并咪唑酮系颜料、酞菁系颜料、靛青颜料、紫环酮系颜料、系颜料、二烷系颜料、喹吖啶酮系颜料、异吲哚啉酮系颜料、金属络合物颜料等。另外,作为无机类着色颜料,可以列举铬黄、黄色氧化铁、印度红(Bengara)、炭黑、二氧化钛等。
作为上述光亮颜料,可以列举现有的作为涂料用而经常被采用的物质。例如,可以列举铝鳞片颜料、着色铝片状颜料、石墨颜料、云母颜料、金属钛鳞片颜料、不锈钢鳞片颜料、板状氧化铁颜料、酞菁鳞片颜料或镀金属的玻璃鳞片颜料等。
通过涂布所得的红外反射性涂料组合物,能够得到红外反射性涂膜。
根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物,不限涂布方法。例如,除了可以通过敷抹器、刮棒涂布机之外,还可以通过刷毛、喷涂机、辊进行涂布。
在涂布根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂料组合物时,如前所述,优选调节涂布时的涂料固形成分含量,通过红外反射性涂膜收缩使得本发明的红外反射性颜料高取向性排列。
对于红外反射性涂膜的膜厚,优选干燥膜厚为0.5~100μm,更优选为1~50μm。当小于0.5μm时,在涂膜表面出现源于颜料的粗度,存在外观性降低的风险。当超过100μm,易于产生下垂、褶皱等涂膜缺陷。
在涂布红外反射性涂料组合物后的干燥步骤,从需要迅速干燥、固化性的观点出发,优选为5~200℃,更优选为40~160℃。
所得到的红外反射性涂膜,兼具高红外光反射性与高可见光透过性,且是具有高透明性的涂膜。
红外反射性涂膜的红外光反射性通过红外反射率进行评价,评价标准为20%以上。即,红外反射率优选为25%以上,更优选为30%以上。需要说明的是,本说明书中的红外反射率,表示对于波长区域780~2500nm的红外光的反射率。
对于红外反射性涂膜的可见光透过率,评价标准为作为汽车前挡风玻璃的安保标准而规定的70%以上。即,可见光透过率优选为70%以上,更优选为80%以上。
红外反射率及可见光透过率的测定,根据JIS-K5602:2008“涂膜的日射反射率的计算方法”所规定的方法来实施。
对于红外反射性涂膜的透明性,通过雾值进行评价,评价标准为小于3。即,雾值优选为2以下,更优选为1以下。
雾值,作为相对于涂膜的总光线透过率(Tt(%))的漫射光透过率(Td(%))的比例,通过下式算出。

在根据本实施方式的红外反射性涂膜之上,可以形成透明涂膜(在本说明书中,在言及“红外反射性涂膜”时,包含在红外反射性涂膜之上形成有透明涂膜的情况)。
透明涂膜是不遮挡下底层使得可见光及红外光透过的具有透明性的涂膜,通过将涂膜表面的凹凸等平滑化从而对多层涂膜赋予光泽,提高外观性。
作为形成透明涂膜的透明涂料,没有特殊限制,可以为溶剂型、水性或粉体型等各种形态。作为溶剂型涂料或水性涂料,可以是单液型,也可以是如双液型聚氨酯树脂涂料等双液型。作为这样的透明涂料,可以使用常用作表面复涂的材料。例如,在上述底漆所使用的涂膜形成性树脂中混合具有固化性的物质以及交联剂,以用作赋型剂。
另外,在透明涂料中,根据需要,在不损失其透明性的范围内,可以含有着色颜料、体质颜料、改性剂、紫外线吸收剂、调平剂、分散剂、消泡剂等添加剂。
需要说明的是,本发明不限于上述实施方式,本发明还包含在能够达成本发明的目的的范围内的变形、改良等。
实施例
以下,基于实施例对本发明进一步详细说明,但本发明不限于这些实施例。
[实施例1~40、比较例1~5]
根据表1及2所示的条件,调制实施例1~40、比较例1~5的红外反射性涂料组合物。具体而言,根据如下工序进行调制。

[红外反射性颜料的调制]
实施例及比较例的红外反射性颜料,根据如下工序进行调制。
首先,作为支持体10,在50×50×2mm的玻璃板(TP技研株式会社制)上,将丙烯酸树脂(DIC株式会社制“ACRYDIC A-1371”),使用乙酸丁酯调制成10质量%(以固形成分换算)后,通过旋涂机进行涂布以使得干燥膜厚为1μm。此后,在80℃下干燥15分钟,形成剥离层。
接着,在上述剥离层上,分别形成表1及2所示的电介质层及金属薄膜层至最多5层,且形成为最外层为电介质层,从而形成层叠体13。电介质层及金属薄膜层,使用ULVACInc.制真空蒸镀装置(型号:EX-200),通过电子束法来形成。
实施例1~16、19~40、比较例1~5的以入射光的设计波长λ为350nm,实施例17同样地波长λ为600nm,实施例18同样地波长λ为900nm,形成如表1及2所示膜厚的电介质层。各最外层为相同的膜厚。另外,在存在多层金属薄膜层的情况下也分别为相同的膜厚。
需要说明的是,膜厚控制通过晶振型成膜控制器(ULVAC Inc.制“CRTM-6000G”)来进行。
另外,对于表1及2中的电介质层及金属薄膜层所使用的材料种类,ITO表示掺锡氧化铟,ZnO表示氧化锌,SnO表示氧化锡,TiO2表示二氧化钛,Nb2O5表示五氧化二铌,CeO2表示氧化铈,Cr2O3表示氧化铬,ZnS表示硫化锌,Ag表示银化合物。
接着,将上述层叠体13浸渍在丙酮中30分钟以使剥离层溶解并剥离,并进行超声波粉碎。需要说明的是,实施例15及比较例5使用玛瑙钵,实施例16通过超声波分散机进行粉碎。此后,使用开口为50μm的尼龙网进行过滤后,进一步通过丙酮进行清洗并用上述尼龙网进行过滤,得到红外反射性颜料。需要说明的是,调节装置输出、粉碎时间等以使得红外反射性颜料的粒径1μm以下的比例(体积%)为表1及2所示的值。
[主树脂的合成]
表1及2所示的主树脂RA1、RB1~10、RD1~5,使用如下合成的物质,或者使用市售品。
如下合成主树脂RA1。
在具备搅拌器、温度调节器、冷却管的2升的反应容器内引入甲氧基丙醇500质量份,在其中,将丙由烯酸15质量份、苯乙烯180质量份、丙烯酸正丁酯10质量份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯390质量份形成的单体溶液以及由甲氧基丙醇60质量份与过氧辛酸叔戊酯12质量份形成的引发剂溶液,在115℃下滴加3小时,进一步持续搅拌1小时。接着,将由甲氧基丙醇10质量份与过氧辛酸叔戊酯2质量份形成的引发剂溶液在115℃下滴加30分钟,并进一步持续搅拌30分钟,由此得到加德纳气泡粘度S、固体酸值20mgKOH/g及固形成分50质量%的丙烯酸清漆。该丙烯酸树脂的数均分子量,在下述条件下,即:作为GPC装置“HLC8220GPC”(商品名,东丽株式会社制)、作为色谱柱使用“ShodexKF-606M”、“ShodexKF-603”(任一均为昭和电工株式会社制,商品名)2根,移动相:四氢呋喃,测定温度:40℃,流速:0.6cc/分钟,检测器:RI的条件下测定的结果,数均分子量为14000。
主树脂RB1为分子量大致2000的聚酯纤维树脂,使用市售品PLACCEL L320AL(Daicel Corporation制)。
主树脂RB2为计算分子量约19000,丁缩醛化程度为约63的缩丁醛树脂,使用市售品的S-LEC BL-1(积水化学工业株式会社制)。
主树脂RB3为乙烯吡咯烷酮与乙酸乙烯酯的60/40共聚体,使用市售品的SokalanVA64P(BASF日本株式会社制)。需要说明的是,主树脂RB3可以使用水系树脂溶液。
主树脂RB4为皂化度约88mol%、分子量约75000的聚乙烯醇,使用市售品KURARAYPOVAL(商标名)PVA217EE(Kurare制)。需要说明的是,主树脂RB4可以使用水系树脂溶液。
主树脂RB5为pH约1.8、粘度约15000mPa·s、树脂固形成分为约25质量%的聚羧酸树脂水溶液,使用市售品SN Thickener N-1(San Nopco Limited制备)。
如下合成主树脂RB6。
将由甲基丙烯酸甲酯35质量份、丙烯酸乙酯20质量份、丙烯酸正丁酯35质量份、苯乙烯9质量份、甲基丙烯酸1质量份形成的单体混合物加入由离子交换水60质量份以及Aquaron HS-10(第一工业制药株式会社制阴离子类反应性乳化剂)6质量份进行混的得到的溶液中,然后,使用搅拌器进行乳化,由此得到单体混合物的预制乳液。另外,将过硫酸铵0.3质量份溶解在离子交换水17质量份中,得到引发剂水溶液。在具备滴液漏斗、温度计、氮导入管、回流冷凝器及搅拌器的反应容器中,在离子交换水70质量份中引入2质量份的Aquaron HS-10,在氮气气氛中升温至80℃。
接着,将所得的预制乳液与引发剂水溶液通过不同的滴液漏斗经过3小时同时滴加。滴加结束后,在该温度下进一步持续反应2小时。冷却后,通过由离子交换水7质量份与二甲基乙醇胺1质量份形成的碱性中和剂水溶液进行中和。由此得到的乳液树脂,固形成分为40质量%,平均粒径为90nm。
如下合成主树脂RB7。
将由双丙酮丙烯酰胺10质量份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸乙酯20质量份、丙烯酸正丁酯30质量份、苯乙烯9质量份、甲基丙烯酸1质量份形成的单体混合物,加入到由离子交换水60质量份与Aquaron HS-10(第一工业制药株式会社制阴离子类反应性乳化剂)6质量份经混合得到的溶液中,然后,使用搅拌器进行乳化,由此得到单体混合物的预制乳液。另外,将过硫酸铵0.3质量份溶解在离子交换水17质量份中,得到引发剂水溶液。在具备滴液漏斗、温度计、氮导入管、回流冷凝器及搅拌器的反应容器中,在离子交换水70质量份中引入2质量份的Aquaron HS-10,在氮气气氛中升温至80℃。
接着,将所得的预制乳液与引发剂水溶液通过不同的滴液漏斗经过3小时同时滴加。滴加结束后,在该温度下进一步持续反应2小时。冷却后,通过由离子交换水7质量份与二甲基乙醇胺1质量份形成的碱性中和剂水溶液进行中和。由此得到的乳液树脂,固形成分为40质量%,平均粒径为90nm。
如下合成主树脂RB8。
在反应容器内加入去离子水330质量份,在氮气气流中进行混合搅拌的同时升温至80℃。接着,将由丙烯酸11.25质量份、丙烯酸正丁酯139质量份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯75质量份、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯187质量份、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己基75质量份、甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙基酯150质量份、苯乙烯112质量份、Thiocarcol 20(正十二烷基硫醇,花王株式会社制,有效成分100%)11.2质量份以及LATEMUL PD-104(乳化剂,花王株式会社制,有效成分20%)74.3质量份及去离子水300质量份形成的单体乳化物中的3质量%份,与由过硫酸铵2.63质量份及去离子水90质量份所形成的引发剂溶液的30质量%份,经过15分钟并行滴加入到反应容器内。滴加结束后,在该温度下进行15分钟的老化。
进一步,将剩余的单体乳化物与引发剂溶液经过180分钟并行滴加入反应容器内。滴加结束后,在该温度下进行1小时的老化。
接着,冷却至40℃,使用200目过滤器进行过滤,得到平均粒径200nm、不挥发性成分49质量%、固形成分酸值15mgKOH/g、羟基值85mgKOH/g的丙烯酸树脂乳液。
如下合成主树脂RB9。
在具备搅拌、冷却及加热装置的2升反应器中,引入甲基丙二醇75质量份并加热至120℃。此后,将苯乙烯13.6质量份、丙烯酸正丁酯23.3质量份、甲基丙烯酸叔丁基23.7质量份、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基18.6质量份、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.8质量份的单体混合物,与在甲基丙二醇16质量份中溶解有过氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯2.4质量份的溶液,经90分钟以2系列等速滴加。
反应混合物在120℃下保持60分钟,接着,将甲基丙烯酸正丁酯2.5质量份、丙烯酸4-羟丁基酯12.9质量份、丙烯酸4.6质量份的单体混合物,与在甲基丙二醇4质量份中溶解有过氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯0.6质量份的溶液,经60分钟以2系列等速滴加。
将反应混合物在120℃下保持30分钟,进一步,将甲基丙二醇5质量份中溶解有过氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯0.3质量份的溶液经过30分钟以1系列等速滴加。进一步,在120℃下搅拌60分钟后,将混合物冷却至70℃,合成丙烯酸多元醇。所得到的丙烯酸多元醇的树脂固形成分为49.8质量%,数均分子量为6300。
接下来,从所得的上述树脂溶液在减压下蒸馏去除甲基丙二醇,以使得固形成分至85质量%,此后,添加T-SOL 100FLUID(东燃ゼネラル株式会社制)9质量份进行稀释。此处,在添加二甲基乙醇胺5.7质量份后,添加水89.8质量份,制备丙烯酸多元醇水分散体。所得的水分散体的树脂固形成分为45.5质量%,通过激光散射法求得的体积平均粒径为160nm,pH为8.5。
如下合成主树脂RB10。
在反应容器内加入二甲苯33质量份及二烷7质量份,在氮气气流中搅拌的同时升温至100℃。接着,制备含有甲基丙烯酸正丁酯25质量份、丙烯酸正丁酯23质量份、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯12质量份、丙烯酸异冰片酯40质量份的单体混合物,将该单体混合物100质量份与由二甲苯8质量份、二烷2质量份及过氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯1.8质量份所形成的引发剂溶液经3小时并行滴加进反应容器内。在滴加结束后,在该温度下老化0.5小时。
进一步,将由二甲苯4.0质量份、二烷1.0质量份及过氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯0.5质量份形成的引发剂溶液,经0.5小时滴加入反应容器。滴加结束后,在该温度下进行2小时老化,由此得到不挥发性成分64质量%、数均分子量10000、重均分子量27000的被膜生成性树脂。
主树脂RD1,为自由基聚合型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,使用市售品Aronix M-1200(东亚合成株式会社制)。
主树脂RD2,为自由基聚合型丙烯酸树脂丙烯酸酯,使用市售品Aronix M-305(东亚合成株式会社制)。
主树脂RD3,是自由基聚合型环氧丙烯酸酯,使用市售品Aronix M-211B(东亚合成株式会社制)。
主树脂RD4,为自由基聚合型聚酯丙烯酸酯,使用市售品Aronix M-8060(东亚合成株式会社制)。
主树脂RD5,为阳离子聚合型氧杂环丁烷树脂,使用市售品Aron oxetane OXT-121(东亚合成株式会社制)。
[固化剂]
另外,作为表2所示固化剂RC1~RC4,使用下述物质。
RC1:己二酸二酰肼(日本化成株式会社制)
RC2:Cymel327/混合醇酸型三聚氰胺树脂(Mitsui Cytec株式会社制)
RC3:Baihuru XP2655/含有磺酸基的多异氰酸酯基(Sumika Bayer UrethaneCo.,Ltd.制)
RC4:Desmodule H/六亚甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯(Sumika Bayer Urethane Co.,Ltd.制)
实施例30~35的树脂成分中,固化剂的配合量具体如下所示。
实施例30:将RC1中的酰肼基以相对于RB7中的源于双丙酮丙烯酰胺的羰基的摩尔比为1:1的方式进行混合。
实施例31、32、34:主树脂RB8与RC2进行混合以使固形成分比为65:35。
实施例33:以RB9的羟基与RC3的异氰酸酯基的摩尔比为1:1.1的方式进行混合。
实施例35:以RB10的羟基与RC4的异氰酸酯基的摩尔比为1:1.1的方式进行混合。
实用上述得到的红外反射性颜料及树脂成分RA1、RB1~10、RD1~5、RC1~4,制得实施例、比较例的红外反射性涂料组合物。需要说明的是,在红外反射性涂料组合物中的配合比例,相对于红外反射性颜料3.5质量份,树脂成分为96.5质量份。
作为溶剂,实施例1~20、22、23、26~29、比较例1~5中使用甲氧基丙醇,实施例21中使用甲基乙基酮,实施例24、25、30中使用去离子水,实施例31、32、34中使用丁基溶纤剂(乙二醇单丁醚)及去离子水(重量比=1:1),实施例33中使用二丙二醇二甲基醚及去离子水(重量比=1:9),实施例35中使用T-SOL100FLUID(芳烃,Tonen General Petroleum Co.,Ltd.制),实施例36~40中使用乙酸丁酯。
需要说明的是,对于实施例36~40,除了主树脂90.2质量份、TegoRad2200N(通过侧链上为含有丙烯酰基的聚醚基进行改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷;Tego Chemie社制)0.1质量份之外,分别在实施例36~39中作为光聚合引发剂而加入羟基环己基苯基酮、在实施例40中引入三芳基锍四(五氟苯基)硼酸盐6.2质量份进行混合以使用。
作为将红外反射性颜料分散在涂料中的分散方法,使用混合辊MR-5(AS ONECorporation制)。
接着,在玻璃板上涂布各红外反射性涂料组合物。作为涂布方法,实施例1~26、29、30、33、35~40、比较例1~5通过刮棒涂布机进行涂布。实施例27通过刷毛涂布进行涂布。实施例28、31、32、34通过空气喷涂机进行涂布。另外,调节涂布量以使得干燥膜厚分别为30μm。
在上述各红外反射性涂料组合物涂布后,进行涂膜的干燥,去除溶剂。作为干燥条件,实施例1~28、35、比较例1~5中为60℃下干燥30分钟,实施例29、30中为大致20℃下干燥1天,实施例31、34中为140℃下干燥30分钟,实施例32中作为预热在80℃下干燥5分钟,实施例33中为大致30℃下干燥4小时。在实施例36~40中,放入热风循环干燥炉80℃下1分钟。接着,以500mJ/cm2照射紫外线。
在实施例28、31、32、34中,在红外反射性涂膜的上层进一步涂布了透明涂料。作为透明涂料,在实施例28中是使用上述主树脂RA1,在实施例31、32、34中实用溶剂型透明涂料Macflow O-1820(Japan Paint Automotive Coatings Co.,Ltd.制备),通过空气喷涂机进行涂布(但是,实施例34通过刮棒涂布机进行涂布)。干燥条件为140℃下30分钟,调节涂布量以使得干燥膜厚为35μm。需要说明的是,实施例32在上述预热(80℃下加热5分钟)后进行透明涂料的涂布,进行湿式叠涂法(wet-on-wet)进行涂布。
由此,得到各红外反射性涂膜。对于所得的红外反射性涂膜进行如下试验。
[红外反射率]
对于各实施例及比较例的红外反射性涂膜,作为红外光反射性的评价,进行红外反射率的测定。根据JIS-K5602:2008“涂膜的日射反射率的计算方法”的方法实施测定。测定中所使用的分光光度装置为株式会社岛津制作所制备的分光光度计(型号:UV3600)。另外,评价标准如下所示,在下述评价标准中以2以上为合格。结果示于表3。

3:红外反射率为30%以上
2:红外反射率为20%以上且小于30%
1:红外反射率小于20%
[可见光透过率]
对于各实施例及比较例的红外反射性涂膜,进行红外反射性涂膜的可见光透过率的测定。根据JIS-K5602:2008“涂膜的日射反射率的计算方法”的方法实施测定。测定所实用的分光光度装置为株式会社岛津制作所制备的分光光度计(型号:UV3600)。另外,评价标准如下所示,在下述评价标准中以2以上为合格。结果示于表3。

3:可见光透过率为80%以上
2:可见光透过率为70%以上且小于80%
1:可见光透过率小于70%
[雾值]
对于各实施例及比较例的红外反射性涂膜,作为涂膜透明性的评价而进行雾值的测定。测定,使用雾度计(NDH2000/日本电色工业株式会社制),测定漫射光透过率(Td(%))及上述总光线透过率(Tt(%)),计算得到。另外,评价标准如下所示,在下述评价标准中以2以上为合格。结果示于表3。

从实施例1~40与比较例1、2的比较可知,实施例1~40的红外反射性涂膜相比于比较例1、2的红外反射性涂膜,具有高可见光透过性。由此确认了,在红外反射性涂料组合物中含有使电介质层由选自二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌以及氧化锡形成的组中的1种或2种以上的红外反射性颜料,能够形成具有高可见光透过性的红外反射性涂膜。
从实施例13与比较例3的比较可知,实施例13的红外反射性涂膜相比于比较例3的红外反射性涂膜,具有高红外反射率。由此确认了,在红外反射性涂料组合物中含有使金属薄膜层的膜厚为5nm以上的红外反射性颜料,能够形成具有高红外光反射性的红外反射性涂膜。
从实施例14与比较例4的比较可知,实施例14的红外反射性涂膜相比于比较例4的红外反射性涂膜,具有较高的可见光透过率。由此确认了,在红外反射性涂料组合物中含有使金属薄膜层的膜厚为15nm以下的红外反射性颜料,能够形成具有高可见光透过性的红外反射性涂膜。
从实施例1~40与比较例5的比较可知,实施例1~40的红外反射性涂膜相比于比较例5的红外反射性涂膜,雾值较低。由此确认了,通过使得红外反射性涂料组合物中所含有的粒径1μm以下的红外反射性颜料为10体积%以下,能够形成具有高透明性的红外反射性涂膜。

Claims (2)
1.一种红外反射性涂料组合物,是含有鳞片状的红外反射性颜料以及树脂成分的红外反射性涂料组合物,
所述红外反射性颜料包括由电介质层与金属薄膜层交互层叠形成且最外层配置成所述电介质层的层叠体,
所述电介质层由选自二氧化钛、五氧化二铌、氧化铈、掺锡氧化铟、氧化锌以及氧化锡形成的组的1种或2种以上物质形成,
所述金属薄膜层由银化合物形成,
所述金属薄膜层的膜厚为5~15nm,
以可见光及其周边区域的入射光的波长λ为250~980nm,所述电介质层的折射率为r,则所述电介质层的膜厚为((Nλ)/(4r))±20nm,其中,N=1、2或3,
所述红外反射性颜料中,粒径为1μm以下的所述红外反射性颜料的比例为10体积%以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红外反射性涂料组合物,所述层叠体是3层或5层的层叠体。
